[Resolved]  Bharti Airtel / Landline Services — landline phones

Two numbers 4040349 & 4040345 of our landline phones at RASMECCC, STATE BANK INDIA, ZONAL OFFICE, BYRON BAZAR, BEHIND CHHATTISGARH COLLEGE, RAIPUR (CHHATTISGARH) ARE NOT WORKING SINCE 1ST MAY 2008. COMPLAINTS WITH LOCAL AIRTEL AUTHORITIES MR. ANSHUMAN CHATTERJEE & MR KHALIQUE DID NOT BRING ANY RESULT. PLEASE ARRANGE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AT YOUR EARLIEST AS IT HAMPERS BUSINESS= SAJAL ROY, ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER, RASMECCC, STATE BANK INDIA, ZONAL OFFICE, BYRON BAZAR, BEHIND CHHATTISGARH COLLEGE, RAIPUR (CHHATTISGARH)

Airtel dsl/landline — suffering from departmental mistake

dear sir,
as par telephonic discussion to your head office no 42121 your executive miss pallavi at 19:36 pm I want to registered a complaint but she told me that your telephone and DSL line also disconnected at 19 : 30 pm for over due payment but i m telling her that The net connection is already working then why are you disconnect my telephone line this is already new connection which is not proper installing till date but she is not listening to me and she is not written any complaint on my behalf she is given order to me is that right/wrong and i am doing complaint to your department due to company workers carelessness nobody solve my problem and according to in this matter i m very very suffering to your services and nobody can solve it. If i am not got properly services then i leave it immediately

i have taken the airtel dsl +lanline combo connection in july august
and in december i opted for zero rental connection survice provided from airtel and then a problem ooccered in my friends modem so i gave him my modem as it was free...so airtel charged me 6500 rupees for 2 months on the basis of modem but i have not even used my line ..only modem was used by my friend who already have a airtel unlimited connection..so why they have chagred me on the basis of modem when i haven;t used the line..i have aslo complaint abt it in airtel but they din'nt listen...

Airtel land line services — Closed Account due to Unsatisfactory services

Dear Sir,
I have install one land line connection No.4061886 in Ujjain from Airtel. But I am not getting good services from this co. Hence I want to withdraw this connection. No body is ready to take back the instrument. Neither they attained properly. The Phone is dead since last two weeks. The services are poor.Hence I request you to take back the instrument from my residence and disconnect the connection. Finalize the account. I don't want to be your customer more.

ACTUALLY WE HAD TAKEN PARALLEL RINGING TONE FACILITY ON 28 OF MAY AND IT STILL NOT GET ACTIVATED . I HAD TALKED TO UR CALL CENTER NO. EVERY TIME THEY GIVE ME SAME NO.*502PHNO.# THEY SAID WE WILL ACTIVATE IT OR RECTIFY THIS ERROR BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE.FROM LAST SEVEN DAYS I AM MAKING THEM A CALL BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND SOME ONE AT MY HOME TO RECTIFY THIS ERROR. (MY COMPLAINT NO. IS 7626898)

I had taken a Landline Phone Connection duringSep/Oct[protected]White Field Bangalore) Initially I had gone for 550 Plan(Phone with Internet connection, but immediately the next day itself I switched to Unlimited Plan and also signed on the Form for the Upgradation(A representative from airtel by name reddy-Mobile No. [protected]) had assured and confirmed me the updation, but after a month, I received the bill of around 9000/- stating that I had opted for 550 Limited Plan, I was shocked to see the bill inspite I had switched to unlimited plan, Till now the issue is not closed and nobody from airtel approached to provide the solution, Now I received Legal letter stating that I need to pay an amount of 13000/- which is unfair and also Unmean to collect such an Amount, Plz check this an update me with justice

My Phone No. is[protected]. some engg came and try to repair it .however it's still dead and not working.this causing lot of trouble to us .pls repair it immediately
our land line 42627883 is not working for last 15 dates even though the broadband is working. we are unable to locate the telephone numbers for registering the complaint. we request immediate attention and response for rectifying the defect and also the phone numbers for future complaints if in need.

We have not received the bill for the period aug08 of[protected]. the last day being 25th Sept 08. kindly send the duplicate bill at the email id mentioned at the earliest so that we do not face any difficulty as the broadband also is connected to that phone.

Bharti Airtel Land line — Unsatisfactory services

Dear Sir,
I have install one land line connection No.4061886 in Ujjain from Bharti Airtel. But I am not getting good services from this co. Hence I want to withdraw this connection. No body is ready to take back the instrument. Neither they attained properly. The Phone is dead since last Six days. I just want to close my account with AIRTEL but not getting the website to report.
We want to disconnect our number which is[protected] due to bussiness closing . we called your helpline number last 20 days but no response was showen to it and we also visit your jalhander office but they didnt gave us good responses due to your office server down . pls disconnect it as soon as possible otherwise we will not pay any proceeding bill payments

Myself Miss Surbhi Sinha, customer of Airtel Post Paid Mobile nos [protected].

· The problem started with the October 2008 Bill.
· As per my October bill, the outstanding was Rs.1, 350/- approx, (it includes the non usage amount also).
· On November 7th 2008, i made a Cheque payment of Rs.1000/- through my ICICI Bank saving account. Details are as follows, Cheque Dated:[protected] / Cheque Number # 146860.
· The same amount got debited from my ICICI Bank account on[protected].(if required, can show the statement, where the debited amount towards Airtel reflects).
· But, when i received my November 2008 bill, i was surprised to see the ooustanding, which includes the paid Rs.1000/-. The amount was not deducted from my total outstanding, even though i made the payment. This i can say because I received an sms from Airtel, confirming the receipt of my payment (of Rs.1000/-).
· Then i contacted the Call centre, complained about the issue and gave all the required details to them.
· Even though, i used to get minimum 5 calls from Airtel (in a day) regarding the Non- payments.
· Mr. Yashwant from your collection department also visited my place on[protected].His mobile nos is [protected].
· I gave him too all the details & informed him about the problem.I myself called him more than 5 times to know the status of my complaint.But no revert.
· Then i received a legal notice. Hence tried to contact Ms. Kumud Rai, spoke to her, provided her all the details, but she was of no help.
· Today, on 25th March 2009, i again received a legal notice.
· This time i'm not going to do anything.
· Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest orelse i'll be forced to take necessary actions.

Kindly Note: If i will not receive any reply in next 5 days (before[protected], i'll take Legal action against Airtel.

I agree with the general grievance about unsatisfactory fault repair service of Airtel.
I tried to register complaint about non functioning of the Chennai landline number 42136469 by telephoning to Airtel with "2198" followed by the landline number 42136469.There is no response.

I have regiistered a complaint uner token no 59669 on 9th feb 2011 regarding the outof order status of my landline[protected] in your land line complaint no[protected] and inspite of their promise to look in to this matter still my line is not restored till today 10th feb 2011. kindly do the needful. also note that to get your customercare no is very difficult and also they take long time to respond to the calls
