[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Ap Telecom Circle — Poor Customer Service

Sir, My phone number is[protected]. Daily I interact with the Public Grievance Cell of BSNL, AP Telecom Circle. I lodge complaints on behalf of others at their request. I send feedbacks and emails to the officials related to their bad services. The customer care of PG Cell is very very poor. Even if we pose the grievance upto the level of Chief General Manager, Director/Operations, Chairman & Manaing Director including Ministry of Communications, New Delhi no one cares to attend/respond for days/weeks together. We do not even get courtesy response from BSNL. The services are so horrible mainly the customer care. Even if we pose our grievance in the Press Media, no one cares to respond from BSNL. Public Relations Wing of BSNL is so horrible. Even if the phone goes dead for months together, they do not give rebate in the rent but promptly sends the bills. They have to improve their Customer Care to survive in this competitive world.

I am one of the subscriber of BSNL Chinnaganjam Telephone Exchange(08594) of Prakasam dt with phone no 241534.I am having caller id facility of my no science last two years.Due to nature calamities the exchange fail around august2008.At that time the caller ID service was faild.After that i was bring to the concerned officers but still caller id not providing to my no i request the officers concerned recover my problem as early as possible
my telephone no [protected] old no [protected] is nopt working april 2009 and they send bill and i was paid i have given so many complints th 1500 and pe4rsonnel to concerned office 27230000 and 27230054 but no response. i request you to send refund my bill payment since april 2009 . otherwie i may go through legally as harrassement by bsnl

i request the officers concerned recover my problem as early as possible
sir this is to inform you that our landline phone is not working since last five months properly we are paying the BILL in time with out delay after that also we are not getting the service properly.
Then wat is the use of having a phone simply we are waiting our money in PAYING BILL .Other IMPORTANT Think is when we give the COMPLAINT in our area office for more than 25 time but they have attend only 03 time at last our area line men is asked some money to come and atten the problem he is MUSILIM.
I live in out of state for my JOB.Only my old mother is here,
When we do call every time no connectivity.

My landline phone[protected] is not working for the past 10 days. When contact the no 198 it gives the repairing process is on. No higher ups picks up the phone. I am the user of cell one, BSNL landline, BSNL Broad Band user. Now I am seriosly thinking of changing to private operators.
Like Air India status, BSNL also has count the days to close if this attitute continues. Contrary to the service of AP circle, TN circle is very efficient.
I am planning to move to consumer court if they do not rectify within a week time.
I have alos encountered the same problem with the service provider. Most of the personnel of the BSNL have the mind set that they are immune to public action and therefore, tend to be apathetic to public grievances. THey rarely attent to public grievances on time and and as per standards of service parameters. THere is an unbridgeable gap between the assured service standards and what the service provider actually deliver. But one should also agree there are no hidden charges unlike in the case of many service providers.
the best way to lodge your complaint is to report it Dept of Public grievance. If all the options fails, then complaint to online complaint site of DoPT. This very effective
my village land line phones are not working for the last 50 days.i contacted all bsnl office ie .chunkappara exchange, kumpannadu, thiruvalla, trivandram.I realize that no use to call these peoples, they have lots of excuses.(but they never think about themselves). usually i dont get through, i call my neighbours.but now i cant contact any body.pls do something for me.

Dear sir/mam

My phone connection number is[protected] .We have taken this connection for official use .But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 or 3 complaints from net as well as through 1500 and Phone Booking and Complaints to J.E.
But this telcom. team not taking any seriously.They just call from his site but nothing result found.
Due to this we r loosing our customers.
I have seen never in my life such a miserable service .

Finally i use ur support.I[censored] can do somthing for us.
I will be thankful to u.

I would request to show call details also for my satifaction and as there are every possibilities of misuse of telephone by other than me.
