Bharti Axa — Medical Claim

Hi,My name is sreenivas .I have taken health insurance policy from bharti AXA. The policy duration is 12/07/2011 to 11/07/2012. I got heavy fever and i admitted in hospital from 11/08/2011 to 18/08/2011. I applied for claim but Bharti AXA claim department reject my request and they r telling according to policy 30 days should get over .if we calculate date exactly 30 days already over then also they dint give any claim and all.I had health insurance policy then also I payed more than twenty thousand rupees in hospital .Please help me to get a claim from that insurance company.I m looking farword positive response from your side.
