[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Datta Gas Agency Sayani Road Prabhadevi Mumbai — Late Delivery of gas cylinder

Before two months there was a shortage of cylinder because of which we got the cylinder 40 days later after the date of booking.And after that we are facing this problem every month and as our consumption is more we need cylinder within 15 days and they are saying no, we cannot get it may i know why?.And i request you yo look into the matter at your earliest. My customer number is 99003702.

I am a Bharat Gas customer, my consumer no is 505276 is Trupty 371898 shop no 8, Patkar Building, Shahid Bhagat Singh Road Dombivili(E) 421 201. I have booked my gas cylinder on 06 Aug 2009, but as on today I have not been delivered the cylinder. Today morning when I called up the office for reminder they simply told me that you have booked only two days ago and it will take another two days for home delivery. When I askeb them for Bharat Gas branch office number they gave a number called 25377690 and told me "yaha jyada baat nahi karne ke". I kept on trying to call the number which they gave but it was all in vain. The way Trupty staff are dealing with the customer is affecting the the image of Bharat Gas company. As Bharat Gas promises us to deliver the cylinder within 24 hrs such a reply from the dealer is totally unaccepable.
I request for some early action as I am a very old customer of Bharat Gas and never come accross such a unacceptable sitiuation. If your company promises delivery within 24 hrs they should eb abide with their promises.
