[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Distributor - Coco, Valasaravakkam, Chennai — domestic gas

Iam holding the gas connection with Coco Distributor, Valasaravakkam. I fed up calling them in a day for my refill purpose there phones will be engaged all the time. i tried sending the Refill SMS to [protected] i got the delivery notice but no response/reply from them. I also tried to register for Online gas booking i was able to find K Ramanaih Agency instead of coco distributorship i entered my consumer no 24187 it says not found. Kindly tell me how to reach this distributors. i agree we born in poor country but it doesn't mean that service should not be provide to needy.

I am the bharat gas consumer since 2004. I have only one cylinder but now i want to purchase of additional gas cylinder for my home. Regarding for that i enquire our gas agencies for additional cylinder

The agencies said if you want a additional cylinder you must purchase another product from our agencies with additional cylinder.

it is not possible for us. We don't any product from our gas agencies. we want only additional cyliner-1no.

Kindly take the complaint against Shri Sathya sai gas serviceand do the needful.

had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 15/12/10 but yet today on 21/10/2010 when i go to your khwaja complex sultanpur(u.p.) there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us.when i ask about my booking they use very worst way of talking ( "tum yanha kayon khade ho dukhan ke bhar nikal jaao) from the distributor of M/s.bharat gas service koko sultanpur

My customer service no is 23005, i had booked domestic gas cylinder on 07/12/2010, still i've not received the gas .I've called to my agency they said that you will receive the gas by coming tuesday, i am uncomfort with this service, everytime happening like this only.So please consider this complaint and do the needful in the earliest.

my customer service no is 42068 i had booked cylinder on 14 of dec 2010 after more than 15 days of not receiving the delivery i called up my dealers office to which the staff replied in an arrogant way saying that the cylinder was not booked, then i re-booked my cylinder on 08/01/201and yet i have not received the delivery...i would like to bring to your notice the irregularities taking place at this particular dealer..last delivery which i received was on 26/11/2010...it will be better i[censored] understand the inconvenience caused by them...

This is from the customer located in Porur with gas customer numver 28344.
For past 2 years I am using gas from this particular "K Ramanaigh Gas Agency, Valasaravaakam, Chennai. They are doing WORST PUBLC SERVICES. They promised on 4th Feb 2011 that within 15 days you will received gas from our delivery man. But till today 2nd March 2011 even after 25 days I am waiting for Gas cylinder.In between I have made n nunmber of calls to the gas agencies. I am very much fed up with them. Either they never pick or by Gods grace if they pick the answer would be by today we will receive the gas cylinder.
I am also giving extra bucks everytime as a compulsary policy by them. I am not sure if any body is watching these complaints or not. If so please take severe action against this complaint immediatly.

My customer service no is 18170, i had booked domestic gas cylinder on 12/04/2011, still 30/04/2011 i have not received the gas cylinder .I have called to my agency Ramania gas Phone No.[protected] they said that your bill taken today you will receive the gas today,
The same answer informed the following dates

25/04/2011 - Monday
26/04/2011 - Tuesday
27/04/2011 - Wednesday
28/04/2011 - Thursday
29/04/2011 - Friday

Yesterday i have contact to delivery man mobiler no he told cylinder taken to your home but there is
no body in your house. Office phone is always busy
The subscriber is busy please hold the line are call it later. Please consider this complaint and do the needful in the earliest.

I had Book a LPG cylinder on dated 09/11/2011 our consumer no.is 45880 but i have not recieved refill cylinder from 14/12/2011 I am daily visit at agency but the agency person told u r cylinder will be deliver today today. So please consider this complaint and do the needful in the earliest.

ON SEPTEMBER I CALLED THEM ON PHONE. THEY GAVE ONE NUMBER WHICH I HAVE SMS TO THAT NUMBER FOR BOOKING. BUT THAT TIME I HAD'NT GOT THE CYLINDER. THEN MY GONE TO GODOWN, THEN ONLY WE GOT ON THAT TIME. AFTER THIS WE GOT CYLINDER BY THROUGH PHONE ONLY. BUT THIS I AM TRYING TO CALL YOU FROM DECEMBER 2 ND 2011, BY THESE NUMBERS 24866545, 24864555, 24865399, 24866399. BUT THEY ARE PICKING PHONES PAST 24 DAYS. WHAT I SHOULD DO. PLEASE TELL ME. I FACED LOT OF PROBLEM REGARDING SUPPLY OF GAS. BECAUSE, WHENEVER I BOOKED MY GAS I RECEIVED MY CYLINDER AFTER 15 DAY ONLY.
