[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — Extra charges for delivery

I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in Powergrid 400 Kv Substation, Kinnimangalam, Madurai and the dealer is Balaji Gas Agency Arasaradi Madurai. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 21 days period to book a refill and supply the refill after 3-4 weeks from the date of booking.

Please let me is it mandatory to pay extra charges for delivery of gas cylinder to our flat at 2nd floor. Delivery boy asks for extra money of Rs.20 or Rs.25 else he abuses. Before complaining I would like to know this. Secondly they did not give bill also.

SALEM-1, TAMIL NADU, I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY .MY AGENCY NAME IS SHERVAROYS GAS AGENCY, SALEM, MY COSUMER NO IS 609526.
GAS AGENCY'S DELIVER MAN IS ASKING EXTRA CHARGES TO PAY AND BARGING AND FIGHT FOR EXTRA CHARGES REGULARLY, I ALSO ASK AND COMPLAINT TO THE AGENCIES, BUT AGENCIES NOT TAKE ANY ACTION.
ALSO DELIVERY MAN ASKING MORE AND MUCH MONEY AND FIGHTING TO DELIVERY THE CYLINDER
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION IN THIS MATTER .

why they want exta charges????? one cylender cast is rs 398 they always get extra rs 12 ? why?????? bole gas agency

pls dont pay any extra amount...it happens with me every time this delivery person delivers the cylinder.but i made it a point that i am not going to give him any extra money..just few minutes back i have given the tele complaint in their refill booking office. she tole me that this will not happen again.

also if he does it the next time i am going to book the compliant in the consumer cell...its high time..i think we must take a stand and fight against it...

this is Mr. wilson writing this complaint, reson behind of this complaint is your agencis who is buying bad name for you.
in your agencies customer is not God, we are just fools who has enrolled for gas with your agencis.
agencis people not educated at all, training never given to them, updation of rates , services, paper work never known to them.
charging extra, for these extra charges they are proving us , rice, gas lighter, tea bag, trolleys, office files extra.

i dont know what is happening with you all people.

just check with your agencis what is happening there.
