[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — non delivery

Dear Sir / Madam I booked my gas cylinder around 27 day (18/04/11) ago my cunsumer number is 20796 "SNEBHI GAS SERVICE
" VIRA DESAI ROAD, ANDHERI WEST distributer ID 110862 . We have empty cylinder at this moment. Illigle gas cycliner availble in black market in Rs. 700 or 800 but we have not received within 27 days. SNEBHI GAS agency saying that home lock . Please help me. I need the cylinder immediately. My contact no. is [protected]

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder on dt. 06/06/2011 but yet today on 22/06/2011 there is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor of M/s.HINDUSTAN GAS AGENCIES in ADYAR (CHENNAI).my consumer no 13408 my reference no is 9507800 Please, my cylinder is finished now, so send me the cylinder today itself.

I had booked for the refilling cylinder Dt-2052011 he sad to me after 10days u got a cylinder today 762011 he did not send my cylinder & no respond my phone call, I hed only One cylinder, & i hed two smoll child how to eat food so pl recwest to u pl.send my cylinder Im . my cylinder no-47695, Name-Geeta s kadam. my distributor-tirupati gas agencies, sap code-112267, my mob no-[protected].

I am the customer of Bharat Gas from last 15 years, with consumer no. 26480 my connection is with Pradip Gas Agency nigdi,pradhikaran, I am facing this problem from last 1 year but not given a complaint I thought they will improve service but I don't think so, my complaint is about delivery of the cylinder. we don't get cylinder in time all the time the staff tells us shortage of cylinder, they don't talk properly with the customer. 25 days ago I have booked the cylinder and the delivery after 3 days.
but still I have not recived cylinder.every time we phoned and they say you have recived tommorow. There is big problem to do the phone,because many times phone is enged Requesting you to please improve the service otherwise. Can anyone suggest me how can I take it further to the higher management's notice so that atleast we get a bit proper service.

Even I faced the same problem with Pradip Gas Agency, Pradhikaran. There phone numbers 27653646 and 27641044 always gives engaged tone. I am not the only person who faced this problem. One of my neighbour is also trying their numbers since 1 week but no response. At last we went their and booked the cylinder. They told us that we have to wait for 15 days.

Also most of the time the delivery person doesn't give the receipt so we have to demand for it.

On dated 29.08.2011, I booked for Gas Filling through mobile message to 57333 and my booking reference is 12194163. But today i enquired for non supply of gas after 26 days of booking, the response given by the local supplier that there is no name in billing list. So I request to take appropriate step to materialise the problem.

Pradip gas agency Nigdi should be stopped several times phones are busy 20 days goes for booking and delivery again 25 days total 45 days( getting those people on phone means prayers answered by god )

I am the customer of Bharat Gas from last 4 years, my connection is with Pradip Gas Agency nigdi, pradhikaran,

These peoples are very rude & landline phones are always bussy but when checked @ office reality is that
they are fooling the customers .

As per Pradeep gas booking order accepted after 21 days from delivery but when we book it never happens
that we recieve delivery of gas within next 10 days . Always we have to chase up with them &
every other person will come with innovative response, ideas to fool the persons.

Every time we sms for book the refill, then every time fixed message of change of surksha tube though we called engineers .
Most of the time drunken person come without any notice or call.

Can anyone suggest me how can I take it further to the higher management's notice so that atleast we get a bit proper service.

My consumer no is 4642. with named UROLAGIN S I. In belgaum gas service at belgaum. I had booked for a refill on17/05/2012 with a waiting no 4775. and I didn't get a refill yet.
am calling them from last 10 days continue sly but they are not responding. and i had called on 12/06/2012 for ask when will i get my refill then they told we r doing re booking and they given waiting no again that is 3406. if we ask why you giving waiting no then they cut our call. if we request for a cylinder then we are getting this nonsense replies. please send my riff ill soon. I have no gas in my home. we are going to hotel for food.

I (H u qureshi) have two cylinder consumer no 508082 connection & we are working couple come back after 3.00 pm, there is any provision to deliver the cylinder after 3.00pm, My supplier is ABHISHEK GAS AGENCY ASHOKA GARDEN BHOPAL MP ( PH-2750910, 2751334, 4059499, [protected]), They are telling there is no cylinder supply after 3.00 pm we are facing this problem from very long period. I will be greatful to you if you do something to solve this problem
