NOT GETTING SECOND CYLINDER FROM LAST 6 MONTHS




I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY "SUBH LAKSHMI - OLD BUS DTAND JALORE GAS AGENCY" THE NAME OF MRS.SOVALJI PUROHIT . I HAVE PLACED BOOKING ADDIATIONAL CYLINDER ON MONTH OF JUN -2010 BOOKING REF NO. 262. BUT THEY NEITHER SEND ME ANY DELIVERY. I HAVE CHECK WITH THE SITE OF BHARAT GAS, WE FOUND THAT THE GAS HAS DELIVERED ON SAME DAY. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED THE GAS. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIME ON PHONE FOR DELIVERY BUT THEY ANSWER THAT TODAY YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE SEND TO YOU BUT THEY DIDN’T SENT. I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE. I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER FROM LAST 6 MONTHS. I THINK, IN THIS WAY WE ARE SUPPORTING BLACK MARKETING. TELL ME IS THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS APPROPRIATE WITH THE CUSTOMER? IF THE PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVE, ONLY THE WAY TO "CONSUMER COURT" I HAVE.

    i have booked the gas 20 days back, but till date i did not received the cylinder (refill), still they (local agency) are telling it will reach you morning evening ..., but when i talk with Head office, they are telling about backlog ...& unable to tell any date of delivery.

    Till date I not received my refill booking. Please arrange the my gas refill booking.

    The service given by Chitra agency is very inappropriate. I have call them more than 5 times because my gas pipelet was dismentaled n gas was leaking. This happened 1 month back too and when I called them whole day noone came for service. I had to take help of neighbours to fix my problem. Today agai same problem happened because we deal with temporary thing. What type of service are you people giving, in this case we will change To some good company which will attend us at the earliest. They dont know what is emergency suitation and no proper staffs to repley smoothly.

    I am Bharat Bhushan from Sirhind (Punjab) and m facing a problem with one of your Gas Agency. Our gas is refield from PUNJAB AGRO FOODGRAINS CORP. LTD.(GAS AGENCY) PHONE #[protected]. The agency dont book the cylinder before 21 days and even after they book the cylinder, they dont deliver it before 10 days after the booking. Please look into this matter and help us. We are a big family and we need cylinder after every 22-25 days, but we dont get it. Please look into this matter. My consumer number is PA - 1128.

    Bharat Gas — undue delay in delivery

    Sir, I booked for gas today, after 25 days of gas booking previously, but the local dealer says that it will be delivered one week after. Already they are restricting to book after 25 days, now they are purposefully making delay for another one more week, but the gas is sold in block market, where traders are ready to pay bribe to the agency fellows. It is horrible. How India will get developed from people like this?
    I am a resident of kalkaji, dealing with one of the gas dealers u have appointed "Ken Gas Agency", located in govind puri(kalkaji). I am very disappointed.
    I with my empty cylinder called the people in the gas agency but they denied to book the gas before 21 days of delivery. After waiting nearly a week after 21 days I booked my gas but the gas didnt get delivered because of the shortage in supply (this is what they said to me)...so still waiting I am writing this complain to check that whether the authorities are concern about the consumers or not...also the staff of the agency talks laud and harsh...or I should say offensive...and do not bother about the consumers at all. I have two cylinders and both went empty. now I have no gas to even cook my food...
    This is my request to the concern authorities that the people should be made more accountable and more concern to the consumers need..also the rule of booking after 21 days of delivery should be needed to look into...I hope I made myself clear...Please do the needful

    HI,

    I was transfered from pune to chennai.I asked my connection to transfer from pune to chennai.The pune distributor accepted my request and had given the transfer docs to me.In chennai, i was contacted the below gas agency for the connection.
    641859, sri munusamy gas agency, no:34, saguram complex, 100feet bypass road, vijaya nagar, chennai-42.
    I had been asking them for the connection here since from july 2008.Finally they have accepted and given the voucher in february 1st week 2009.They told me that they will delivery the cylinder next day.They took money for the cylinder and also taken extra money from me.Still today i didn't receive the cylinder.daily they are telling that they will delivery on that day.even they have taken money for the cylinder delivery and also some extra money.

    I had observed there, people are taking cylinders by paying extra money.Nobody is taking any action.many people are suffering by that agency employee daily.I know the names of the employee also.

    I don't know the address of head office here.Can anybody halp me?

The consumer no was 41320..After coming to Thiupattur, I registered for my new connection in the Thirumal gas agency with Xerox copy as per their advice. Till now, I am not able to get gas connection.. Meantime, I misplaced my original voucher due to this undue delay. Now, I have only Xerox copy of the voucher and other supporting documents.I have taken up this issue to the Chennai office through this E-mail :[protected]@bharatpetroleum.in.to get gas connection. I sent so many e-mail to address my grievances. Feedback ref nos : 63151 and 63082. So far, no solution has been found.. I have got two kids.I am suffering a lot without gas connection. They are not serious in resolving my issues. Instead of getting a positive response, I get criticized for sending e-mail. Please see that the frontline staff/officers are serving the customer with a smile. Please take necessary steps to remove the deficiencies in the service. The need of the hour is that someone can handle the situation in better way and bring order and success to a chaotic environment. Kindly put an end to my untold suffering and all the odds. Some alternative measures may kindly be suggested to the agency concerned to handle this kind of situation.

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Rex Leonard and my consumer NO. is 9899 and I wish to bring to your notice my frustration at Bharat Gas Distributor of the following:

    Every month has been a terrible torture for me to get my Gas refill. I have to book one day and go to Sriperumbadur town another day to pay and get a slip and I have to go yet another day to pick up a cylinder. As I live in Errungattakotai I have to take my car paying toll fee because there is a toll booth.
    What makes it worse is there is no definite time of supply and I have to stand on the road with other consumers in line with our cylinders which is so tiring and so humiliating and such a waste of time.

    This month as usual I am suffering and so I made a complaint to the distributor (Poonamalie) and they said to me if you want gas come and collect it from poonamalie. How can they expect me to take my car spend about 200 ruppees for petrol to get one cylinder that costs 300 ruppees. Do you see the reason for my frustration?

    So I decided to terminate my connection and when I told them they said don't come today[protected] come after 2 days because they did not have paper. So I called today[protected] and said I am coming one lady staff member said come after 2 or 3 days! and so I said to her that you're office only said to come today but instead of getting a positive and humble response, she very arrogantly said there is no paper. So I said to her you cannot run a gas agency like this because you have a problem in supplying gas and you also have problem in pleasing the customer even in his final request of cancellation of the connection; I also said it is better you close down and stay at home. For this she took my consumer number and threatened me that she will see that I have more difficulty in cancelling my connection. This is why I am so frustrated as I have no gas in my house for the past 18 days. I am buying food from hotel and managing but this too much for me or any other person to bear. I have got two kids. I think there should be some training and discipline for every gas agency. Please train them to be pleasing; efficient and customer friendly.

    Sir please take all necessary and immediate steps to releive me from this horrible situation.

    we have booked cylinder in your concern before 50 days. but they didnt response, we r contacting daily by phone. but they didnt attend the call. if you are not take any immediate action, we will complulsary complaint it to labour court.
    My consumer no. is 014810.I am resident of 1352/17 Faridabad.Our dealer is Anil Enterprises, code no-541835 .We are fed up with rude response from our dealer. They say we will not book cylinder before 30 days. Even after 30 days they take 10 days. We booked it on 29th dec-2009 and till today, i.e 6th jan-2010, we hv not got any cylinder.     i am a new consumer & trying to book a new connection i went to Marai Mali nagar, kanchipuram distict, pin 603209(bharat gas agency) to book a new bharat gas connection. in recpetion people told me that for single cylinder connection it is RS 7000 & for double cylinder connection it is RS 8600. i asked why such high rates they replied me saying that you will be given pressurecooker, frying pan, and other nonsense untisils and this is compulsary to purchase if you want a new connection.
    i think there is a serious fraud going in this place can you please sort out the issue.

    I am facing a lot of PROBLEM because of poor services and misbehaves of/by Alok Gas Service.. every time we book our Gas on completion of 21 days but it never comes to us before 10-15 days..we remain without gas for 8-9 days almost every alternate month..we are entitled for 2 gas cylinders in a month or atleast 1 in 21 days, which we dont get from them..and we go there personally they give us clear answer that we dont have any LPG now, you will get the same when we will get from company..
    what should we do for how long we will remain like this???????? does anybody have any ans. for all this?? where should we go with all these compalints??
    kindly take a strict action against Bharat Gas or Alok Gas Sercvice.

IS[protected].but when I try to contact never I was connected so that I am unable to book my cylinder, is it right, sir please solve this problem, its not my problem only it is a problem for each customer, my consumer no. is AA-9304.

    I think BHARAT GAS also has to arrange a HELPLINE no. so that the customers can book easily, or booking facility on NET, and also confirm that after how many days of booking it will deliver?

    With regretes I have to inform you that i booked LPG cylinder for delivery about 15 days ago to our school e.g. GBSS E-BLOCK SULTAN PURI DELHI- 86, as in our school science week is being going on during 02/08/2010 to 7/08/2010 but till date we have not received any delivery of LPG cylinder due to which we have to suffer a lot of difficulities in conducting science practical exam for the students of our school also when we informed the local authorities about this matter they did not respond properly and misbehaved with us on telephonic conversation.

    I, Bivash Mondal consumer of Bharat LPG bearing cons. No. 10570 of "Shyama" Bharat Gass Distributor, G.T.Road More, Bandel, Hooghly, West Bengal. I Had Book My LPG on 08.07.2010 booking no 1471. But Not delive till 16.08.2010.
    I ask over phon & personaly went to SHYAMA office 07.08.2010, they assured me I would received on next day, But till not delivery So I Want To Know That Is The Rule only for Customer Sir Please Solve My Problume & advice me what I have to do?
    this is general problem for me, all time they deliver thirty five/forty days after booking.

    I totally agree with the complaint above, as I am facing same problem in my region i.e. in Udupi, santhekatte-kallianpura.

    The agency is delaying in supplying gas cylinder, where they sell in black for almost around Rs. 500 - 550.

    Ofcourse how our India will develop in such kind of business, in both the ways common people suffers.

    My self Nazim Jamadar stay near Mumbai i.e. in Badlapur, Thane District. We are facing a lot of problems in Badlapur regarding the delivery of Gas Cylenders. The Cylender comes after 15 to 25 days after placing the request. This is a Big problem for us as our family is Big and the consuption is more.

    I request you to take necessary actions in this area and streamline the process.

    Delay in the delivery of cylinder has happened several times, in fact, all the time! Its the same story always. Everytime, i book for a refill of cylinder with my Agency(Banu Agency, Nerkundram, Chennai - 107, Tamilnadu), they claim to deliver it in 20-23days and it never happens even in 1 month's time.

        I am having consumer No.26071 with Shree Graha Agency, Tambaram. It was understoot some problem with the agency and it has been changed into M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency, West Tambaram. For the past 20 days I am trying to book cylinder over phone and the phone eigther engaged or no response. It is also understood from this complaints form that the agencies first job is to put down the reciver. Kindly advise to M/s.         I am living in Delhi. We are having our gas registration with Amrit Enterprise, with address Yamuna Vihar Delhi, authorised supplier of Indane Gas,

        We have not received our cylinder of LPG even after 20 days of booking and what mare sad that even so called fortune 500 tag company INDIAN OIL is not concerned about the same in any respect thier grievences services are such poor that they can not stand even with a grocery store. Repeated contacts has been done to contact the GAS dealer named Amrit Enterprise of Yamuna VIhar in delhi,
        they just have one thing to say INDIAN OIL is not supplying them enough GAS.

        It is very sad and very unbelieving affairs

        My Consumer No. for LPG is 21468 and the Agency is M/s. Sindhu Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 with two landline telephone Nos.22581881 & 22575960. Some times even after trying for 2 hours or more hours these nos. for booking refil, I cannot contact them. Even I here the telephone ring is going on, they never pick up the phone. It is not the first time. This is my experience for the last two years. Finally I used to go personally to the dealer to book the refil at their counter for which I have to take half day leave from my normal job.

But they are refusing to booking and telling that it will be automatically allotted and will be informed.         I am not able to booking the gas through telephone is always buys. They disconnect the telephone line. I directly go to that office and booking by gas. After booking the gas they deliver minimum 15-20 days. After they deliver the gas again booking date is 18 days from the date of delivered the gas. I am having two cylinders in my house but they give cylinder once in 45 days for me. The main purpose for this complaint is I need online booking and online payment for this LPG gas. Because they service is not good for me. so please kindly do for my favor

        1 There telephone no 2775 0715 and 2775 3549 is always engaged. If at all By god’s grace ring goes and hear the ringing some I got relief but it is only temporary why because it is not answered . Again you keep trying for hours together. As an administrator, you too should try to contact over these nos and should feel the pinch of it.
        2 Secondly I had booked for refill on 3410 on online and allotted sl no 2. Till date I am yet to get refill
        3 I also booked the gas through SMS on 13410,12410, to no [protected].
        4 Still I am trying to book gas over phone as I am trying since many days.
        5 I am aged 70 difficult for me to move 5 to 6 kms for booking gas in person

        I have booked a gas cylinder on your no 1260. The vendor is S&P enterprises.
        The particulars are

        The deliveries are always delayed . It is almost a month . my consumption is one cylinder every 45 days.
        I suspect in terms of very late deliveries that my no.. is used for other deliveries.
        I have been unable to contact the dealer at the following Nos. 26027225/26031984/40532730
        despite my repeated attempts and hence I used 1260 (your centralized booking no.)
        Every time we need to pursue the dealer by personal visits.and requests.
        You may want to at random, check the efficacy of the dealers numbers which are impossible to get
        You may also want to check my account if other delievries are made on my account and I am willing to give a sworn affidavit on my consumption every 45 days interval
        You may also check on the phone number answerability.
        I also rang up 1260 to check on my earlier booking. Since your facility does not have the system of tracking as your answering m/c will answer"

        Since it is after considerable time that I Checked with 1260 they have registered a new booking no . of 4 today[protected]
        Let us hope there is no further delay and at least the current delivery would be made as my requirement for replishment is only after 45 days.
        To sum up I request
        1) Deliveries do not take one month after centralized booking
        2) The gas dealers tel.numbers are sometimes not engaged and if so they do not just keep ringing which makes one believe that the dealer is selective in picking up calls
        3) there is provision for your 1260 number to track the booking and gives an option to the customer to check on status if he gives the date of original booking and your booking number instead of relying on the dealers whims who pretend to be surprised at the delay and hunt for excuses for the delay and often accuse of the customer beiing wrong
        Kindly resolve my perpetual problem without any recrimination now that I have complained to you

        I had booked the cylinder on[protected] still now i did'nt get the cylinder . Even last cylinder was delivered after a month from the date of booking (on[protected] . I want to know the reason
        why they are delaying in delivering the cylinder. This case is not only with me even my neighbours is having the same problem. Now the cylinder i am using is empty , what i have to do for the alternative.

        On[protected] supplied cylinder while operating no gas was coming out from the cylinder . I made a call to gas agency and it was rectified by a mechanic. Because of this, only half of the cylinder i was able to use.

        Kindly understand my situation and sort out this problem as early as possible.

But till date no delivery has been made.The gas agency does not supply gas against Automatic Booking System of Indane Gas and the contact phone nos are either faulty or non existent. Difficult to book and get supplies from agency.

        Kindly do let us know what should I do, otherwise you will have to face the consequences. Otherwise we action against Abhijeet Enterprise, Gas Agencies.

        LPG — stealing of gas

        Sir,
        we the residents of K,37/80-81-82 Gwal Das Sahu Lane Varanasi P.S. Kotwali request you to stop refilling and stealing of gas from home delivery gas cylinders. One person name Sharad refill gas from his room and cause danger for the residents of that narrow street.Many trollyman come between 7to 10 am and steal gas from cylinders in that room.
        So Sir, resident of that street request you to stop that illegal operation of gas cylinders.

        We have a LPG Indane Gas Connection vide consumer no. 22866. As we were not in town for some time, we could not book for refill. We are back and tried to book but were told that the account is deactivated. What do we do ?

          my name is srinivas having gas connection with BHARAT GAS disributor ROHAN GAS distributor the supply boy who come for cylinder delivery demands excess fare than actual bill if fails threats that he will stop supplying gas per cylinder domestic gas Rs 361/- as per bill some times for door delivery extra charge will be Rs 10 additional where as he demands Rs 380/- per cylinder and he dares to say that "go n complaint whom so ever you want" and owner of the agency also dont respond to the phone even

          bharat gas (rohan gas distributors) — delayed delivery

          gas was booked on 31/1/2011 and delivery was assured in 15days its 18th feb today and the cylinder has not yet been delivered to our residence.
          we have called up and enquired, the concerned person told it will be delivered today but we haven't yet recieved the cylinder.
          the same problem is being faced by us from a past few months.
          and the cylinder when recieved always has a back billing date of 3 to 4 days back.

            This is Dr.Ketaki Tarodi from kopargaon,dist-Ahmednagar. I am very very distressed because of Bharat Gas company's local distributor in kopargaon. Inspite of requesting for the domestic gas cylinder delivery the local distributor makes us wait for the cylinder delivery for atleast 10 days from the date of applying for the same. Moreover the managers here speak lies to us and postpone our gas delivery.
            To add to our problems they extra charge us for the home delivery they make.
            Kindly look into the matter.

            Bharat Gas — late delivery and collecting extra money

            while we are booking the cylinder they use to tell you will receive the cylinder within 10 days but we receive the cylinder after 18 to 20 days only and also the agency is billing the amount for 316.85 but the delivery agent collects as Rs.335.00, if we asks against the same they are telling that as delivery charges, if the agent is collecting the delivery charges let them include in the bill as service charges but they are not doing that and cheating the consumers.
            "Is this Speed Post or Normal Post" avoid these sarcastic comments. Try to behave like a literate person(which I m sure u r). Is it something happening everyday in ur life that u r so sore abt Indian postal service. Did u ever try to give good comments on any website for their speedy service which they are giving u for so many years. It will be hard to believe that ur post(mails) always go slow and if does then i m sure its bcz o[censored]r behaviour. Its seems like u feel that u r the only person for whom entire world shud wrk for. Get some life dude. Stop complaining on small issues like this.             hens we reached at agency and give a complain writeing, they are saying within 3 days you will received cylinder, but till 12 days you cant receive, then after we ring and ring on phone but no answer above said cycle to be continue, after 15 day we received gas, ok next month,when we book they are told us that after 21 days you will book, ok.now tell me .the 12 days period where disappear, for booking time?

            i'm naveen...my consumer no 54863 & the distubutor name is MADAM enterprisis madivala...i had booked a cylinder on 2/07/03/2012 & they said within 20days i will receive the cylinder...but till date i hav not received any cylinder..& almost two months overed..i had called around 60times to them but they tell same answer that tomorrow v wil send..some of their executives hav told that ur cylinder has been dilivered allready, ur area supplier boy allready submitted the bill, we can't do any thing..such a irresponsible persons they are every time they deliver in the same way,...we need to call 'N' times..they hav gowdon in bellandur & they will advise to come & collect from there.. i hav a double cyliner collection & till so far they supplied only 4 cylinders from1 2 yearsb that to without bills..i[censored] go to their gowdon, cylinders will be supplied without any boookings with some extra money..

              I was a consumer in Pune .During there BHARAT GAS SERVICES WAS Good.But In Kolkata there is a Distributor Named Banani Distributor of Bharat Gas,Located in 14,Suren Thakur Road,GariaHat,Kolkata,West Bengal.Usually During Transfer time the Gas Regulator and Gas cylinder is given.But from This distributor during Transfer they have taken the money amount and but during trasfer they have not Given the Regulator and Gas Cylinder .Besiders after a long days they provide gas cylinder .Regulator they did not provide till now.Also for Gas Cylinder they have charged the Gas Price of 365/- .Whenever i call them they told me that they did not have Regulator.Our Daily Life is very much affected due to not having cooking facility in our home due to this .

                I have recently shifted to Pune from indore and ned to buy a new LPG connection. I went to Bharat gas at their Jail road depot and was told that I had to Pay Rs. 5,300/- for a cylinder, pipe, regulator and a Two burner table top stove. I told them I do not need a stove, but they informed that I did not have a choice. I will have to pay that much regardless of whether i need a stove or not.

                    I Maulik Thakkar visited Bharat gas for the new conneciton. problem is they can give connection if you buy new stove but if you have stove, it will take unknown time (15 days to 2 months or more) for doing inspection to ensure my stove and pipe and regulator are good to use.

                    I give my home address details to do inspection on 28 Oct and even till today no one from bharat gas came to do inspection. There is no end-date to do inspection. On my visit, agency team are saying it is pening since month of august... what a bad service they are doing?? or they want to increase their count for new connection....

                    for new connection they need ration card. I have rent agreement, passport copy with address of bangalore and company ID card for the reference. But they want ration card... I am surprise.... PASSPORT is acceptable even in US. I visited US 3-4 times and always passport is enough for getting the house on rent but here it is all bad processesss.... and customer harassement....

                    I have been visiting a Bharat Gas dealer of our area " westend Gas Agency" for a few times during last month for a new gas connection as the current connection we have in a joint family would move to the new place.

                    The first question asked is would I need a gas stove along with the new connection? if your answer is No then the expression on the face of the owner changes and all minute problems start cropping up.

                    If you clear whatever asked and go back there would be be something new that would be irrelevant.

                    If you buy the Gas Stove you can get a new connection the next day or an inspectioncan take upto a week subject to availability of the inspecting person.

                    Can also somebody suggest me the best people to contact in Bharat Petroleum for the same?

                    I have visited a Bharat Gas dealer of our area " Rahul Gas Agency, delhi " this month of april for a new gas connection, as the current connection we have, in the name of my brother, have moved to new place. now i don't have a gas connection.but the owner of the agency told about verification report, thereafter gas connection will be given.it seems, it will take atleast 15 days that depends on mechanic, who will verify, even after, i am ready to purchase gas stove from there only.

Eight Thousand Four Hundred Only) for new connection and the above charges will be include 1 Gas Stove and 1 Water Filter which we don't want. Because I have my old Gas Stove.                     I Sunil Karande visited Bharat gas for the new conneciton and had a conversation with one of the female staff. problem is they can give connection if you buy new stove but if you have stove, it will take unknown time (15 days to 2 months or more) for doing inspection to ensure my stove is good to use. The inspection is a compulsion even after i am using the stove for the last 1 year in Baner with piped gas facility.

                    I registered my home address details to do inspection and am waiting for a response.

                    This is terrible the way we receive responses. Ridiculous.

                    I had booked for a new LPG connection online and along the required documents and printouts, i went to the agency (Sri Munuswamy Agency) in Velachery Chennai. They are demanding for 6000 rupees for a new connection where as the actual amount is only 2500. The difference is for a gas stove they say. When I informed them I do not want a stove, they out rightly denied a connection stating that it cannot be taken without purchasing a product from them. They are not allowing me to meet any senior person at the agency. Tried contacting the helpline provided in the mail from Bharat Petro, eum but they are unable to give a solution or book a complaint.

                      I am Kamal Sharma, a customer of Bharatgas since 2005. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been facing problem of non delivery of cylinder for almost 3 year now. I have had words with the manager in this regards and he promised that an appropiate action will be taken followed by corrective messures to ensure timly delivery of cylinders. However, it is really unfortunate to state that nothing has been done to rectify this issue.

                      The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.

                      My consumer number is 18164 and Agency name is "Panvel Gas Service", Panvel.

                      This is to inform you that we had booked our cylinder for home cylinder on 24/12/2009.
                      But delivery has not taken place despite of daily reminders till today i.e. 09/01/2010.

                      This is happening for last three months that we are not getting deliveries in time. We have to go personally and hire a vehicle to get the delivery done.

                      Dear All,

                      I would like to bring to your notice there is a always a delayed delivery of gas cylinders.Even though we have the double cylinders facility with National Gas service located at Wadala(Mumbai),we are facing shortage of gas.We are given assurance of cylinder delivery in 2days but it doesn't arrive at our place even after several calls or meeting the dealer.This has caused in additional wastage of time & money since we have to carry the cylinder to the dealer for bringing the filled gas cylinders.Please let me if there is any shortage of cylinder in Wadala(Mumbai)

                      I have taken GAS connection from Jay Jyoti Gas Services (Bharat Gas) , consumer No 31844, My Complain is we have got feedup with the service of the Gas Agency. It takes more that 30 Days to deliver Gas at our home even after we book the Gas on 21st Day from last delivery & after doing tremendous follow-up for the same. 1st of all to get the tele phone line thru it self is the BIGGEST pain & challenge for a consumer. The agency is delivering gas as if they are doing any "FAVOR" to us & the treatment which we are getting is like a 3rd class". Request you to pls look into the same

                          I had Booked for the refilling of LPG Cylinder Consumer No. B.B. 19873 in the name of Mr. Madho Singh Adhikari on dated 10.11.2010 but they refused to deliver the supply of that Cylinder.

                          As per the talk with Mr. Joshi (Kitchen Care - Manager), One Inspection is to be done at our kitchen and they will charged Rs. 70.00 against that inspection. Nobody had not paid against that inspection in our area, so why should I have to pay that amount against that silly inspection.

                          He is so rude in his behaviour and he clearly said to not to supply the our Cylander whenever we will not pay Rupees 70.00 against that inspection and he will cut our LPG connection till today.

                          Please suggest me to clear that issue and get Cylander.

                          I am the customer of Kitchen Care, Bharat Gas Agency, No.-537, "S" Block, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi - 110 092.

                          He is extremely rude and show a careless attitude.

                          Please advice whats the next step.

                          connection number 6083 enrolled with avery gass Laxmin Nagar Sakarpur, Delhi. while contacted on 22.04.2008 for booking of gas, it was told by them that our number has been shifted to Radha Govind gas sevice 9/171, shyam block, near P.N.B kailash Nagar Delhi, without taking our consent nor did they inform to us. telephone number 22075114 and 22073323 given to us by the every gas in respect of kailash nagar agency has not been responding. The every gas agency has denied to suppy gas to us. Also kindy connect our gas supply number to our nearest gas agency at Block Number C-4, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi - 53 as i am the resident of Yamuna Vihar. Kindly respond immidiatly
                          I am a resident of Delhi for the last 40 years and this is the rudest gas agency I have encountered. They delay gas delivery and give reasons of supply problems, but their delivery guy delivers a cylinder instantly the moment you offer him extra money.

                            You owe an explanation why gas supply is erratic. Is it due to lack of supplies to you by BPCL, or due to improper distribution arrangement by you or diverting the gas supply for domestic purposes to other sources for undue gain. After several requests since 17th September you have not supplied gas to me putting me in great inconvenience. Telephones are not attended. Even if occasionally if somebody lifts the telephone, it is cut before we could talk. There is no e mail facility for booking gas in Ottapalam office. Due to invariable delay in supply of gas irresponsible way of handling customer's request I need your explanation or else I would take up the matter in appropriate forums for justice. Since 17th September 2010 no supply has been made despite several requests and my personal visit to your office once when you stated that gas supply is not available from the factory and i had to come back empty handed. Awaiting your prompt response to this complaint.

                            Bharat Gas — Supply of gas

                            The office is located in such as filthy and dirty location that it is a shame for the Bharat gas agecny. The supply is so irregular that even after three months of booking you rae not sure u wull get the gas. The owner should be put behind the bars.
                            Dear Sir
                            Myself, S.C.Bisaria, has a LPG connection no. 10420 with Chandra Gas Agency, Bareilly in my name.

                            Gas was booked in the first week of the last month i.e. February 2010 but the delivery has not been made so far. A no. of times my servant has visited the agency but the response is negative and that too in rude language. Please help so that the same connection can be continued.

                                  Today I am compelled to lodge a complaint against BPCL distributor - M/S Shreeram Gas SErvices for poor - Bad customer service.

                                  My conumer no with Bharat Gas is 16851 having only 1 cylinder. I had personally booked a connection by visiting their office since none of their landline nos. get connected within 5-10 attempts & even if it does, they are not bothered to answer it... it just goes on ringing & ringing... Eventually, I had to book by walking in to their counter wherein I was given a waiting no. of 250/- & was asked to wait for 15 days!!! A family who doesn't have 2 cyclinders & in the event of Diwali, they were helpless to offer a service to satisfy customer understanding emergency....
                                  Anyways, I was ok to wait till Diwali gets over & have been trying their no repeatedly nut no one is bothered to answer my call which gets connected after at least 10 attempts...

                                  My question is - a family, who has only 1 cylinder is asked to wait for 15 days just for a refill !!! What should I do - Do I need to visit their office leaving all my work aside for all the follow ups? Beside that, bharat Gas' web site didn'g have any way for consumer complaints ... R they so confident that their cusumers don't have any complaints????

                                  Its 13th Nov 10 today, still nor BPCL nor the distributor is bothered for our inconvenience... Shreeram Agency's service is the worst I have ever seen... Would like to explore other efficient options if available... Finally a consumer is left alone to suffer due to distributor's monoploy!!

                                  I want to complain against the Rainbow gas agency Dayalpur Delhi-94 coz I had booked for GAS Cylinder Delivery on 18.12.2010 having the ref no.116. I haven't recd the gas delivery till now. I'm facing the more problem. It happens always with me the Cylinder is delivered after Minimum 15 to 20 days after booking.

                                  You are requested to Deliver the same as soon as possible. I'm purely Unsatisfied for with Rainbow gas agency .owner of the gas agency never pick the phone & always remains out of order

                                  If this will not be delivered by tomorrow then I will go for consumer court against the GAS agency and BPCL. it happys everytime with me (What is the reason)

                                    I booked a cylinder on 25th Sep which suppose to be delivered on 12th October got cancelled due to the door lock (They don’t have a courtesy to call the customer) during the delivery.

                                    I understood the status “C” as cancelled and again booked the cylinder on 26th October. Current status is “P”

                                    I personally visited to distributor location and they said that will be delivered on 27th October.

                                    I called them on 6th Nov again and they said that the cylinder would be delivered on the same day before 3 PM. I was ready to pickup the cylinder from them but they said their office is only used for booking.

                                    Today we are in 8th Nov I yet to get the cylinder.

                                    It is more than 40 days now for me to get the cylinder :(

                                    They never bother about the customer as the delivery team dont even have the courtesy to call the customer on the mobile.

                                    By giving compliant to this site, will there be any action from BPCL? Read lot of complaints against non-delivery of cylinder but do not see any action from BPCL.

                                    We are facing such problems regularly and we are situated in Guduvancherry.

                                    BPCL has to make surprise visit to the Agencies or take action against them if they do not full fill customers grievance/request.
                                    I am a consumer of Kain Gas Agency(Bharat Gas).in Govind Puri Kalka ji, New Delhi. I had a very poor service by this agency. I had booked the cylinder on 4-8-08. but stil today I had not get it .My consumer No is 2078.They always tell that they have no stock. but all consumers of this area are knowing they sold the cylinders in black to the local Gas filling shop.Please check the records of this agency.

                                    My consumer No. is 0264, registered at Ratan Gas Agency, kalewadi, pune, I had booked the cylinder on 11.08.08 till date I have not received the same. We are unable to understand the rule. If there are more members in the family the cylinder get consumed with in 25 days.

                                    Where in when we are having two cylinder the agency says that we cannot do the booking with in 20 days of receipt of the cylinder and after that 10-15 days to receive the cylinder that also they do not deliver it in time. we are having small kids and then how do we manage. can we know that when we can book the cylinder so that the continuity remains and we donot face any problem.

                                    Its understood that there are people who are running food mess at their house and they do not use commercial cylinder, they use the domestic cylinder and the cylinders are sold in black to them and due to that we domestic people are getting suffered can you just help us what can be done. Several follow-ups are done but no results.

                                    Requested to help us and prevent us from facing such situation, its the children who gets suffered the most.

                                    Booking of my Comsumer no 6697 in Aparajita Bharat Gas, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar on 12/08/2008, till date we have not received the gas cylunder.

                                    While asking in their office, thay said to ask delivery person name Mohanty Babu for the same.

                                    Mohanty Babu, delivery person has used rough sentences and denied to deliver showing the road condition. He told me to construct the public road then only, he will deliver the cylinder. Also he asked to bring cylinder from godawn which is 10 k.m from our house.

                                    If this will be the situation, then what we will do. Please suggest me.

                                    Bharat Gas — Non Delivery and No Support

                                    Hi,

                                    I am a consumer of Basaveswara Gas Agency in Yelahanka, the consumer no. is 32679.
                                    don't know where the rule states that we can only book the cylinder after 30 days of delivery of the previuos cylinder. Also it takes 15 days for the delivery of the booking.

                                    They don't take the booking in the first place, if you threaten or call the MG Road Customer care, they will take it after 21 days and dont be happy, they would still deliver only after 15 days of booking.

                                    earlier calling the MG Road Customer center would yield instant results, now, they speak to you very politely and promise the delivery the same day, and you would not recieve even after 15 days.

                                    Now, two empty cylinders are occupying the precious home space in Bangalore. Thanks to Bharat Gas Customer service.

                                    P.S: I have no hope in sight, If any one can help it is most appreciated.

A girl called Kavita answers the phone and keeps telling me that the delivery will be done "today", but "today" never seems to come. Kindly do the needful
                                    The complaint is regarding the distributor(Ratan Enterprises, Kalavadi Patta, Pune) of Bharatgas of our area. The booking service is very very poor. They are doing daily in the call to somebody (or) receving a call from somebody.Last 10 days i tried 4 numbers [protected], [protected] and etc. Everytime I call them they are either busy or they do not pick up the call.The staff they have recurited is useless and very worst guys .Even though if by chance they pick up the call and book cyclinder over phone they do not provide with the booking number and then we have to go to their office and book the cyclinder personally. we are facing this issue every time.                                     I am customer of Amar Jwala Gas Service - Allahabad, U.P. (Code 561864). I booked for a Cylinder Refill on January 16 - 2010. Even after daily phone calls, repeated visits to the distributors office I am unable to get the refill. Today (Feb 16, 2010), I am getting irresponsible answers. I have given them threat to lodge complaint to their authoroties, but failed to succeed. Could concerned authorities put some discipline into them and punish them to be irresponsible in giving timely service.
                                    I had booked for a cylinder on 21.07.2010 .My consumer no.29169 Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the Padmavathy gas agency (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be...Kindly do the needful and immediately.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that we face the below issues month on month relating to Bharat Gas.

                                    Delivery boy asking extra amount than quoted in the bill

                                    Bill cost being Rs. 394.50, he had never returned the balance of Rs. 5.50 if given Rs. 400.00 - moreover he seeks Rs.20 extra defaulting which he says he would not deliver the cylinder

                                    When we raised this as a complaint to the help desk people (Munuswamy Gas Agnecy - Velachery, Chennai - 42) they are also in favour of the delivery boy & requesting us to provide extra money if we want cylinder on time

                                    Last month I went directly to the agency to get this issue resolved, I didn't get any proper response from the agency people as well

                                    I spent Rs. 250 for taxi to bring the cylinder last month - I would not be able to afford this every time.
                                    The agency people are also not allowing me to contact their manager due to which am forced to raise a complaint to you.

                                    Have booked again on November 29, 2011 for which am yet to get a cylinder.

                                    I had no response from Bharat Gas as well when I raised this issue to them.

                                    Hence, would request you to take strict action based on this complaint & ensure smooth delivery going forward.

                                    Booking of my Comsumer no 5132 in Aparajita Bharat Gas, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar on 04/10/2012, till date we have not received the gas cylinder.
                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that my consumer No. is 5999 and my Mobile No. is [protected]. I am the resident of Bandel, Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal, Pin - 712 123. I have booked a gas cylinder on 1st September, 2014 and my booking no. is[protected] but till now I have not got any delivery after daily request. Surprisingly I have got message on 11/10/2014 that my Gas has been delivered. After getting the message I reported but they replying that your gas will be delivered today. But till date I have not got the same. Please note my distributor name is SHYAMA and code is 112367 and delivery boy number is [protected]. I am suffering a lot as i have no other source of cooking.

                                    This is not first time. Every time I am facing such problem. Please look into the matter with most seriousness so that your consumers can get delivery in time.

                                    I am having a Bharat Gas connection having its dealer at Bhubaneswar, Odisha namely M/s Versa Enterprises, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. I booked the cylinder on 1.1.2015 and despite my repeated attempts, neither I can get a call from dealer nor I can get them over phone as they are not lifting phone and doing monopolistic attitude in providing the cylinders. My consumer number is 8801. Please intervene in the matter and in the meantime I am also writing to Ministry informing the developments.

                                      My name is chandrakanth, I am staying at Kumannan Chavadi, here we have trouble with Bharath Gas. The office is located at Poonnamallee, it is 6kM far from Kumannan Chavadi. but the problem is we are not sure when the gas will come to our area , they will keen on change the location and we have search for it every time. If we called they will tel they will bring to home which never happens. only if we pay extra they will deliver to home. some times they will asked to come to one place to get the gas but once we went no one will be there that too i have to spend 80 rs for taking the empy gas cylender by Auto. who will return that money? i always see other gas services deleiver the gas ontime. this is a worst gas service never seen.

                                        I had booked refill request on 24th Oct, 2010, when the distributor had promised to deliver it within 8 days. The distributor code is 251930 (Ratan Enterprises) of Bharat gas. I had called on 30th Oct, 2010 to delivery boy i confirmed that i would delivery it today or tomorrow i.e.31st Oct, 2010 but till today 8th Nov, 2010 i did not turned up. Yesterday on 7th Nov. 2010 i have called and asked about the status i said today you will get delivery. It is really embarassing to the people like us to get the timely delivery of Gas and every time i have to keep on pleasing them for the delivery. My consumer No. is 76584. Please help me in handling this issue with permanent solution.
