This complaint regarding delivery of bharat gas agancy named m/s deoria gas service deoria. We have booked a cylender on 17.04.12.we have not received the refill till now. We have called the respective agancy but they have not given satisfactory answer.

Hi,
I am having a gas connection bearing consumer number 12922. Till the time my consumer number was being serviced by Laxmi gas agency I was not having any issues. But the day it was transfered from laxmi Agency to Mahavir Agency my trouble started.
Even after registerring that I need delivery of cylinder at a preferred time I am not getting cylinders. And now the height is that the ladies at the agency are saying that you speak to Bharat gas for the refill.
I had registered numerous complaints but no matter what I donot think that anybody in the governing body is intrested in checking the complaint and resolving the same.
Even this time also I had booked the refill over the Internet on 30th Dec 2012 vide ref. No 30621134 and it states that the cylinder was delivered on 4th Jan 2013. If it was delivered then where is the cylinder.
I think the agency is linked in selling the cylinder in Black that is the reason they have said that the cylinder is delivered.
I want some action to be taken against the dealer or my consumer be sent back to Laxmi Agency.
The various complaint numbers are 40049154, 40106306, 40106314.

I have booked booked the gas on 13.08.2013 and booking reference is 58802316.Till date the gas is not supplied.The agency is not lifting the phone.No response, even directly contacting in their office.Last two time also the same problem was faced but this much delay was not there.

Booking of Gas Cylinder through on line vide booking No[protected] dt. 28.11.2014 from Bharat Gas Distributor M/S Varsha Enterprises, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswa. But in spite of repeated reminder to the deliver boy, his statement is that contact our office in office number and no delivery challan is handed over to us from office. After contacting office no[protected] /[protected], no one is picking up the phone nor responding. Pl take it most urgent as we have no sufficient time to take delivery from the depot of Bharat Gas.
