I am having a connection with Prakash gas Agencies, Boduppal, Hyderabad. It has become a practice that we are getting refills after more than 20 days. As per their "rule" I am booking for new cylinder after 20 days of getting my previous cylinder and we are promised that we will be getting refill within 12 working days which is not happening. I had booked for refill cylinder on 12-11-08. I started follow-up for the same from 24-11-08. every day the staff at Gas agency inform me that they had sent and it will be delivered within afternoon. the following day also I called after not receiving the delivery and I was put on hold for some time and informed that they had just now instructed the boy to deliver it and it will be done. It has become a every day job for me now, to call them, they keep me on hold for few minutes and reply that the refill cylinder will be delivered today at any cost. Unfortunately today is 8-12-08 and still I had not recieved the cylinder. On 6-12-08, I called and was informed the same, hence after waiting till 5 pm, I went to gas agency and questioned them how they had confirmed since last one week everyday that I will be receiving the cylinder. the person sitting at computer showed that he had just taken the bill he can send it only if people are available. till today I had not received refill cylinder. Moreover, to add to woes, none of the staff gives correct answers, and their owner Mr. Prakash is never available. That dealers is either running his business on the mercy of Bharat petroleum or at the whims and fancies of his staff. no one takes responsibility and every customer is subjected to harassment. If any of your people get a chance to visit that dealer, you will understand the plight of consumers there. many a times, delivery boys are not there to deliver refills. I had never seen the owner in his seat managing the things for benefit of customer or organization for past 16 yrs atleast.
Kindly do the needfulll to arrange to streamline the situation so that consumers are benefitted.

Bharat Gas — Non Delivery of refill cylinder
My Consumer no is 35145 with Raaki Gas, SInganallur, COimbatore.I booked refill cylinder on December 08, 2010, and till date (13/01/11) have not recieved the cylinder. Frequent calls to the agency only results in them assuring me that the cylinder will be delivered immediately.
Also at the time of booking, they say it will take 20 days for delivery. Is this the normal delay ?. I made two complaints on the ebharatgas website but have not received any reply so far. I do not know what else to do or if there is anyone else to whom I can make a complaint.
