[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — FRAUD

Dear Sir,

This is complaint regarding policy taken by me from Bharti Axa Life Insurance in March 2008, Policy no. is[protected] and policy no[protected] in name of Balvir Singh, the policy explained and taken by me is single premium policy and was told to me to pay only one premium, which by fraud company had given me policy of 15 years . I am a poor man and do not afford to pay any further premium.

Bharti AXA Life Insurance — Violation of DND Law of mobile Phone

I had registered my mobile number [protected] to the Do Not Disturb Service provided by IDEA cellular Ltd. as per the TRAI guidelines on 22/01/2009. Despite that, I got a promotional call from BHARTI AXA Life insurance on 07/08/2009 from the phone number [protected] at 07:10 PM. It is clear violation of Do Not Disturb service as per TRAI guidelines, and clear intrusion to my privacy

Bharti AXA Life Insurance — non reciept of policy bond 5003241188 & 5002998572

Sir/ Madam,
I, Abhishek Sekhri had taken 2 policies from Bharti Axa Life Insurance company with no [protected] in my name & [protected] in the name of my wife Since the date I have purchased the policies there have been a couple of issues withthe company. The following are as follows:
1. No policy bond till date for both the policies [protected] & [protected] have been sent to me despite repeated requests & reminders to your company. f.
2. I had asked for ECS service to be deactivated on my bank account & credit card, the co. had confirmed the same through email dt 6/6/2009, however my bank account was then debited by company dt 07/06/2009. After I protested through email dt 9/6/2009, company had apologized for the same & said the same would not be repeated. However on 15/6/09 again my credit card was debited Rs 1000/-.
3. The credit card ECS mandate form was fraudulently signed by officials. I have sent the scanned copy of my signatures to company through email dt 3/7/2009. However, the same is not considered as my correct signatures by officials on a/c of reasons best known to them

I Rahul chawla had taken a policy (policy no.[protected] from bharti axa in april 2009 but due to my personal problem i was not not able to continue this policy so according to IRDA guide lines or life insurance company rules and regulation i gave a request to bharti axa to cancel my policy and refund my money within a given freeluk period time but some of their employee without intimataion to me write a letter to cancel my request also he did my fraud signature,i again gave a request against this but they did not take any step towards my request.In july again i have given a request to return my money,even i complaint in customer care so many times and also in compliant unit in mumbai also.due to this company and their employee i have to suffer alot.I have to spend money to go their office,make std calls and also my time.but they never sopport me.Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and take some strict action towards company like this.waiting for your early and positive reply.

i satinder singh taken a policy no.[protected] from Bharti axa life insurance .my complaints againts this issues after not taken iniciative by company.
1) on the time of salling the product executive told me gaurented 10% return.
2) he done my duplicate sign on the policy form.
3) he miss use my document by editting & cutting on the docs.

He said that give me blank paper with my singnature about my resignation but i have submitted my resignation with 30 days of notice period to my reporting manager on[protected] and i have also submitted it to my HR manager. Now i think he will missuse blank paper with my singnature.I have no job at the time.So please accept my resignation with my notice period from 08/01/2010 to 06/02/2010. I shall be thankfull to you.

Sub: Fake Signature & fraud by manipulating the policy premium.
My Name is Ashwani Mishra, I have been approached by Bharti Axa life insurance manager Mr. Dheeraj Arora for a Plan Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, he came and filled the form for the said policy for 50000 annual premium. Just after few days I have received a call from your verification department for seeking an appointment of mine for some verification purpose. When he came and shown the papers of proposal forms, it was completely manipulated through my fake signature including some fake declaration request note-that has been fabricate to manipulate on my behalf. Instead of the original 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand) Annual premium they have manipulated, 1, 00, 000/-(One Lac) as semi-annual by filing a declaration note. Though it was quite shocking on my part, “when i asked Mr. Dheeraj Arora (Branch Manager Bharti Axa life Basant Vihar) he came by 18th of Feb and tried to justify the things by saying sorry etc. Since it was a question of integrity of mine and faith towards Bharti Axa, I could not make myself agree to retreat. Then I have handovered a cancelation request letter duly signed by me with original policy No.[protected] to Mr. Dheeraj Arora by 18th Feb 2010 to cancel the policy with immediate effect within free look period. as confirmed by customer care, he has not processed the case for cancelation yet. due to manipulation done by his part.
By looking back, now I feel that there was intentional delay by Mr. Dheeraj Arora affected my cancellation of the policy within the free look period. Since he don’t take my calls and not submitted my policy for cancelation, So I urge you to look in to the matter and kindly check these officers who are maligning the image of Bharti Axa life insurance by doing such fake signature and fraud.

My emp-id- 32431, separation date 07/052010, agency east, kharag pur branch, Designation-Agency Manager (MOA). please clear my provident fund amount and other dues.

please clear my pf and other dues as early as possible because of medical emergency.
