[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Narnaul — NON ATTENDANCE OF PHONE FOR BOOKING REFILL CYLINDER

Sir My location is Narnaul Haryana LPG distributor Krishna gas agency for bharat gas makes such arrangements that his phone always shows busy on every working day. I had already booked my gas against my consumer number 13871 SV No.[protected]dated 7.5.2000 till today no gas has been supplied by Narnaul LPG Gas agency to me. At the time of DBC he demanded to me Rs. 2000/- against this connection. I had visited several time from 22.09.2010 but he supplied DBC to me on 31.10.2010. As per your instruction no any notice board is situated in font of the office of Narnaul LPG and no telephone number of sales officer situated in any board in that office and after demandied telephone number of the sales officer he refused to give the telephone number of the sales officer, his language is very rude to the general public, whose the consumer of your gas agency. Today I contact the gas agency for suppling the gas through telephonic but no response is made out from the office side. Respected Sir in any working day you visit the gas agency then you feels that the general public much harrased by the gas owner and his worker. At the time of booking no any booking number has been given from the office/gas agency to the consumer.
