[Resolved] Bharat Gas Agency, K.Ramaniah Gas Agency — Non booking of cylinder inspite of calling the agency for a refill

I had called up K Ramanaiah Gas Agency, 153 Arcot Road, Valasaravakkam, Chennai -93 for a refill of my cylinder since it was empty. The call was taken by a lady and i was told that the cylinder would be delivered within 10 days. When I called up after 15 days, I was told that there was no booking done and they have taken a fresh booking. On checking with the lady in the gas agency, I was accused of lying and they told me very rudely to go and do whatever I want and refused to take the ownership of the mistake done by them.
