[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Tanya Gas Agency: supply and not ready to booked the gas, phone no always shows busy

Sir i stay in nallasopara east (Thane)
and here there is only one GAS agency :

Sir i have 2 Gas Cylinder, and last month we have booked 1 gas and in our home, we are 7 member,
and then after 15days we called him to booked but the above phone no always shows busy, still we tried for

2 days and finally some one picked the call and said that you have to book in 25 days only, so we called

in 25days but that person was not ready to listen , he said us to called after 2 days, and till that day

my gas cylinder was empty and we bought the Ghaslet(kerosene) and we cooked the food.

Then after 2 days we called him and he said that he is busy and kept the phone.
Then we called in evening and finally he booked and said that we will get the gas in 7 days.

On 7th day we was looking for some one will give us cylinder and we also went to place where we bring the

cylinder in that cylinder's cycle ,so we asked for our gas but he said that you will get it by tommorrow,
so finnally 8th day we got the cylinder.

Sir what is this, we are really frustated from this.

And then after reciving Cylinder we are trying to call to booked the gas after 21 days, but still phone no

is always busy, my mother is trying to call Agency since morning but it says always busy.

Sir requesting you to kindly take the Action against these Agency.
All our society members are really frustated from Agency.
