[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Vighnahar Gas Services, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai - 400701 — Delay in Delivery of LPG gas

I am registered with Vighnahar Gas Services Consumer No.31659 Rairakhwada Dhirajlal Damji B404, Ambe Prerna CHS Ltd., Sec.-3, Plot-8, Opp.Ghansoli Rly.Stn. Navi Mumbai 400 701.Mobile No.[protected] I booked LPG Gas on 06.10.2010 under ref.167 I reminded four to six times for delivery of LPG every time promised that it will be delivered tomorrow. I am sr.citizen of 63 years I took great pain and waste of conveyance expenses for repeated personal reminders and over mobile for delivery of LPG. Ultimately LPG was divelivered on 18..10.2010 that is after lapsed of 12 to 13 days of time. Delivery ref 183 dt.14.10.2010 How ? this ref no changed ? why delivery on 18.10.2010. Please look in to the matter and see that LPG deliver at the earliest time without giving wrong promises to consumers.

this gas agency is useless...and pathetic i have ever seen...they do a false promise. i wonder if they have any delivery guys with them...if we go straight away to the office nobody bothers...i see many people thr already fightng for the cylindr...wht the hell...??? this is frst time i hve calld these mny times...and the phn # they are useless...barely we can reach thm...and if thy ans they say "kal thak aa jayenga"...and she doesnt hve any clue how many times i have calld...in...my gooodness...finaally...it seems tht i hve to go...
Yes I do agree with this agency Vighnahar Gas Service, words seem endless to remove frustration, as the female execs. who recieve the call are so unprofessional in answering the calls and offcourse their tomorrow never comes like the saying!!!
Just bugged of their service, Someone plz make some changes so we can expect better service!!! I suffered for around 10 days for I have a child 2 yrs old and was helter skelter to arrange food timely and to my badluck I hold only 1 cylinder connection and am awaiting for the second one to be processed, God alone knows how long the conversion from Single cylinder to Double would take with this kind of POOOORRR Service!
Yes I do agree.the bharat gas service is at the worst..the lady who picks the call are so rough while talking and ofcourse their tomorrow never comes.I am still waiting for the gas bottle from last 5 days and everyday they say tomorrow it will come..i am having just one gas bottle and still they dont provide on time..i have to order my food for my family from restaurant everyday..its very frustating.and i[censored] ask the reason they say they dont have enough time to talk with one custmer ..they are so rude they dont deliver on time and dont want to answer why its getting so late.. there service should improve and the ladies who are receving the call should be trained to be polite or else bharat gas will have to suffer loses because nobody would like to take such frustating service from them.

This is worst agency I have not ever been seen. Always delayed by 8 to 10 days after booked the cylinder. This time also I am still waiting to receive my cylinder even after I booked cylinder on 21/07/2018. The regular practice of any agency is delivery after next day of booking. But Vighnhar Gas agency always deliver after 8 to 10 days. This is my second complaint against Vighnhar Gas Agency, Kopar Khairane.

Request you to improve your practice other wise I have to go at your higher level authority.

Dear Bharat gas..

Vighnar delivered my gas approximately 10 days after booking. This was my second cylinder. The person named Subhash came there and was saying maam u book the gas n I will sell it n u will get 350rs extra. After that asked for Diwali 50rs . When I offered 10rs said aapke pass hi rakho. Thn I offered 20rs with one cup of tea as a courtesy.
His behavior was so worst. He started asking personal questions where are your kids? Gone to school Kya. I said I don't have kids. Thn he uttered don't u have kids at this age kitna saal hua shaadi ko. I said newly married hai 2yrs hua. N don't say such things. He didn't stop there n criticised me that ma'am u look like 40 age n ur hair has become white also how come u don't have baby. Ur body looks fluffy that's the reason u look old. Phul Gaye ho aap Charo baju se. I was literally shocked how
rubbish things n nonsensely he can talk to me like this. Pls raise my complaint. N fire that person named Subhash Seeyol [protected].

I m deeply hurt by his irrelevant statements.
I'm 32yrs old lady married for 2yrs.
It's none of his business to get into my personal space.
