My name is HIREN K PATEL .... I have booked health insurance policy ONLINE from bharati axa gen insu co on 8 january 2011 paid by credit card.....confirmation of payment received... BUT i have not received policy, recipt and required other documents till today i.e. 15 march 2011...............i have contacted callcentre many times but without any firm action on complaint...MY POLICY NO IS .....Q0020443 Was this information helpful? | |||
