[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Complaint

I am writing this mail to you after frustrated with the way of operating the Gas Agency of my local operator. Please find below their details:

Whenever, I call them to book for refilling, the first problem is that you will always found their number engaged; though its 9: am in the morning or 4:00 pm in the evening. Seems they purposely remove the received from holder to make it engaged. Luckily if you able to get through the number, they will never pick up the phone, don’t know why they have taken the agency when they are not able to run it proper way.

Secondly, we always get the refilled cylinder after 3-4 days of making the booking, at times it takes even week also. Though, it is known that as per your customer care policy the refilled cylinder should be provided within 24 hours and on Sunday also. But these people hardly care about your set practice and spreading bad name in market about services of Bharat Gas which is known for its best practice for Customer & always serve customer first.

Thirdly, we never receive the cylinder properly refilled, seems they have already sold some gas to make extra money. Further, they never weight the cylinder to ensure that the total 14.2 kg gas is there as Indian Gas Agency operator does it. Also my agency guy never has efficient manpower for supply of Gas. At times, we have to go ourselves to get the refilled cylinder.

I hope you will definitely look into this and take some immediate action on it.

I booked gas for home delivery on 01.12.2008 but till today on 10.12.2008 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call to their representative, he says today must be delivered. I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and
it is regular happening .My Gas Dealer MAHALAKSHMI LPG CENTRE, Sec'bad. My Consumer.No.3418. Please do the needful and oblige.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had been supplied gas cylinder on 23-Apr-08. I was not in station for 4 months.After I returned I gave them the letter of my absence and requested them to supply gas cylinder. After so many telephone calls not yet got the gas cylinder. Please instruct the Gas agency of shimoga to supply the Gas cyclinder immediately.

Dear sir,
I have Bharat Gas connection taken from MHKS Mohammad Ali Chhindwara (M.P.). The gas cylinder is not suppliled by the agency in proper time, and it takes minimum 15 days after booking. The cylinder delivery is not made and the cylinder is to receive from their Godown. More over the agency does not pay proper attention or response on calling.
Please take proper action so that I could get gas cylinder at proper time.

Hello Team,

I have experienced many times this situation wherein I booked online the renewal of my gas . The distributor doesn't pay a visit at the given address and sends an sms saying the cylinder is delivered but that is not the case. We have to call him every time asking about the delivery . please look into this .

I have a question about why cylinder deliveryman are taking extra charge per month of a gas cylinder is there any rule for them they should be give extra money, then why you would not add on that receipt that clearly give them extra charge to the gas cylinder delivery for delivering the cylinder to home, then clearly mention on that receipt only.

And when we ask them why you are taking extra charge then they told that it is order from office only.

In online payment also same condition by paying the online payment then also they take extra charge.

For Cylinder delivery why should be there Extra charge. Always they are giving reason for they walking a mile and deliver to our house, building, society area for that reason they are taking extra charge then why they are getting payment . the payment that they getting for delivery purpose only or others thing. They are taking payment then there should be would not have any extra charge

Please get solution about these all things, that we also not get confused about these things.
