I have a probem for booking my gas by phone. whenever in other cities we can book ous gas cylinder by phone.
this is in the rules of gas services.

but in muzaffarnagar National Gas service do not book gas by phone.

so please take action immidiately..

    My name is Murugan & consumer no. is 15822, It is really frustating with this agency on the services they provide. First of all you need to call them 100 times & only once they pick the number. Most of the time their delivery is not below 20-25 days (only on continous followup that if they pick up the phone). We have booked the gas on 20th Dec '2007 & today is 31.12.2007. we have 't received the Gas.It is again with great frustration we are writing this mail. If the proper action is not taken against this agency we may resort to go to media. But keeping in mind on the other agencies giving a good service, I hope Bharat Gas as a company will look into the same immediately & take action against the agency.

    Hi,

    My name is Madhusudhan Vasudeva Rao & consumer no. is 30976, It is really frustating with this agency on the services they provide. First of all you need to call them 100 times & only once they pick the number. Most of the time their delivery is not below 20-25 days (only on continous followup that if they pick up the phone). We have booked the gas on 12th Oct '2007 & today is 31.10.2007. we have 't received the Gas. We were in different parts of bangalore like R.T.Nagar & Kamala Nagar, their the delivery would be on spot and the they they commit it would be delivered. Today since morning we are trying to call them surprisingly they are not picking up the phone including the Mobile number [protected] which is published in the Bharat Gas Distributors website. It is again with great frustration we are writing this mail. If the proper action is not taken against this agency we may resort to go to media. Since I am working in NDTV it is easy for me to do so. But keeping in mind on the other agencies giving a good service, I hope Bharat Gas as a company will look into the same immediately & take action against the agency.

    I recently shifted to CV Raman Nagar and have been trying to reach Rashmi Gas AGency to get my Bharat Gas connection transferred to this agency. But their phones lines are never answered! Neither are they engaged! One search on the net will reveal how many consumers are facing problems with this agency. Strangely nothing seems to have been done about it by BPCL. Now I'm having second thoughts about getting a transfer to this agency. Does anyone know of nay other Bharat agencies that would service CV Raman Nagar area? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
    Padmavathy ga agency they dont pick the call they dont guide the customer properly for the transfer of the connection . I am very depressed as i am calling them from days and hours
    I Dont Know you will take action or not. But I believe you will do .

    Padmavathy gas agency is the one of the worst agency who is always cheating the customer. On 8th Dec 2008 i booked cylinder thro BarathGas Web site.Till now(19/12/2008) i didnot get my cylinder. I enquired the employee of padmavathy gas agency about the cylinder delivery. they abruptly replied that booking over internet web is not considered by them and they wont supply cylinder based on that. This is very rubbish reply. MyConsumer No: 17298. They always wont take phone, if we call. this was happened when i came to their office directly to enquire about not taking calls. If we ask about that they not even responding to our quest.

    dear officers,
    my name is P. Rajendran, First i got connection from Desigan gas agency at Tirupur. i have shifted my family from Avinashi road to Mangalam road. so i have changed my gas connection from Desigan Gas agency to Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency on 07.01.2009. At the same day i got the comsumer number, my comsumer no:135321. After four days i registed thru phone for one filled cylinder. The office assistant girls says that the cylinder will deliver in your address within 10 days. but there is no communication and no delivery upto 17.02.2009. Again i went to Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency on the same day and enquired about my query, asked the front office executives and they told me that my address is wrong. Again i explained them to my address and land mark. but our address is not an acceble area because it is an apartment and our apartment people are having the same gas agency conncection. so i requested to them to deliver the cylinder for my address and i gave my mobile number also. but till now they didnot deliver the cylinder. once again i request you to take action for my request and do the needful.

    Hello,

    Is this lodging complaint here worth.. I could see the compliant does not have any value, being so many complaints been lodged against Padmavathy Gas Agency but no action seems to be taken against them. I am not sure what stopping them to deliver the services at the earliest being there are other dealers of Indane/HP are managed to deliver it in fews days in time. I knew only this Agency making such Nonsense, because I got transfered from T.Nagar to Tambaram. To be Honest, Super Chef Gas Agnecy was excellent to meet the cusomers expectations. They were managed to deliver the Cylinder in 2 Days time at MAX.

    Though Super Chef was handling heart of the towns such as T.Nagar, Nandanam, and Saidapet etc they are excellent. But why this Padmavathy Gas is doing such worst services to their customers. Its been 20 Days and Many follow-up calls but delivery yet.

    Please suggest, Is it possible to shift to Indane from Bharat.and what would cost me!

    For past two yrs i have problems such as

    1. Delivery of gas is not on time
    2. I not able to communicate your people for booking or complaint since they are not picking the calls everytime when i call, still you have 3 lines
    3. The delivery person (Murugan) is always drinking while delivering the gas and speaking unnecessarily with ladies in the house

    Previously i have complained but still this happens regularly, I thought you are a good gas service sector but now it is all only fake but really your not good one

    Kindly take immediate actions on the issues

If the proper action is not taken against this agency we may resort to go to media. But keeping in mind on the other agencies giving a good service,if we complint to the manager Mr.VEERARAGAVAN, BUT HE SHOW HIS PISTOL AND SHOUTING ME,
    I hope Bharat Gas as a company will look into the same immediately & take action against the agency.

      I am a customer ofBharatgas LPG for household cooking purpose.My consumerNo.23200. TVNo:[protected] dated 6thOctober2007;SVNo:[protected] dated 22/12/2005.Iwas a customer with M/S Keshwain&Sons,Bharatgas Distributors,Kumta Road,SIRSI,Karnataka 581401 .Ph:[protected],226826,Fax:[protected].

      I took a transfer to Hebri,Udupi District,Karnataka in October2007 and hence got TV from the above distributor .I came to Hebri and sent all the necessary document(TV,Letter given by the prvious distributor to the new distributor,M/S Shantheri Kamakshi Enterprises,Byndoor-576214.Phone:251927,252027;These documents were sent on 13th October 2007 by Professional courier.I spoke to Mr.Naveen Kini (Phone No.[protected]) by phone regarding the same. He tells me he will send me the connection shortly.So far,even after 2and half months I have not recieved the connection.I spoke to him today also.But now he says he do not see my Voucher.How can that be possible?Your slogan being "Customer first" is totally violated.I am a doctor by profession and come to this rural place for the service and Bharatgas is harrassing me.I am very much aggreived.Please take up this matter seriously and do the needful.

        I have gas connection of Bharat Gas co. here in Pune with M/s Arihant Gas Distribution Agency, Solapur Bazar, Pune 411001. Ph.[protected].

        My consumer number is AG-40967

        Even after booking the gas for 20-30 days well in advance they never brought my refilled cylinder to my house.
        Other gas agencies are giving service "Home Delivery"
        I dont know why they are not doing so.

        I have made complaint, but no use. I think I should discounect the servi e here, and go for pvt. service.

        Please look into the matter.

          I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. Please suggest if anyone is aware of any Honest dealer in Pune around Erandvane area who can give the connection.

          Bharat Petroleum Corp ltd — No complaint register...poor man handling.

          The BPCL manager at PUSHPANJALI, Vasant kunj, ND-70 is never available, Upon asking many times, no complaint register was provided, staff members dont know the basic courteous skills, Dedicated wind shield cleaners can never be located, everyone tries to pass on the work to one another, Is this what we are paying for????????

          Bharat petroleum corp ltd. — poor service--Denial of complaint book

          This complaint is in regards to the poor facilities provided at BPCL-PUSHPANJALI, Nelson mandela Marg, Vasant kunj-70...Staff members are not at all customer friendly, this is an ongoing issue now, everytime we ask for a complaint book, we get nothing but excuses, this time an un-educated man called himself as manager, who was not even dressed up appropriately, refused to provide the complaint register, when asked for the batch number of the petrol pump, he had no clue of what it is. Considering the person not as a manager, manager is never available, please check as this is not the service we pay for.

          i am a consumer of your gass vide consumer no 606748 under dealer of jaydeb gass luwis road samantray pur having dealer id 300620 since 2006 we collect the gass from his end but today the dealer told that he cant give due to some area distribution problem & he told to change the container from HP to Indane & never told me the dealer of that side where i am staying now i am help less though i have no other alternative i cant manage my coking

          I am Zahida from new Delhi,There is is gas agency -Rohit gas agency,142,first floor shiva market madhuban chowk,pitam pura delhi.They are black stock broker of gas cylender,this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylender at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas.When I reach agency office to give a request of my address change so the staff of agency denied to change my address into there record and all of the staff scolded me and abused me,when I said that if you will not change my address so I will go to the the consumer court.One lady was sitting over there said to me that do whatever you like to do we have many politician connection and you can not do any thing and our agency can't be terminated whether we black market the gas and you can't prove it and we will not change your address,in future we will book cylender on your consumer number and black marketed your cylender ok if you can do something so do it,we do not bother.
          Kindly help me in this regard and enquer about the same and take neccessary and urgent action against the said agency.I am waiting for your possitive reply.Reply soon and give me the suggetion for future that from where i get the cylender for the next month.
          Iam a consumer of mohan gas(BPCL)ALWAR.(RAJASTHAN)MY CONSUMER NO IS 701314.Home delivery service of Mohan Gas is unsatisfactory since last one year.Ibooked my cylender after 21days of last delivery on dated 05.04.2008.But after so many requist Iam not yet received cylender.I requist you to give proper instruction for regular and timely delivery.

          This is regarding the barath gas conection non-availability in my native place, though i have transferd the connection to my native place on this month (banglaore to calicut-Koyilandy ) they are not ready to give the connection even after i have produced the transfer certificate, the concerd people are telling we dont give the connection from our place as we have as strict rule from BPCL that whe should not give the connection with in 5 Km and i should contact the dealer who are next to your house and according to this agency(Thengil Agency-Koyilandy) i went and tolk to Atholi it our nearest place where whe have IOC dealer but they are also noty ready to give the conncetion as they have alos got the strict instruction from IOC they should not give the connection except IOC. so i am in dilemma as i this are all public sector why cant they give connection to the customer has got all relevant documents and where do i get proper justice? and whome do i have to meet to get the connection? these are my questions.

          Those are generally dealers and not company officials and sometimes they behave that way. and truely they wont give u the register too for complaint. best place to compain is shoot a mail to the company directly and company will take care of the dealer. BPCL grivience officer detail can be found on the company website www.bharatpetroleum.in.
          I am a complanant myself. The government has raised the price of petrol from tonight 12.00 that is 4-6-08 midnight. But the dealer has stoppes selling petrol on the NO STOCK pretext. Is this fair business?

          I stay in Mira rd (Thane district). there is only one gas agency . inspite of repeated follow up with them for new connection they say that it has not yet started. when i told them it has come in paper to give the new connection they told they have not yet received the letter from above. and when asked them how much it would cost they said for one cylinder it would be 4500/- which is very high for 5500 2 cylinder are available at other places.

          I am abharat gas consumer of district NAYAGARH, ORISSA. Only one LPG distributor is available here that is bharat gas. Since one year it is very difficult to get a sylinder. We have to stand 3 times in a queue from 6:30am to 10:30 am from the day of booking. Sometimes we have to wait for 10-15 days from the date of booking. The consumers of our area are facing a lot of problem to get a cylinder. So please kindly consinder our problem.
          I am K. Satyanarayana from Hyderabad working as a Lecturer in Govt college., There is is gas agency -Prakash gas agency, Boduppal, near Uppal, Hyderabda-39 . Our Gas consumer number is 1411 we are 25 years old custtomer. They are black stock broker of gas cylender, this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylinder at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas. When we call up on this Phone number [protected] to book gas at first time they say your gas is booked and getting the line is too hard we need to spent more than an hour to book the gas for refilled cylinder and we are waiting for cylinder it is not arrived yet we have booked one month ago, this not happens for a month or so this is the same thing happening for us every month. every month we need to starve because even after booking gas for refilled cylinder we will not receive it even after one month.



          Actually gas dealers they take more money from the people who has not booked the gas, if a gas cylinder is given for Rs.300 normally for those who have not booked for them they sell the gas at Rs.500. we are sure about this because our neighbours take the bharat gas in this way only.


          I would request necessary action regarding this.

          Please Note that we do not have gas from past one week ( we booked gas one moth ago) and every month we book the gas and wait for it for than one month for refilled cylinder. Hope you can understand how frustrating it is.
          I want to bring to the notice of public that, Sri Gopal Service Station, R.p. Road, Secunderabad-500003 { phone no., o4o[protected] ] who are dealers of Bharat Petroleum products, is run by staff who are crooks and leave no opportunity to overcharge and short-supply fuel to the customers. Many complaints to the owners of the petrol pump has not yielded any results and the situation is same. As I own a scooter and in emergency situations only I go to the above pump to buy petrol. Every time the salesman charges 2-3 rupees more per litre, when we adamently ask the salesman refunds the change. The quality of the petrol is also not pure. It is high time that the concerned authorities take stern action against the owners of the above petrol pump.

          i was transferred from goa to mumbai .as i did not submit my papers at the previous gas agency Goa Gas Vasco Da Gama due to ignorance, It is now virtually impossible to go back to Goa with empty cylinder and regulator and get the connection transferred in my name to Mumbai . These outdated rules prevent a consumer to stick to one company. I n the era of open economy it should be the gas agency which should help out the consumers and not the other way around . Talking about the rules, openly gas cylinders are sold in black for Rs 200/- i[censored] grease the palms of the delivery boy.

          This is to bring to your kind notice a delivery man of BPCL gas company situated at versowa always supply one cylinder of gas bottle illegally by taking extra charge and supply the same to Rupani stall running by a lady she is also running a Dhabba next to stall. She is not a consumer also than also she is getting regular supply of consumer cylinder daily with some extra amount.
          If there is a cylinder blast who will be responsible so please take the cylinder from her and hold her responsible by filling a police case against her.
          Kindly look in the matter and make an enquiry how she was able to get the empty cylinder and also take the proper action against the dealer.
          You should talk to the customer care. if after that you are not satisfied, pls go to the consumer court with all the proof.
          At COCO outlet Shri Ram Filling station situated in Balaji Nagar, Kupwad Road, Nr. Laxmi Temple, Vishrambaug, Sangli- 416416, many more times/ major times we never get regular petrol for two wheelers from last two months.Every time we had filling Speed petrol.
          When I enquired workers give reasons as 1) there is nozzle problem, 2) stabilizer not working properly, 3) When DG set starts we can't start this dispensor. There is no proper load distribution hence power tripping problem everytime.
          Also I called to sales officer 15 days back he give me commitment to solve this.But till today nothing happened.
          I hope by this coplaint, we will get regular petrol on this retail outlet soon.

          I am a consumer of BPCL for gas cylinders at Bhopal. While going through the address and list of the dealers of BPCL, it is observed that the addresses and telephone numbers are not updated and very old. Hence a customer cannot utilise the website informations.

          In many times all the oil companies are claiming for delivery of gas cyclinders within 2-3 days from the date of booking. During my last 10 years experience, I never got the cylinders within 2-3 days from the booking. Is the claim of the company only in papers ?

          Many times I observed that the dealers are either not attending the telephones for gas enquiry or booking nor taking the telephones, hence the customers are required to reach personally to the dealers shop even for booking of the gas cylinders.

          Many of the agencies are overloaded with the customers. Hence they are not in a position to cope up with the demand. It is better to provide more dealers in different areas to competet with other agencies and to get accurate services to the consumers.

          I have a Gas connection at Prem Gas agency, Sector-10, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad. Till last year the cylinder refilled used 3-4 kg weight less. After freequnt complaint and once I sent back the cylinder they have introduced the pass book. Recently what has happened last month delivered could not run even 10 days. When we checked there is around 5-6 kgms water in the cylinder. When we complained the agency honour M/s Prem gas Agency (lady) is explaining to my wife that filled cylinder kept outside that is why the rain water fallen inside. How they are fooling the customers. Please guide me what action can be taken in such case.

          As i heard about the RTI act for some benefits of consumers towards the giving a new definition to a consumer of india, but apart from this here gas agencies in my town doing their best to make it void and tackle the consumer as a puppet of their hands.
          After this statement, now you could think about the aggression of mine for them.
          they are doing here, as they want to do. they are not doing their liabilities as per rule.they are not giving the delievery of gas cylinder at the time .
          after 20 or 30 days of booking, they said that come on agency and take your cylinder from here after pay the money rs. 310 instead of rs.307.53 insistly.
          and other one about the inspections of home (kitchen) on behalf of Bharat Petrolium after charging a fee of rs. 40 from the consumer without any inspection, and you can only get the gas cylinder after pay the rs.40 of inspection at their agency office otherwise you are not able to get the delievery.

          I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3800 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. I have booked the Gas on 23-June and when I asked booking they told that computer is not working so can't provide booking No but in 3to 4 days your gas cylinder will be reached. When my cylinder not reach on June 29 I again ask why should not deliver my gas cylinder, they reply that your gas was not booked.On June 29 they again booked my gas and till July 10 they don't installed it. Last time I had booked my gas on April 18 & my gas cylinder was intalled on May 23. When I personaly visit the agency.When I asked why not deliver my gas cylinder 36 days. They told by mistake this happen. when, I asked complaint book they refused to given to me, they assured me next time you will not face that type of problem. But, they repeated again the same in next month. I humbly requested, if you make a survey with 50% of consumer of the agency, you find out the fact how, the agency harrass / torture the people. The agency sale out the cylinder in open market in black.

          I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that at Bharat petroleum petrol pump i.e.SIDDARTH AGENCIES, near Top-cola, Borim, Goa the attendant refused to fill Air in my Bike's Tyre.On 1/4/2011, In night around 10pm I reached at the said place, filled Petrol and asked the attendant to fill Air in the Tyres as both tyres were almost flat and it was emergency at night.The attendants who were working there clearly refused to do so.on top of this they are telling me that they can start compressor if I, myself ready to fill the Air.that means there was no technical problem.Because of this careless attitude of these attendants I had to suffer in my journey.
          i dont expect BHARAT PETROLEUM to give such a bad service may be it is of little importance.

              I live in Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu and have a domestic LPG connection with Bharat Gas.
              I always believed that the minimum time frame for booking LPG was 21 days after taking delivery; however I find that each time I try to book gas I am told that Civil supplies regulation is changed and it is either 25 days or 30 days as what seems to suit them at that time. So I would like to know what is the exact minimum time frame for booking gas.

                This is to inform you that I have a Bharat Gas connection. I live in Tarnaka & the Prakash Home Appliances (Gas delivery office) is at Uppal.

                Firstly, it is very difficult to get through them, the phone is invariably busy. It takes me days to get through them & book the cylinder. I don't think they can be so busy.

                Secondly, since the past 6-8 months they don't deliver the cylinder on time. They say it will take a week to ten days but even after 15 days there is no sign. Its three weeks now since I am waiting for one. Pl. do something about it.
                This is to kindly inform that we have an gas connection in bharat gas .We are living in Tamilnadu (chennai) at old washermanpet. we have booked the cyclinder 20days back, but not yet we got an cylinder. The balaji agency (bharat gas)opposite to kalmandappam police station, all the lady is not giving an proper response, even they are not picking up the phone calls.they are simply sitting and talking . please take necessary action

                With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a regular consumer of Bharat Gas for last 6 years. my consumer number is JB-12566; SV NO. & DATE-771382 dt-21/07/2004. My distributors name & address is-- JOY BUROMA GAS DISTRIBUTOR; KARBALA ROAD, KASHIMBAZAR, MURSHIDABAD, WEST BENGAL, CODE-11735. I have three complaint in a row--1. they never provide cylinder within at least 15 days from the date of booking.. 2. i have single-cylinder facility( initially that was by my choice but when required double-cylinder facility they refused to give so inspite of repeated request) but I am not having least privilege to get it earlier.. 3. for the last 5 years they have been giving the excuse of crisis of gas-cylinder. Is it really so?
                please please do the needful. they are creating artificial crisis.. common persons like me are the worst sufferers... please help me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am facing a lot of hardships.
                one more thing to add to it that I got my last cylinder more than one month after booking but it did not continue more than 20 days where it generally continue three months... I do not know why.

                  registered a request for booking gas cylinder at SANDEEP BHARAT GAS AGENCY KHATAULI for Bharat gas cylinder 30 days back(16NOV2007), i was promised that the delivery will be done with in 10 days time but so far i haven't received it. Also whenever you call this AREA MANAGER the phone will be engaged, if its no engaged they will not lift it. When i went to their office the phone receiver was put down to avoid customer calls which is very bad.

                  This is not the first time i am experiencing it, lots of other people also complain the same. They do not talk properly when we raise this as why delay in supply and why phone calls are not answered. & he sale the cylinder in grey market @ 400-600.

                  I have booked the cylinder on 05/12/07 as per the terms the cylinder should be delivered after 15 days of the booking. So, it should be delivered on 20/12/07. But till today I have not received the cylinder. I have asked my Bharat Gas distributor many times over phone. They are telling today we will deliver the cylinder. But they are not stick on their commitment.

                  I have been working in Central Bureau of Investigation. I am a Bharat Gas Customer and my consumer No.is 3115. My agency is at Lekshmi Gas Agencies, Venchavode, Sreekariyam. I had booked for a cylinder 18 days ago. The cylinder booking is very complicated for us. Most of the times, the gas agency not responding to our call and I think a lobby is there for cylinder supply. (Their ph.No.[protected], 2594994). They specially consider the customers of their supply agent or the sell the cylinders to hotels. The suppliers is controlling the agency. When we book telephonically, they don't bother us.                         Very poor response from Siddalingeshwara Gas service, Mysore[protected]. The phone line is always busy, and by our luck if the call is received the lady speaks arrogantly and books the gas. waiting for more than 20 days when called to ask about the delivery of the gas, she says that we have not booked at all.
                        The same repeats every month and although complained several times to the owner of the agency, no action has been taken.

                        Poor customer service
                        Very poor response from Sri Munusamy Gas Agency, Nanganallur, Chennai[protected]. The phone line is always busy, and even if the call is received there is no proper response. We are calling since 2 days with Gas leakage problem and there is no response from Bharat Gas. We have called in 6 to 7 times in these 2 days (29.05.08 & 30.05.08). They informed that they have already sent a person Mr. Jeyavel, but since 2 days we were waiting but nobody attended. Hope Bharatgas know the importance to attend the Gas leakage issues.

I go again on monday the said that to come on wednesday . OK!                         Siddalingeshwara Gas Services — poor supply

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am arunkumar. I have booked gas cylinder LPG at siddalingeswara gas services, gokulam, Mysore, Karnataka, India. I was told that the cylinder will be supplied within 4 to 5 days from the booking date. But even after lapse of 10 days the cylinder is not supplied. When contacting the agency over phone on 10.10.09, they assured that the cylinder will be delivered on the same day. Once again I contacted them over phone at about 17.00 Hrs, the answer I got from them is that the cylinder will be supplied only on 13.10.09. Also, the answers given by the representatives of the agency is too bad, and they instruct us to change the agency. This is my second complaint on them.

                        The LPG what we were getting uptill August was used till 45 days but, the cylinder what we are getting from Septmber 09 will not last long for even 25 days. I hope there is misuse in the weight of the cylinder. Now, may I request the concerned to set right the problem what I have faced at the earliest and oblige.

                        Siddalingeshwara gas Agecy in gokulam is one of the worst Service Providers their number will always comes as busy or else no body will pick the call i booked it on 10 th till date they have not supplied the gas and daily they are giving one or the reason to escape, i have never ever faced such service till date with other distributors.

                          I am resident of Gidderbaha Distt Muktsar. We booked for gas cylinder 26/12/2007 but till 26/01/2008 we got no response from my dealing agency, on asking they told me that cylinders are not available from source. Plz help us we have to burning woods in these days.

                              I am a consumer (V-21730) of Bharat Gas for last 4 years and presently located at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Vishnu Jyoti, Brijvihar, Ghaziabad is the dealer for our locality. For last one year we are facing lots of problem with the gas supplied by this dealer. The vendor always brings a spring balance to show the weight of the gas and it’s always shows 30 kg but surprisingly the cylinder runs 14 to 20 days only instead of 25 to 28 days. We have taken up this matter with the manager over there but so far we have not seen any improvement. I would also like to highlight some more things which is certainly abnormal.

                              1. The calibration details are not shown on the spring balance.
                              2. The vendor always introduces himself with wrong name.( If the complaint is made against that vendor, the dealer obviously deny)
                              3. The vendor immediately opens the seal after keeping the cylinder in the kitchen. (Actually the seals are always tampered, and to hide it he opens by saying “Madam please check the Cylinder it was sealed”. Once the seal is out it is very difficult to establish its genuineness.)
                              4. The supply of cylinder is always takes 5 to 6 days.


                              When ever I used other cylinder (from neighbors) particularly Indane, the cylinder always runs for 25 to 28 days. At this point I must mention that earlier we were taking the gas from Kitchen Care, Shakarpur, New Delhi and Gas Point, Indore, and the service of both the dealers was remarkable. We never had such type of the problem with them.

                                NO PROPER DELIVERY

                                I had booked for a cylinder on 29/10/07 and my home is just four km from the service provider's office. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBUGODI, BANGALORE[protected]phone no[protected], [protected]nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                                I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.

                                Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening". I had to make someone stay at home to collect the cylinder but to my surprise it is not delivered.

                                I think this is a common problem most o[censored]s are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say. Can anyone let me know how to bring this issue to their management.

                                Bharat Gas — No proper delivery of cylinder

                                I am Consumer for Bharat gas, the Consumer No.11838 and Agency is JWALAJEE Gas services of Bharat gas ditributor Code No.351856 Distt.Nagpur.
                                I booked my cylinder for home delivery on 31th Dec'08 at SR.NO.9288.The delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminders till today i.e.15/01/2009
                                Many time I contact him personally and on telephone and every times he says that after 2-3 days he will issue, but till date no cylinder issued to me after sufficient time.
                                It was not happened first time.Many time we have received the cylinder after the boking of 15day.
                                I request you humbly that kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    I am a LPG Bharat gas customer with Alluwalia Gas Agency, PL Sharma Road (meerut)PH.[protected] .I want to inform that here Blackmarketing of LPG is going very high speed.Due to Blackmarketing of LPG the is problem is arrise for customers.Gas agency godown is situated on (merrut-baraut) bypass in meerut.In godown line of customers started at 4.00 a.m(morning)but during the distubutions of cylinders only 10 cylinders distubuted by MR.Danpal singh(godown distibutor).you can see that maximum cylinders sell on gas shops which is situated on Rohta road. Please consider this problem immediatly.Also send me email address and ph.no of Bharat gas company as soon as possible.

                                      My name is Gaurava Mishra.
                                      I have been a Bharat Gas customer for the last one year and three months.
                                      There are some policies of Bharat Gas which are highly preposterous:
                                      1. At the time of New Registration, the consumer is forced to buy gas stove and gas lighter, which he/she may not need.
                                      2. People who come for installation are so adamant to get some TIPS, even when the installation charges are paid.
                                      3. The PAPERWORK is so costly, as if it is being printed on SILVER. We are being charged for Paperwork at the time of new registration, submission of the gas at the time of transfers, and again when we want to get the connection restored at the new location.
                                      4. The manpower is rude and unwilling, as if the consumer is someone who the company does not need.

                                      THIS ATTITUDE SHOWS THAT BHARAT GAS AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS ARE ONLY MAKING MONEY WITHOUT WILLING TO GIVE ANY SERVICE.

                                      this is like a jail how lives in prison waiting for cylinder.

                                        Several friends of mine have the same issue, whenever I call up to ask for additional cylinder issue, the gas agency for Bharat Gas - Sama Enterprises either says they have issued last month and shall give again after 2 months.. or they say additional cylinders are not being issued due to shortage... But today News says LPG gas are not a shortage in India.
                                        I think the agencies are issuing the domestic gas for commerical purpose so the demand is increasiong.. Some one plz look into this
