we have gas connection at Balaji Bharat Gas Agency, Royapuram, Chennai 13, near our house. Before one month they have without our knowledge and intimation to us arbitrary changed there and instruced us to hereinafter booked at M/s. Vishal Bharat Gas Agency, New Washermenpet, Chennai 600 081 which is 5 k.m distance from our house though there act arbitrary I had Booked for the LPG cylinder on dt. 21/11/2009 but yet today on 7.12.2009 there is no response and when we approach them through phone and person they have not give proper reply to us and not from the above agency M/s. Vishal Bharat Gas Agency, New Washermenpet, Chennai 600 081. Even after the notification of CM, Tamil Nadu that Gas Cylinder to be delivered within 10 days from the date of booking but they are neligent with the customer

.one cylinder for a month is enough for all.some of them need cylinder in urgent to resale it to some others for extra money.when people need cylinders for themselves only chief minister thought becomes true.

Vishal barath — delay in delivery

We have a bharath gas connection at New washermenpet, chennai 81, Tamilnadu. I have booked the gas on 4.2.2011, they told me that after 10 days you may get the cylinder. But upto 25.2.2011 we did'nt get the cylinder. I had called them about 10 to 15 times and they told today, tommorrow you get the cylinder and so on and i made leave for 2 days to my office for receiving the cylinder. Their service is very poor and they have no responsibilty.

    This is the case of a small town of Punjab called Kotkapura. We have monoply of Bharat gas under the agency named Geena Gas service. If after booking you go to collect the cylender they will charge you app 20-30 Rs extra and gives you a packet of Biscut or Namkeen or Achaar etc. First I thought that it may be free gift from company because I was not aware of the exact price of gas cylender but when I found the exact price I refused to pay extra money and the you cant have any gas then. If anybody refuses to pay they send him back with excuses like your cylender no doesnt match or gas finished or this connection is not under your name so you cant have it even if the connection is under any family member name, basically they are selling other products along with Bharat gas.

    On Aug 2011, I had request for new gas connection at Virdi Bhart Gas agency, Phase 10, Mohali, Punjab

    Every time i go to agency, Baldev singh (owner) refuse to process the connection request and say that he is not getting the cylinders from Head Office .
    He is charging for new connection are Cylinder charges Rs 1800, unknow : 700, Burner : 2500,
    Where the Burner are very low quality which are between Rs 500-600, but they are giving it forcefully on Rs[protected]. Irrespective to customer (myself) required it or not .
    My fight is that actual connection charge is only between Rs[protected], then why they are charging Rs 5500 /- . I had email to bharat Gas HO too but still didnot received any help .
    Pls tell me how can I fight this kind of inconvenience, whom to i approach, Bhart Gas Co, RTI, Food & supply office or consumer Court

      Dear Sir/Bharat GAS

      I want to change my Bharat gas connection Name right now it is in the name of my Father but he had passed away last month(july) now Bharat gas`s guys says it is not possible to change connection name (not tell me the reason for that) pls help and let me know if there is some legal problem My bharat gas connection is located in GURGAON AT NEW RAILWAY ROAD

        Dear sir,
        I am a consumer of LPG Gas from Bharat petroleum Agent name is Rocky Gas, coimbatore.I booked the cylinder on 18/11/09 and the agent assured to supply cylinder after 10days. But even i am not getting even after 15days. I booked previous cylinder 45 days before. The agent swithced off all his phone nos,so i am not able to contact them even. when i contact customer complaint cell of BP,they are convence me instead of taking action against them. Pls launch a complaint against the dealer.

        Golden gas(Bharat petroleum gas) — gas cylinder not received

        we r from 11,MGR nagar,krishna colony,singanallur post,coimbatore-641005.....for the past 40 days we didnt get gas cyclinder....our no. is G8624.....so please help us to get the gas cyclinder as quick as possible.....

But every months i am not getting cylender on time .         I am a consumer of LPG Gas from Bharat petroleum Agent name is Srinivasa Gas Co. Hospet, Bellary District, Karnataka state .I booked the cylinder on 22/11/09 agent assured to supply cylinder after 10days. But i am not getting even after 17 days. I got previous cylinder on 30th October 2009. The agent is not responding to the phone calls and as my are parents are old they are not able to take delivery. The agency is supplying us through their own transport system all this years.

If trying to call the agency this was very much embrassing situation and the phone no. is continuly engaged and any time they ring then they dont pick the phone. This situation if any one need a BP gas cylinder they need one day full leave for booking the gas. The godown of BP at Sector - 3 was opening only 10.00 am and the same time HPL, Indian etc are opening morning 8.00 AM and I dont know why these peoples are embrassing normal people.
        Please do the service better otherwise commen people dont have any other option on way to Consumer court for this.

        I am a customer of Golden Gas Service, Avanasahi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641004 from 1996 onwards
        I am a senior citizen and family consists on myself and my wife. My connection No 3252
        The service of Ms. Golden Gas Service is most atrocious and lethargic. Most of the time you will never get their phone lines or you will get no answer. If you go in person and meet them they never care anyone and gives very sarcastic answers.
        Recently they have collected the KYC Forms along with a copy of my ration card and PAN Copy. The Ration card clearly shows my address as Old No 21D and New No 24. But the agencies never bothered to update the address and still have the address given in 1996. Even though change of address have been given they have never bothered to update the address. When I went to book my gas recently, I was told that there is already another person living in door no 20 having a gas connection and your gas connection has been blocked. My plea that 20 is not my house door number and my present house no is 24 which is given in the KYC Form fell in deaf man's ear. They have again asked me to submit another KYC Form.
        Generally it is very difficult to book and then to get a gas cylinder from "Golder Gas Service" and their name is very notorious among all customers for the difficulty they pose to common man.
        Could you please look into this matter and see my connection is retrieve
        Bharath Petrol Pump in Palarivattom Ernakulam- I have gone to pump on 01/05/2013 at 0545am have not given benefit of lowered rate of Rs 3/ltr stating vegue answer and saying manager not available. When asked for complaint register or any responsible person the employees became helpless. When there is even hike of 50ps/ltr which is even effected at that moment itself. In this case even after 5 and half hours rate published by petroleum co. is not effected is purely cheating the customers. Hence the licensee should be taken on task for cheating the public.

So many time has been reminded to Mr. Aanand but till date he has not delivered the gas cylinder.             As I have done online booking on 24.11.09 for the refill of the domestic cylinder for Manvir gas agency,Bhajanpura, but the same has not been delievered till yet at my residence.Kindly expedite it as both the cylinders are now empty.Even I have talked To Mr.S.K.Mehta at regional office ghaziabad -he further forwarded to K.G.Marg New Delhi.             I would like to bring into ur kind notice that the above mentioned delear is doing malpractice

            towards delivering the gas cylinder to some shops at resonable profit price by misleading the

            customers. We have booked the cylinder on Dec19/2009 and till now we havent received the gas

            cylinder, when we call to the dealer either they are not picking up the call or giving rash

            answers which the customer cannot tolerate. This kind of behaviour and irresponsbility of

            misleading the customer happen each and every time we book the gas. This is happening not only for

            us it is applicabe for all other customers also.

            This is to inform you that we as a group of customers have decided to file a case against the

            dealer and the company in the consumer court in a couple of weeks. This kind of poor customer

            service is not at all excused for all the time from a reputed concern like Bharat Gas.

            I would request you to look into this issue immediately and warn the delear and save your

            customers from their torture and sudfferings in order to avoid the case related issues.

                i need to mark an complain against distributor of bharat gas in city basti o[censored]tter pradesh, they are not delivered the cylinder in even 1 month from the booking time, they are selling all the cylinders in black.
                this is my request to the head off of bharat gas to stop this no sense black of the cylinder.

                this is hampring the workof common man.

                  i had recently applied for the LPG connection to Indira Gas Agency Budhlada distt. Mansa, punjab. all the paperwork is done & company has approved my connection but the sub dealer is not issuing me the connection without unwanted accessories such as gas stove regulator , pipe etc. which i have all ready bought. he's charging unreasonable price of such things. My question is whether Bharatgas has also started selling...

                  This is to draw your attention towards serious & continious trouble created by our Gas Agency ,Named Saurabh Gas Service ,Rail VIhar,Gorakhpur,the permanent problem is that the above mentioned Gas Agency provides us Gas after 45 days of booking the gas & on repeated complaints also he payes no attention.Moreover , uses abusive & derogatory language.My Gas Connection is in the name of Mr.A.N. Rai,C/o Mr.Vijendra Pratap Singh & the No.is 1328.
                  Kindly take some measures for removal of this permanent problem

                      Bharat Petroleum Corporation — Staff cheating on consumers

                      I filled petrol for Rs 1000/-, On keenly observing the meter, I observed the meter jump from Rs 800+ to Rs 1000 instantly and meter stopped. I complained to staff to no avail . This happend in Jogi enterprises service, Dealer Bharat petroleum corporation, No. 46, 12/1, uttarahalli main road, bangalore-61. I have paid by credit card and took a bill No. 31678 dated 12/04/2009.

                      Bharat Petroleum — Normal Fuel(Non-Premium) out of stock

                      I am regularly facing this with most of the petrol bunks in the Mumbai that they remain out of stock with the regular fuel be it diesel or petrol.

                      We all are talking for the huge govt. spending in terms of subsidising cost for the common man, but i see most of the time these petrol bunks sells barrels of diesel to their preferred channels and when one goes to full a tank of a car they are out of stock.

                      Today, on 15th April this got repeated with Bajaran Auto Workds - Marol Naka - Andheri East, I went with my car to full it with regular fuel, and the staff said they are out of it, and i got forced to fill a premium priced diesel for 200 Rs. for nothing.

                      Couple of days back i stood in quque on the pump for over 20 mins and they were busy in filling up some drums on a Tempo (may be 5-6 of them) and i moved out without fuel as i was rushing late for office.

                      What can be done, is there any solution, I also logged the complaint in the Complaint book at thePump.

                      I filled petrol for 500/- in Bharat petroleum bunk loydes road, while they started filling the petrol it started slowly and all of a sudden cashier disturbed me I ans him and abd with in no time it showed 500/-, those guys have cheated me, dont ever go to Bharat petroleum bunk, government has to take strict action and send him behind bar for this kinf of cheating.

                      Bharat Petroleum Corporation — No attendance,STD is ON

                      Hi,

                      I was talkin to one of my friend and the telephone got dead at about 08:30 hours.Even after advicing one of my friend to lodge a complaint which has already been lodged (complaint number is not available).Plz look into it that no abnormal billing shoudl be done on this telephone.

                      Please see to it that the telephone connection is revived immedietly.
                      Our distributor M/S Kashmir Gas Agency, Killianwali. Although I am getting supply regularly, but even when the gas is nor avialable with the distributor, it is freely available with the persons selling refills for a premium, from where they get these refills. Please enquire about this and take proper action. I get regular supply being an influential individual, but it is very hard for a common to get supply on time.

                        i had placed an order for gas on 16th and even after 10 days of booking i have not yet recived the gas.
                        i called them many times and said that i need the gas but they never took it seriously .
                        when i said that i will go to consumer court, they back answered saying that ok go wherver you want.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is to inform you that, we have booked a gas cylinder by internet booking on 01/02/2010 as per the said mail (reply from your end). And till date we have not received the same.

                        Also inform you that from past 20-25 days, the gas agency's (Friends Gas Services, New Friends Colony) phone nos are not in working condition and we are not able to genting any response from their side. We are in very urgent need of gas cylinder.

                        Hence, please look into this matter and I request you to please release the gas cylinder at the earliest.

                          WE HAVE NOT GOT ADDITIONAL CYLENDER TILL NOW FOR WHICH WE AHVE COMPLETED THE PROCEDURE AND APPLIED ON 20.08.2009 . AT THE TIME OF DEMAND OF ADDITIONAL CYLENDER, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL ISSUE IT WITHIN 6 MONTHS, BUT THEY HAS NOT ISSUED ADDITIONAL CYLENDER.

                          I REQUEST U PLEASE LOOK INTO MATTER AND ISSUE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER.

                          Bharat Gas — Issuing additional cylinder

                          I have been asking the Bharat Gas vendor on B.T.M. Layout Bangalore- Bangalore Gas agency for an additional cylinder since April 2009. Then they said that additional connection would be given only after general elections. After the election they said that connections would be given after the government formation. In June they simply refused saying that no connections are being provided.

                          This attitude of Bharat Gas vendor has caused lot of inconvenience to us in last few months. Can something be done about it?
                          I have taken the gas connection from ranjna agency, nagpur in 2008. they gave me only one cylinder connection.At that time they said because of the shortage, giving two cylinders have been stopped.Can i get the second cylinder now? with the single cylinder, every month i have to face problems. Please Help
                          I HAVE APPLIED FOR ADDITIONAL CYLINDER ABOUT THREE YEARS BACK. SO MANY TIMES I HAVE APPROACHED THE AGENCY TO INQUIRE WITH THE STATUS OF THE ALLOTMENT. TILL DATE THEY HAVE NEITHER ISSUED THE CYLINDER NOR GIVEN THE STATUS

                          We have booked additional cylinder on 17.09.2011 with PARANAV AGENCY, VENKATAPURAM, COIMBATORE. Without our knowledge they have given bill for Rs. 3500 & in the receipt form they have mentioned that “other things is compulsory”, where as the value of additional cylinder is Rs.1250 & “other things” is Rs. 2250. We informed them we never required “other things” & kindly cancel the “other things” and supply additional cylinder, for which they said they will not cancel the “other things“. They asked us to cancel additional itself in harsh words.
                          For your information, they are supplying the other things like Mysore Sandal Soap, Tea Powder Packets, Non Stick Tawa, Pressure Cooker etc…
                          Therefore w e humbly request you to supply the additional cylinder without other things. Kindly treat the matter on top priority.

                          I got the Bharat gas connection on 2006. In my case they are even not ready to accept my request for additional cylinder. Every time they will tell some and on that they either tell the quota is over or they posponed.

                            i went for refueling my car.it was a diesel car n i told the person. n there was even written diesel on the cap of the diesel cap from where we fill the fuel. but instead of that he filled up petrol n after that started harrasing me. he said sir its your fault. what would i do. then they called a labour who told he would empty the tank but charge me RS 300. I told the pump manager that why should i give this charge,. he told no sir you hav to give it. itold ok first u ask him to empty the tank. after that when i told that it was the fault of your staff, so he siad es sir so what can i do.it was a fault only. And when i told ki i wont give any money, you pay the labour charge, then he was like sir if you dont pay, we wont allow your car to go.

                            Being such an estemees comapny, if BPCL gives such a customer service and harras customers, then what sould i do.

                            i am from kolkata. n this incidnet happended in a BPCL petrol pump on SAturday 28.11.2009.

                            from last few days the bharat petroleum pump at pari chawk near ansal plaza
                            greater noida is always doing fraud with customer.
                            they are pressing FUEL INJECTOR twice to fill petrol.
                            all the time they say their is problem of pressure.

                            but their is something wrong as i have personally seen several times customer
                            making arguement for same.
                            i do not understand where is the vigilence and what are they doing.
                            and what anty corruption bureau is doing.

                              Delay in gas delivery

                              Dear sir,

                              My Consumer number is 2764, Agency -Anmol Bharat gas distributors.

                              I have booked a gas on 18/11/09 , Booking no given was 7562,

                              Even after 10days also not recioved the gas and not responding for telephone call.

                              Pl do the needfu.

                              I have been facing the problem in deleyed delivery of Gas cylinder with Bharat Gas. I have been staying at Mohanpuri in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This time I have booked the cylinder on 25.10.2009 & i got it on 12. 11. 2009. Where as i have Dubble Cylinder One will always remain empty. Can anybody say what is the benyfit to take a Dubble cylinder? The Dealer deny to entry for book a new cylinder on 26. 11. 2009. My previous one is already consumed. What should I do Now?

                              Sir I am living in Neravy village near Karaikal our distributer is chithra bharath gas dealer at Bharathiyar road at Karaikal the dealer is denying booking cylinder normally booking is allowed 25 days after the delivery but they never keep data correctly for me on the 7th of january they supplied a cylinder after repeated visits and arguments I went to book acylinder on 9th febraury 2010 but they denied booking and their staff told me that their records shows that they delivered a cylinder on the 27th of january I suspect they might have delivered a cylinder on my account to somebody for extrabenefits I have received many such complaints from many customers I have shown the gas book in which they enter the deliveries still they denied booking my name is havva nachiyar my connection customer number is 85 earlier I have complained to your Mumbai office with a written complaint signed by many customers

                                It is to inform u that today morning at about 10.10AM I went to fill the petrol in my scooter at Andhra Pradesh Auto service 16.8.9311/1 Malakpet Hyderabad. I had requested to the person who was filling petrol to take oil sachet then he said that he does't have the same his behaviour was no good. It is to my surprise that no filling point were having the same. I went to the Manager and asked the complaint book he refused to give and called one person and handed over the oil sachet box. Then I filled the petrol took the bill 7255 dated 26.11.2009. Even to take the I have to go to certain place and ask for the bill. In other petrol bunks the same issued by the casher.This is the 2nd time I am facing this problem. That time I called to Mr. Srinivas Rao over his cell phone. But he adviced me to first lodge complaint with the manager of the bunk. I request Sir kindly make surprise visit to such petrol bunks.. this Bunks staff are purposely not giving back the remaing change and trobling to customers. Harish Mulay

                                Compliant on Bharath petroleum bunk in Anjaneya Nagar, ((Nr. IDL Gate)) Moosapet, Hyderabad.

                                I would link to inform you that the Bharath petrol bunk located in Anjaneya nagar, Moosapet, (Nr. IDL Gate) I went today (28.02.15) at 9.30 PM to fill petrol to my two wheeler, but they said no stock but as per the stock report it was available on the board.Just now I came to know the fuel charges will be hike Rs.3 per liter from tomorrow, hence they said no stock.

                                Hence I request you to please take necessary action to them

Now I have booked my cylinder on 1st Feb. after request now I visit to Dealer for request for delivery they behave like begger that I am begging some thing that I did not like.

                                    My name is Mr. Sudhir Chandrakant Melge, I am having Bharat gas connection.

                                    I got transfer to pune, so I have transfer my Bharat gas connection from belgaum to pune.

                                    I have given my transfer papers to Maruti gas agency in Tingare nagar, Pune. They are telling they have shortage of Regulators, from last 2 months they are telling me the same thing.....
