My self Praseeth Prakash, s/o Late Mr.Prakash J Poovattil and Motty Prakash.

I am one of the LPG costumer of M/s. Prashanth Gas agency, cherthala, Alappuzha, Kerala. My consumer No. is 6544, consumer name M/s Motty Prakash (my mother). After successfully using this agency for many years, I recently experienced a terrible problem.

Now I am shifted from Cherthala to Alappuzha.

I went to Anmol Gas Agency , Kamala Nagar to exchange my Regulator. I was asked to go to Owners House in Prakash Nagar which is 5 kilometers. First I went at 2pm and waited for 30 minutes. I got an answer that Owner has gone out. Again I went at 5pm and waited for 30 mintues. Again I went back at 6.30pm and waited for 45 minutes. Finally the owner turned up. He forced me to buy Gas Tube costing Rs 180 and Charges for Regulator is Rs 250....

We are customer of Bharath gas agency for the past 2 yesrs , we have been requesting for second cyliner for every 06 monthe, whenever we request , they say that the issuance of second cylinder was temporarly stopped. Today I have booked cylinder they said it can be delivered only after 05 days.I requested them that I will come and pickup the cylinder they said currently not available due to free cylinder issued by the government.

We have the gas connection and getting the gas from Bharath Gas Agency, Camp Road, Medavakkam, Chennai. And there land line phone number is[protected] . We booked for the gas in time and my consumer No. is : 25761.
We have not received gas yet, even after the 20 days of booking. We went to the agency and asked them and they said, it will be delivered tomorrow without fail. But it is not. Again i called up and asked, but again they...

Dear Sir,
This is regarding the Bad Service given by the Bharat Gas Agency named Padmavathy Gas Agency.. I am living in Tambaram Sanitorium and we have this agency nearby and we are using its service.
On 10/10/2008 we booked a cylinder and we got that cylinder only today (1/11/2008). We called them inbetween those days and they used to tell that they will deliver it by the next day. Some times they wont take the call or always...
