[Resolved]  Bharti Axa General Insurance — Accident claim has declined by company

I am having a car Chevrolet U-VA. The insurance was due on 04.11.2010. I have got call from Landmark insurance company, that they are service provider for renewal of vehicle insurance on 03.10.2010. Theey have briefed me abt the scheme 7 enquire abt certain histories of vehicle & forward the offer through mail. After that tremendous follo-up has been taken to settle the deal. Lastly i have handover the cheque to their local representive Mr. Vijay. . Also I have received a policy papers & renewation details on time.
Last month I had an acciedent of my car. I have approched to the insurance company (Bharti AXA) as per procedure through the authorized dealer. Also handover all the policy & acciedent details. Inspector has examined the car & given the approval for repairing. the amount was near abt 33500 INR. Pl note that during the same I had conversation with inspector regarding Nil depreciation scheme as discussed with you during policy renewal. After completion of repair work, suddenly I have got call from Mr. Desai of Bharti AXA that he is going to forward my claim to head office for reverification. After asking abt which type of verification?, he has told me that you have renew the policy by claiming for no claim bonus. (He has confirmed with my earlier insurance company & got this information). I really surprised that why they are verifying now?
Does it mean that when they are doing marketing for their company, they are considering their customer as Loyal (as during renewal they are verifying this earlier vehicle history with customer & they are believing on customer at that time!), but when we are trying to take the benifit of insurance, they will verify everything (with earlier insurance company also).
See, presently I am having 2 Cars & 2 Two wheelers with me & as I am a service man, its difficult for me to recollect all the memories & to ensure the vehicle history is correct.
(My claim no is C0065310 Dated: 02.12.2010). pl note that from last 15 days no one from your company or from bharti AXA has try to contact me after so many follow-ups.
