[Resolved]  Bharath Gas Agency — No Proper Cylinder Delivery

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the Bad Service given by the Bharat Gas Agency named Padmavathy Gas Agency.. I am living in Tambaram Sanitorium and we have this agency nearby and we are using its service.
On 10/10/2008 we booked a cylinder and we got that cylinder only today (1/11/2008). We called them inbetween those days and they used to tell that they will deliver it by the next day. Some times they wont take the call or always the number will be busy.
And one thing we noted in the cash bill (Bill No: 232720)is that was dated 13/10/2008. So i think it would be billed before the deliver.. But where that cylinder upto that day? As the same complaint was given by the customer on this agency, it is clearly proved that they are selling cylinders outside..
So please take a quick action..

shree kumaran gas agency — Cylinder Delivery

Shree kumaran gas agency is poor in delivery of cylinder and they harass if you call for that purpose. Even after 3 weeks after booking they will not respond and there is no responsible answer. Please avoid in taking any more connection from them.
Respected Sir,
My consumer No. 13963 of Sri Kumaran Gas agency lpg booked on 10/3/10,
They claim the lpg returned due to door closure on 19/3/10. But I was inside my house. Two months back, there was a same situation in which the delivery man uneducated not knowing my name correctly (asking Jaya instead of Daisy Jaya) had gone to another house in our flat and hence was said as DOOR LOCK. The delivery man in his next visit admitted his mistake. From that time onwards I tell the office staff to ask the delivery man to make a call to my house before saying it is door lock. This has been clearly mentioned as remarks in the booking register.
Fearing this I repeatedly keep calling the office to know my status, I called on 18th, 19th and 20th but on 20th evening I was told by the office staff that it was returned. Now on 22nd the lady by name VIJI in the office because we enquired twice started blasting at me and had the phone cut off.

Now for no mistake from our part there is a delay and the office staff think they are the rulers of the country and talks so irresponsibly thinking we are slaves to them.

I want an immediate step to be taken in this respect or give me a change in dealer to enable me to go for a customer friendly relationship.
