i had booked my cylender on 10th January 2008. Consumber No. BW 7728. complaint No. 188. Name of Agency is Jwala Gas Agency, New Delhi. The tele No. is 268 59762.

please do justice to me and provide gas to me.

My consumer No. is 24329 and I get my Gas Cylinder supply from K2 International Gas Agency, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. This time the Cylinder supplied by the Gas Agency, exhausted within 15 days. total gas 25.5 kg receved and not receved receipt

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas for domestic cooking gas vide consumer no.018996 at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.I have booked a gas cylinder about 25 days before but the agency vide no 351877 don't bother about supply of gas cylinder even after several reminders on telephone.

It is surprised that the Bharat gas cylinders are easily available in market in black.

pl look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard.

I am pained to bring it to your kind notice that;

The gas agency enver supplies gas to my home address;
They ask us to collect trhe gas from some points in the town i, e, HAnnemann Chorha.
Most of the time they dont pick up the phone and disconnect immediately if connected.

It takes couple of months to get a gas cylinder from the.

Please look into it and inform us about the action taken so far.

I am consumber of Bharat Gas Agency bearing No.10910 registered in the Agency of Dammo Enterprises, 64-A, DDA Flats, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. I booked my Gas Cylinder on 13.06.2009 at the office. They have not supplied it to my house till date. When I went to the Agency Office to get it on 20.06.2009, the staff of Agency has totally refused to deliver it to me and stated that only delivery men will give the supply to my house. The behaviour of the staff was also not good. They have not shown the co-operate nature and stated that if you want to lodge complaint against the agency, you can do. I requested you to kindly look into the matter and supply the Gas Cylinder as early as possible to my house.

Dear Sir/madam,

We have booked for refiling gas cylinder on 7th July 2009 till date they are not ready to supply the cylinder and they are not ready to take the call. Senior person Mr.Murthy is not giving good service to the public & he is avoiding public.

I am a customer of Bharat Gas for the past 8 years with Mahalakshmi Gas Agency Bangalore. My consumer no 23682.Of late for the past 6 months the agency is either slow in supplying or it just never responds! All telephone numbers will be very busy, we get engaged tones only continously.They tell us to book through automatic but never considers the booking.

When we book for refill they say they would supply within a week or so but never supply on time.If we call them again they take it as a fresh booking again and say one week time. Always they come oput with a complaint of short supply!!!

The Bharat Gas was vvery promp in consumer service.Now I wonder what's happened ?!!
I hope action will be taken to restore its original efficiency!

i have booked my gas cylinder on 10/2/2010 with mamta gas agency hindnagar lucknow.but till today i have not get it at home.on enquiring they said that u take it from godam after 5-6 days.i want to know that is bharat gas is not supplying gas at home.why the agency has issued cylinder booked after 10 feb with out delivering my booking. is phone booking is closed.

You can take the supply of gas from the godown, but you can only take the delivery when your number of booking becomes eligible for delivery according to the waiting list. The waiting list might be 5-6 days long(as per the supply that the dealer is getting) and that is why he is telling you to go to he godown after 5-6 days.

I am a consumer of Surya gas agency sipri bazar Jhansi. My consumer no. 20454 I had booked my refill on 18.7.2010 and reminded so many times to distributor over phone and also personally , but nothing has been heard. I have not supplied my refill till today. Same type of problem was also noticed in previously. Distributor supplying cylinder to unauthorised persons while genuine consumer facing problem.

This is further to our 4 th telephonic enquiry and second mail reminder for getting cylinder which was booked on n10 Jan 2011with Mahalakshmi Agencies,Indrinagar.Last Saturday onwards Mahalaksmi agencies telling that cylinder would be given next working day.Even on Republic day cylinders were supplied in the Thippasandra Areas whereas I have not recived the same.We would like to file a consumer case before the Hon.Consumer Court in this behalf.Kindly look into the matter.

maine aap ke paas national gas agencies kamri road hisar ik complaint ki thi complaint ke baad hamare paas cyelender to aa gya lakin ye to complaint ke baad aaya he sir lakin hame 2 saal se cyelender ke liye chaker hi katne padte the sir krishan kumar national gas se hamare paas aaya tha or wo ik letter liye hue tha us letter me complaint wapas karne ke baare me likha hua tha or wo kah rahe the ki aap is per sign kar do lakin hamne un se kha ki aap two and three time to cyelender ghar suply karo ham is leter per sign kar de ge lakin jab hamne us leter per sign nahi kiye to wo kahne lge aapko aage se cyelender to ham se hi lene he na agr aap is leter per sign nahi karoge to aap hamari agencies se cyelender to le kar dikha dena wo kah rahe the ki cyelender to ham se hi lene he na tum le kar dikha dena jab wo ye baat kah rahe the to aas pdose ke log bhi wahi the aap agr enq karna chahe to aa kar enq bhi kar sakte ho
