Shweta gas agency in Jaripatka Nagpur gives a pathetic service.Following are the hurdles faced by the consumers: 1) telephone line [protected] always engage.It takes sometimes the entire day trying to connect, but could not get connected. 2)15 days criteria for next booking.i.e. one cannot book next cylinder before 15 days of receipt of the fresh cylinder. 3)Delivery takes 8 to 10 days after booking that too after telephonic followup.It never comes to you by default . Strict penal action needs to be taken to ensure customer satisfaction.Every agency should be evaluated on monthly basis.Check must to stop black marketing which is very common and vital reason for delay in service to genuine consumers.Bharat gas management should definitely give a thought to it sooner than later. i am also face the same problem.in our locality the delivery persons & middleman acts like a gas mafia.it is only with bharat gas service.

1. They take booking only after 20 days of receiving the first cyllinder.
2. Delivery is not being made even after 25/30 days from the date of booking causing great difficulty for the customer.
3. Land telephone line is not available round the day as they keep it unhooked. Mobile line is also not available most of the time.
4. Behavior of theproprietor is very harse and non-cooperative.
Most of the time customer do not get the gas cyllinder even after 60 days from the last cyllinder received.
5. Authority should take notice of this irregularity and arrange availability in proper time as being done by other Companies viz.Indane, HP etc.
