LPG Cylinder — Not supplying LPG cylinder in time
Dear Sir,We are a customer of Indane for more than 10 years. We shifted our home 4 years back. Hence our LPG Indane cylinder now comes from Blue Flame of Raja RamMohan Sarani, Kolkata 9. Our consumer no is SV 53691 (T1447). The dealer has made a norm that we can only book our cylinder 18day after getting the supply of a cylinder. After 18 days when you book a cylinder, the dealer claims they will be delivering within 10 days. So in 18+10=28 days you may expect a cylinder from the agency at the earliest. Most of the time cylinder does not reach us even within the above mentioned 28 days. Hence we are forced to buy a cylinder from market directly for which we need to pay more money. The dealer has been informed about the problem several times but no actions have been taken. This is creating deep problem and demanding extra money. We request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

I am very old customer of Bharat Gas of "Manvir Gas Agency" Chand Bag Delhi- 94. The Gas agency Manvir Gas Agency Telephone no.22564602 is not working since three months back, therefore we are getting lot of problems, and every time it is not possible to go book the GAS at Agency.
As a customer, It is requested kindly do any alternate arrangement for GAS booking thru phone and inform to us.
Note :- The Priyadarshni's Gas Delivery is very quick and Fast.

Dear Bharat Gas,I am Santosh Joshi & My consumer no. is 10415 I am very old consumer to bharat gas services before some times last 6 months I booking on the line & other line & directly but I have not good response to bharat gas services side because we have not received the delivery time to time & when I have talk with official peoples in your office that time they have also not good response to us their talking of way is very poor they used of very misuse language with us.I have so tired to talked with them about this matter. So kindly you solved out this problem why? not delivered to me time to time my LPG CYLINDER. Becuase this is a question of your repoted company & I would like to reply to very fast from your side as soon as possible.I hope so i will not unhappy from your side.

JYOTI JWALA, Baniaheer, Po- Bhaga, Dhanbad-828301, Jharkhand, Ph.No.-[protected], Mob.-[protected]. My consumer No. is JJ/3545 and not as fit as move frequently regularly. Every month I have to strugle to receive the LPG cylinder where the supply is sufficient but the agency is selling the cylinders out side for industrial purpose on high price.
I am requesting from your platform to take strong action on such agencies who are responsible for making such type of crime. I am awaiting for appropriate steps from the Indian Oil Authorities.

I have a connection of Bharat Gas having connection number R7588 since 18 years. Service Station is Registered in the name of ROHIT GAS AGENCY, SHIVA MARKET, SECTOR -8, MADHUBAN CHOWK, ROHINI, NEW DELHI-110052. Phone:27854368, 27857383.Sir/Mam, I am not getting proper supplies according to the booking of Refill Gas Cylender. I am book the Gas Cylinder on dated[protected], but till date not received the gas cylinder.
So, i am request to you, please submit the my complance and necessary action please.

Bharat Gas Distributor — cylinder not delivered even after 23 days
I have booked gas cylinder after 2 months on the 14th November, And I have made several tel.calls but they didn't delivered till today gas agency is chithra bharath gas agency at Karaikal. It seems they are selling cylinders to maruthi omni vans for 500 - 600 rupees I have lodged complaints before but nobody bothered who will take action?Havvanachiyar

Bharath Gas - Cylinder — Not delivered even after 23 days of order
I have placed an order and following are the details 5235950 20-Dec-2010 1 PI called the distributor Harikrishna Enterprises on 4th January 2011. Distributor says they have the order information and will deliver the cylinder after 3 days. That is 18days after the booking the order. But EVEN TODAY, THE DELIVERY IS NOT MADE. First of all getting their phone line itself is very very difficult, we need to keep calling for atleast half an hour to talk to them. We consume one cylinder in a month. There is a restriction for placing an order with a gap of 21 days. But NOW, THE CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER 23DAYS ! Is it not ridiculous??? Our neighbours and relatives are using Indane or HP. Nobody has complaints on the delivery. I am serious thinking of closing the connection with BHARATH GAS and moving to others. Is it the problem to book online??? Where are we heading??? I am finding ways to complaint on the consumer forum about the service.
If the online bookings are not considered, then I wish to move out of this agency

Even i am the customer of Bangalore gas Agency, Bharath Gas (BTM 2nd Stage), i am suffering a lot due this agency. They are not give the cylinder properly, becz they use to give after 40 days from the day of booking... Really it is very worst case... Plz let me know how to solve this problem...Hope anybody will help me...

Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Sidhu gas agency (nearest service provider) Bathinda and reminded them. Bharat Gas — not delivering cylinder
I A.P. Wankhede, having customer no. 12151 to pradip gas agency. I booked gas on 12.8.11 but agency is not giving cylinder yet. also not receiving phone and we book gas by sms & miscall but they do not deliver gas.also they not tell the procedure of booking, I book gas on the spot in agency.
but they are swindling us. please deliver us cylinder as soon as possible.the pradip gas agency is not good & transparent. I suggest that pradip gas agency should inquire and ask for transparent service and not cheat to customers because not only I but also many customers are facing this problem. please notice my complaint and take action as soon as possible.
Carco gas distributors. — Non-delivery of L.P.G Cylinder
Respected sir, this is to inform you that as per our requirement for L.P.G gas cylinder we had already booked by telephone for delivery of gas cylinder at our home premises no.-14/1/1K Asgar Mistri Lane, Kolkata - 700046. to Carco gas distributors of Radhanath Chowdhury road under the booking no.- 213592 dt.- 25.8.11. Our Consumer no.- TS17973 named - Souranshu Roy. But despite of the booking on the aforesaid date and number the distributor did not delivered the gas cylinder in time instead they have given us another booking no.- 21893 dt.- 9.9.11 when we approached them today (9.9.11). So we are lodging this complain for harrasment in non-delivery of our gas cylinder so that necessary steps can be taken in this regards.Expecting your kind cooperation and looking forward to receive your earliest replies.
