[Resolved]  Bharti Axa — revocation request submitted during freelook period, but did not processed

I was tken a bharti axa insurance policy on november 2008. But when i received the welcome kit i realised that the following problems

1)the product was entirely different from the adviser proposed
2)The frequency of premium was semi anual but my option was anual
3)there was several policies without my agreement instead of a single poicy

the total premium was 80000. Due to the above said reasons i decided to revoke the policies during free look period.thus i submitted all of the documents that i have recieved with a written request letter at bharti AXA perintalmanna.initially the branch manager refused to accept the request from me by saying that "i am not the cocerned person" .on the next day i went there again,this time also he repeated the same dilogue.but this time he accepted it from me becuase i did not leave the branch.when i ask about the acknowledgement they diidnt give me anything.but I was taken a photostat copy of the written request letter, when he refused to give the acknowledgment i give this copy and he signed on it with date.The copy of that letter is attaching with this complaint.after this i received only one DD of 9000 rupees from the company.the policies premiums was 9000 each.

After two months there was no response to my complaint, when asked about this at branch they told me that it will take sometime to process. thus i complainted again at the branch.after this I received a letter from the company showing that the proof of delivery report of the courier for the welcome kits i have received, it was also menntioned that the free look proceedure was not taken.

I have submitted the documents within 15 days at the for revocation.but still i have any response the company for my complaints.so here i kindly request you to take my case in consideration and to take the nesseccery actions for me.

Subject: Endorsement awaited.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you because the Endorsement for the vehicle still awaited, I mentioned this to the Laj Motor superintendent Mr. Punit on Monday, Tuesday 04, 2012 (letter attached) and he said he would complete it that week.

It is almost two weeks later and it still hasn’t been received. It isn’t a big problem but the vehicle is runing without insurance on the road.

I would appreciate it if you could speak to the superintendent about this problem. I’d like to know when the problem will be completed.

Period from 28/08/2012 to 27/08/2013.
Cover note number: 31706791
Car number PB 70 B 0021 has been changed and I have been allotted with new number i.e. HP 55 A 2228.
