[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — DOUBLE CYLINDER

R/Sir,

I am writing from Jhansi, U.P. I have been a sincere consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 5 Years (from Oct 2003) . I tried for to get double cylender and have contacted them several times. Whenever I contact them for double cylender everytime they said its not available for now and contact them later after a couple of months.

I requested them like anything.. but they won't listen and asked me to do whatever I can and complain where ever I wish.

WHAT A BAD RULE AND RUDE WAY TO TALK TO THE CONSUMERS.

PLease Bharat gas officials, if you are listening then I hope you will take care of the issue. My vendor is Surya Gas Service, 34 Mubarak Market Sipri Bazar, Jhansi-284003, U.P. (Ph. No.[protected] .

Thanks and hope some one will listen and take required actions.

Distributor M/s Aditya Bharatgas Agency.


I am a pensioner aged 71 years retired from Railways in the year 1995.
While in Service at Solapur I have taken gas connection in 1979 in my name E.K.K. Pillay and my son A.K.K. Pillay took Connection in 1983 both in the same residential address.
In the year 2006 we have shifted to Pune as my son got employment here.
Both the gas connection were transferred to m/s Aditya Bharatgas Agency, Hadapsar being nearast to our residence. But unfortunately while preparing Computerized transfer from Solapur both first letter of the name in advertantly missed and both names in Consumer card become similarly an K.K.Pillya .On this olerical mistake the gas supply is stoppes by Pune east street office & ther fore very humbly request you to consider this issue and order for restoration of gas supply as both connection are used for domestic purpose.
Incidentally I here by point out that even though we staying at the same flat meals are cooked separately

I applied for double cylinder on 02/02/2008 and my waiting list number is 9961. Our local Gas distributor is Ratan Enterprises, Rahatni, Pune. The distributor doesn't know when I can get the double cylinder. As refill is taking around 10 days to get the refill cylinder, we don't have gas for last one week. Bharat Gas should release double cylinders as early as possible.

Dear Sir,

i applied for second gas cylider so menny times only responce kindly ask so ans so date but till date same repply is getting i have tried and written the same requirment of second cyclinder application to our distributers so menny times

what is the problem to give me the second cylinder that I manage our self on a one cylinder from las three years

Sub.: Indiscriminate pricing by delivery agents of M/s. Wishvanath Bharat Gas Agencies, (Agencies Code No.052) Sarimeer, Azamgarh – (U.P.)


With great regret we are forced to approach your self and informed you that the delivery agents are indulging in malpractice such as.

1. Charging arbitrary prices in the range of Rs.340/- to Rs.350/- instead of Rs.313/-

2. Delivery schedule trends to from 10 to 15 days.

As such consumer of Bharat Gas are severely disadvantage due on accorded of excess charges and delay delivery.

We shall requested you to kindly look into the issue and take appropriate action concern person.

I am writing from Basavanagudi, 4th cross, Shimoga (Karnataka), I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since last 5 Years. I am having single gas connection in the name of JAYANAND M. MITTALKOD consumer No. 25395 and I tried to get double cylender connection and have contacted your distributor M/S SHALOK GAS AGENCY, Shimoga. Now we are inconvenient to manage the family things with single gas connection. Now I humbly request you to provide one additional gas connection to our consumer No. 25395.

It is using for managing only family things and I am an Govt. employee working in Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga.

I tried for to get double cylinder, agency people are collect the money and issue the document also on 20/11/2104. But now they said its not available stock for now and contact them after a couple of months.

My consumer no. is 58320362 with your distributor(Sundarban LPG Gas distributor/Taki).

I have applied for DBC(second cylinder with my existing connection) vide my mail to [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in on 28.11.2015 but have not yet received any response so as to know what procedure I need to follow in this matter.

Kindly help me have necessary feedback.
