    I was working with BHARTI AXA GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD location Delhi. I was resigned on 07th july 2009 & i have Completed my all formalities regarding PF. But still i have not recieved my Provident Fund. Related to my PF i called up Banglore PF office on[protected], 22214901, 22214961, 22216596, 22238033 but no one attended me properly. My call travelled from section 7 then reception and last one was to PRO.
    I spoke all of them, but they did not solve my queries. So please forward my problem to concern desk and let me know when I am going to get my Provident Fund.

      I take the insurance policy from bharti axa life insurance. the agent ask me for the cheque. i tell him that we dont have money. So, i"ll give you the cheque when we have sufficient fund in my acount. But he tell me that plz give me the cheque,I"ll deposit the cheque in the Bank with your Permission. Igive him cheque without date. But he deposit the Cheque without my Permission& the cheque is Bounce& Ihave Avail The Bouncing Charges.Now what can i do Plz Help Me

          i have taken a policy[protected] from bharti axa in august 2008and bharti axa send me policy bond on 7th march 2009 after that i submt policy bond on 12th march 2009 in sriganganagar bharti axa branch(rajasthan)for cancellation,when this is a rule of irda the policy can be cancel with in 15 days after recieving of policy bond--then bharti axa even i have a another policy[protected]taken in julu 2008 but bharti send me policy bond on 3th april 2009 and i have submit policy bond on 13 april 2009 for cancellation then why don't bharti cancel my policy (and plz check the date of recieving of policy bond)

          Regarding : Fraud: done by Branch Manager, basant Vihar Delhi
          Dear Sir,
          With reference to my Policy which I have applied by 28/01/2010 for Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, Mr. Dheeraj Arora Branch manager Basant Vihar came with his sub-ordinate to my residence and filled the proposal form for the same. Just after few days I have received a call from your verification department for seeking an appointment of mine for some verification purpose. When he came and shown the papers of proposal forms, it was completely manipulated through my fake signature including some fake declaration request note-that has been fabricate to manipulate on my behalf. Instead of the original 50, 000/-(Fifty Thousand) Annual premium they have manipulated, 1, 00, 000/-(One Lac) as semi-annual by filing a declaration note. Though it was quite shocking on my part, “immediately I called Mr. Dheeraj Arora (Branch Manager Bharti Axa life Basant Vihar) who has sourced the policy “for clarification”. Mr. Arora disguises himself innocent by saying he is not aware the fact ‘n’ will try to investigate the matter and let me know very soon.
          How ever I have given a note to the investigating officer that the signature has not done by me.
          Meanwhile by 10th of Feb policy reached to my address, while I was out of station. By 15th of feb I have called Mr. Arora to meet, since Mr. Arora was busy, he came by 18th of Feb and tried to justify the things by saying sorry etc. Since it was a question of integrity of mine and faith towards Bharti Axa, I could not make myself agree to retreat. Then I have submitted a cancelation request letter duly signed by me with original policy No.[protected] to Mr. Dheeraj Arora to cancel the policy with immediate effect in free look period. Mr. Dheeraj Arora assured me to process the cancelation immediately at the same time he also assured that I will get my money back within 15 days time.
          Meanwhile Mr. Dheeraj Arora has sent his representative again after 2 days by 20th of Feb with some cash offer to retain the policy. This was not accepted again by me. And Mr. Dheeraj Arora started ducking my calls. When I did not got my refund even after 20 days, within stipulated time i have called Bharti customer care in this regard, but they denied about any cancelation request logged by Mr. Dheeraj Arora, then I again have tried to contact Mr. Arora, since he dint picked my phone I was helpless. I have managed the no of Mr. Sumit Dang senior to Mr. Arora. After his intervention Mr. Arora called me back and confirmed about the cancelation logging. I had no option but to believe Mr. Arora.
          By looking back, now I feel that there was intentional delay by Mr. Dheeraj Arora affected my cancellation of the policy within the free look period. But in spite of the delay in response from Mr.Dheeraj, I had requested for cancellation of the Bharti Axa life Future Secure pension Plan, through e-mail on Feb 25- 2010 by sensing the misappropriation by branch head of basant vihar.
          Mr. Dheeraj Arora started ducking my call again and again. It seems me he is doing something out of the way what he should not supposed to do………………………&helli...
          However 25days have passed. Till now policy has not been processed for cancelation as confirmed by the Bharti Axa customer care. I would urge the superior authority to look into the case and circumstantial behavior of a responsible officer, keeping view of Bharti Axa image and market repo. And do the needful for cancelation of my policy. So the issue may be sorted out without any litigation process. Thanking You, Yours sincerely,

            I am working with Bharti Axa as an adviser from September 2008. My adviser code is [protected]. I achieved a Dubai trip. The company did not inform me regarding the trip which is scheduled on 24th September 2009. I visited the branch office and necessary information was supplied to the office to enable me to join this trip. I visited many times to the branch to know the schedule of this trip. I was always told by the branch, you will be given the information regarding this trip at the proper time. On 22nd September at 7PM Ludhiana office called me to inform me that the trip is on 24th September 2009 and your branch office (Yamuna Nagar) has not given us any information as such the VISA has not procured and ticket is being cancelled.
            I am working as an adviser from September 2008. My adviser code is [protected]. I achieved a Dubai trip.               i am pasting the details of my complaint below , which i have forwarded to bharati office but no action has been taken. also the policy has lapsed because i have not paid to the fraud agent my next premium. pls advice on to what to do now.:

              Dear Sirs,
              This is to inform/bring to your kind attention that some activities involving fraudulant purpose in respect of my policy in your company has been made by somebody engaged by the company.

              Please note that I have got the following policies from your company Bharati Axa Life Insurance Ahmedabad:

              [protected]Aspire Life
              [protected] Future Confident II (wrongly committed policy in name of funds transfer.)

              I would like to mention that two of these policies have been submitted with false documents and I therefore, really surprised as to how can these happen in your esteemed/reputed company. Please note that I had applied for only one policy in July 2008, but thereafter have received two more policies and at that time some of your executives had told me that he will transfer my fund from the my earlier policy to new one.

              Thus he gave me some information which came to be untrue. When i visited your office i.e Bharati Axa Life Insurance, C.G.Road Branch,Ahmedabad, i was told that funds can be only transferred by filling of a transfer form, which i have never filled in nor signed the same.

              I really have lost trust in your company because of this false info/documentation and i really found this when your agent is not available to me since jan -09 after giving him permium in cash.

              Please note that this is a serious breach of trust of such high magnitute and I want immediate action in this matter before paying next premium.

              I have tried number of times to contact Mr. Anand Parmar but he is avoiding me since Jan-09 so i have to personally visit your kind office at c.g. road, ahmedabad to search for him with no results. Also on reaching the office he called me up on phone for meeting in front of his Sales Manager but he hasn't turned up till now.

              Please also note that the premium certificate which i personally collected on 8th April 2009 has a date printed on it as 09/04/2009 and which I have collected today i.e. 10th April,2009 bears a date printed as 13/04/2009. Can you please explain this? How a receipt shows date of next three days.

              In view of the above, please verify the original documents available in the records of your office and confirm at the earliest as to what type of fraudulant activities have been performed by the concerned executives/dealing hand in respect of the above-mentioned three policies.

              Please do the needful asap.

              Respected sir,
              I am pasting the details of my complaint below, which i have forwarded to bharati office kota to Mr Shailandra chauhan but no action has been taken.
              In july-09 Mr Rajesh Shrivastava( Mob-[protected]) had offered me merit plus plan of your company.
              In this plan he explained me that i have to pay two installments half yearly (10000/- each), if i take two policies than i only have to pay one half yearly installment of each policy & next half yearly installment will be paid by your so called Bharti Axa life insurance fund.When i asked him that how & why your company will pay my second installment, Then he explained me that Bharti Axa executive having power to offer such type schemes against dead fund.He also gave me a code no which i have to mention in side the application form & also advised not to share this information with local agent.He also said that when your second installment time will come this code will be display with your policy & automatically your second installment will be paid & receipt will be sent to you.
              Now it is the time for second installment. Please suggest now at this time in odd situation what i have to do.

                My PF no is MH/ BAN/48185/3156/GR[protected]/1398.I had given the papers 29.02.2009 back for the final settlement of my PF.
                But still it is not credited to my account.I contacted to my office .They told that PF withdrawal form has already submitted to Bandra PF office on 31-3-09.I just want to get confirmation that how much time it will take to credit the PF amount to my bank account.

                  Hi All,
                  I have faced drastic problem with Bharathi Axa General Insurance for my Car Policy. Their sales people are full of citer. I have called several time to there customer service and send the mail to all top level guys and not get any solution. Final I’ve canceled the policy. Still I’m not got the refund amount (after nearly 35% duction). Please see the below correspondence which I’ve done with those guys. So please think twice before taking policy with Bharathi Axa insurance.

                  Fist Mail:--

                  This refers to my complained # 77. My policy # is FPV/I0028369/41/04/B24111.

                  Last week my vehicle was damaged due to accident. Subsequently I left my car to workshop for repair work. Your person Mr. Santhose inspected my vehicle on the same day and informed that you not eligible to claim. He was said that following reason
                  “My Policy say’s NCB discount is 20%, but you had claimed 2 times in your previous policy”.
                  Please note that when I start to interact with your seals person Mr. Vijayan K.T. I was clear told to your person I had made 2 claims in my previous insurance. And also I have received quote from Vijayan on 7th March’09 .In that quote clearly mention that NCB is zero. Please find the attached quote for your reference.

                  Now Mr.Vijayan is telling lies that I’m not informed that my previous claims. So that reason only he had made the policy with NCB 20% discount. And also I spoke to Mr. Dillip (Vijayan boss) and him also not able to solve my problem.

                  Initially my friends are told me that don’t take Bharti AXA service they should have lot of hidden things. But I believed the Bharti AXA don’t cheat their customer. So I had discontinued the previous cholamandalam service and took Bharti AXA insurance. But now I feel that what my friends are told me that may true in my case.

                  So please accept claims as well as provide me updated policy.

                  This refers to the meeting we had with on 18th July regarding my complained # 77. You have told me that you will not accept my claim as well I need to pay 20% NCB amount (~ Rs 2230)

                  As you aware your sales person had done the mistake. For that reason you had told me that you have removed that sales person from service. In this whole process I done one major mistake is without seeing the paper I signed the document and also I’m not taken any copy of the document. I thought they don’t cheat their customer. For that reason I got very good price from you as well I leant very good lesson from you.

                  Please find my final request as below.

                  - I’m ready to pay 20% of NCB amount. But please provide the existing claim amount (~Rs5000). And also provide me the updated /revised policy for my future purpose (NCB discount with zero percentage).
                  - OR –
                  - Don’t give the claim amount. I will not pay the NCB amount. Please provide me the updated /revised policy for my future purpose. (NCB discount with zero percentage)

                  So please accept any one of my request. I need to close this matter at the earliest. I’m eagerly waiting for your response.

                  Vijan Automobiles — Registration of Vehicle

                  We had ordered an APE PIAGGIO vehicle which was delivered to us on 15th April 2010. We were not priorly informed that it will take so long for making registration of the same. They have not yet done registration after promising various dates.
                  Really a disgusting company... My story also the same but there is no claim...

                  Attaching the whole story regarding NCB. I have given all documents still they have wrong details of my vehicle. They are doing this because they can easilly refuse our claim... pathetic service..
                  You are write deaar sir, this company is making fool to consumer and their sales team is just meeting thier targets.My claim also denied due to NCB and no hearing from anybudy IRDA, Insurance Ombudsman and consumer forum. all are just making fool to us.
                  Bharti Axa General Insurance and its agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. should never be believed. On 05 June 2013 I made a payment for renewal of my health policy which is a portability policy form ICICI Lombard. I came to know about this portability policy from Ms. Swetha Modi of Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. who contacted me over phone for this. After receiving the required documents and the payment all of them kept silent till 15 days.
                  When I contacted, they (Bharti Axa General Insurance and its agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd.) suddenly wakes up and starts giveing false assurance through phone, SMS and mails. In this dirty game the Area Manager of Bharti Axa General Insurance Mr. Anuj Tyagi is plying a leading part.
                  I have informed this matter to the head of India -Complain Mr.G.Singh, but till today ie. 11th July 2013 no positive result has been received.
                  So, please please think again and again before obtaining any policy from Bharti Axa General Insurance or from agent Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt.Ltd. -Sumit Banerjee-
                  One of the worst insurance companies. They claim they process the claim within 15days but take 4months to process and they come to investigate at home on the matter when there is a death funeral happening at home. Sick ppl. and finally reject the claim giving a baseless reason stating policy holder dint declare of Diabetic condition at the time of policy commencement whereas this insurance group dint bother to check on it nor did they want to ask on it. they just wanted the person to take the policy.
                  Consumers beware of this Bharti Axa insurance group
                  even I am followuing up for a claim settlement for the past 5 months, as my car was stolen.. and they are just dragging.. God knows what are they upto. they even expect some type of bribe to release the payments
                  Please note that, the insurance policy of my car Suzuki Ertiga
                  MH03-BJ-1681 and my Policy No. FVP/11678851/81/08/M1814M is already
                  expired one month back on 16.08.2015 and when
                  I applied for zero depth insurance suddenly I came to know that, there
                  was a claim from my end stating self have already received of sum
                  13, 995 whereas I have never applied for any such claim nor received
                  any money till date from to my end. I would like to see the
                  documentation evidence for my claim and self is seeking to get revised
                  renewal insurance notice to renew my expired policy.

                  Request please advise the earliest action on above.

                  I took the policy on 31 dec 2015 for my new mahindra xuv w6 which idv is 1216000 and one of the agent assisted to take policy, i received policy copy after one week when i checked there was no engine/chasis number on it.

                  I called customer care immediately and informed the same, its been 3 days there is no proper response and saying that we dont have details regarding this we will update you soon.

                  Agent should take care of the all the details(engine /chasis number) updated on the policy. they say will cannot give you ETA for it that means if some thing happend(accident), who will be responsible for claim. does bharathi axa bear that.?

                  NOTE: i have purchased new mahindra car keep the car idle for 10 days at home since there is no policy(due to bharati axa fake policy).
                  I had following Car insurances from the below insurance companies:
                  1. Reliance General Insurance - 1st year
                  2. Bharti AXA - 2nd year
                  3. Bajaj Insurance - 3 year

                  But Bharti AXA had mentioned the wrong NCB information on the policy document and because of that now Bajaj insurance had put the wrong information in their policy document.
                  Now when i approached fro claim to Bajaj insurance they had demanded the NCB certificate from the previous insurances.
                  I approached Reliance GI by writing a email to them, they reverted in just 2 days time with NCB certificate.i didn't even call them for this and just on email they reverted and kept sending me emails about the status of my request.

                  Coming to Bharti AXA, i called on their customer care but they said i need to write a email to customer care nd they can't even log a complaint on phone.
                  I sent them 2-3 emails and initialy they started asking about my prevoius policy document.but after they replied that they ahve policy that once customer policy is expired we are not bothered.

                  Bajaj insurance people are calling me and ready to provide all help.

                  Now see the difference between all the insurance companies.
                  BHARTI AXA is horrible and my advise is not to take any policy from them.

                  Every day I am calling to customer care. Every day they told that you have to wait for 1day to get the policy it is under process. As per the instructions policy should be issued with in 3 to 5working days. As per customer care person name mr.Arjun from Mumbai he instruct and guide me to make payment through quick pay. And the payment is successfully made on[protected]. Today (23/2/18) Mrs. Suhasini customer care representative is forward my call to financial team. He taken all details and told that he call back me with in 10 minutes. After 2hrs Mr.arjun is called he is in the off of bharti axa insurance. Once again he taken all details and checked. And the finally told that your policy is not generating. Your amount is refund in 21 day's. I agree with the refund and I asked him to give me any reference number or any email reference for the refund status. He agreed he told that he send an email to me. But after 4hrs I checked my email but I am not received any email. Once again I called to customer care Mrs.Sahera told that your policy is under process and pending status and not mentioned for refund. She roughly told that if you you want refund write to customer service department by email she told.
                  My problem is that on 28/2/18 my policy is going to expired. I have to renewal my policy. Mr.arjun told that your policy is not generating your amount will be refund but he is not maintain for refund. Mrs.sahera told that your policy under process. And every day customer care representative told that your policy under process.
                  I don't no what kind of service giving to the customer's. Why it is in pending. What kind of information giving to customer's. I am from 2015 customer. For the same vehicle and all details are same. Why it is in pending status. If you are giving this type of service to renewal a policy. You think what service is giving for claims. I don't know what to do. My policy is expired on 28/2/18. You people giving very worst service to customer. This is my policy details for your reference. As soon as possible please solve my problem. Other wise I post a complaint against you and in social media.

                    In order to get your certificate, you will have to go to CBSE office in Delhi. Also bring your CBSE roll number, any photocopy of the marksheet, rollno.

                    This is the only way to get it back and you will have to go to their office to get it because these government officials do not work sincerely.

                    Do mail me whatever response you get from their side and always scan your certificates to be on the safer side.
                    Would like to understand as why school which comes under affiliated to CBSE are not using the valid text book and syllabus approved by CBSE curriculum committe. This is happening for R.N.Podar school where in for class II students the text book gives as complied and are not of their standard. I'm sure when the board design the syllabus they take into the consideration the children's age and what they can be taught at the level.                         Respected Sir,
                        I, M.Vinod was joined Bharti Axa Life Insurance, Dwarka Branch, New Delhi on 21st October 2008 to build my career. Iam very much disappointed about non-receipt of my salary (full-n-final) for the month of January 2009. I worked for the organization sincerely, honestly and spending money from my pocket for fueling to my vehicle to go to various places for the betterment of the company. I have put my best efforts for the growth of the organization.
                        My resignation was a forcefully resignation which was taken by my Sales Manager, Mr. Ajay Kumar and my Area Sales Manager, Mr. Zaheeruddin Khan on 9th January 2009. My SM wants me to put a policy of Amount 36, 000/= of my own by 12th January 2009 and if I failed to do so they accepted my resignation. When I declined him because I don’t have money to take a policy of my own, my ASM accepted my resignation on 13th January 2009. He took my resignation by warned me that if I don’t resign, he will hold my salary and absconding me or terminate me and he will ruined my career by any ways. Iam totally frustrated and had no option other than to leave the Company. So I resigned my post. I have a SMS of my Sales Manager which is the best proof of my forcefully resignation. Mr. Amber Prakash (HR- Manager, Delhi & Gurgaon) also know about the fact but he is also helpless. Now Iam a jobless and I don’t have any job right now to survive myself.
                        At the time of resignation HR told me to fill up the Full-n-Final form which will help me to get my salary for the month of January 2009 and I filled it on 10th February 2009. Still now Iam not get a single penny from the company. The HR promised me that I will definetly get my salary within 45 days but now he is not giving any proper reply. Whenever I asked him about my full-n-final (salary), he said that it will come shortly but my full-n-final did not come even after so many reminders from me from time to time. Now I don’t know why it is so late and what is true?
                        Now this is my last option to request you to do something about this.
                        This may kindly be treated as most urgent.

                        They atleast forced you to resign in my case the Branch manager and HR of the branch put that i am absconding as i had gone to kolhapur for policies, I had given intimation to the BM there are no rules the staff and management of branch behave in very unmannered way. I spent my last penny for the trip and when i came back i was told that do not come to office as-they have put me in absconding I had top return the policies to the customers back i lost my goodwill in the market due to this

                          I had opted for a policy name bright star for the term of 20 years for annual premium of 24000 on 040309.On 090309 policy no[protected] was issued to me and i accepted it with 1588.03 units @7.61 rate.But company presented the HDFC bank cheque in local clearing so cheque got delayed and could not cleared.Because of company's fault i my policy got cancelled .After that once again one another policyno[protected] issued to me with 1368 units @8.69 paisa without my knowldge by issuing a written letter with the reason for not debiting funds for last policy.but till now money for second policy has not been debited and nav o[censored]nits has reached to 10.50 approx.i have been facing a loss 5000 approx.I have talked to advisor but he is saying we have forwaded the matter.I have given compalint in contact centre but the are not replying .Now You suggest me should I go to consumer court for not compensating me and becoz of them if something had happened to me what would have happened to my family.this policy was issued to me from dwarka branch sec-04 of new delhi by Milap Sethi financial Officer.I would appreciate if you interfare in this matter and try to provide me justice.I will be thankful to you.

                              I was a sales manager with Bharti axa life insurance co ltd and i have worked almost one year with bharti.

                              I have submitted my EXIT DOC and PF DOCUMENT on 4th dec, 2008, and i am making continuously followups with HR management. But everytime i have been told that it will come soon.

                              When i gave the docs to the HR, i was told that i will come within 1 month.

                              Then after one month, I was told that i can take 2 months.

                                Hi !

                                I have opted and/or taken a LIC from "Bharti AXA Life Insurance" and after two month of struggle finaly i received the Bond.

                                Suddenly what i got is that my premium is automatically deducted from "one of my bank account" even one month before, when i check with "Bharti AXA" they told me that "u adopted the facility of monthly payment so it will activated in your account" but at the time of registration i did not get any such information from the executive also i did not give my bank account number for that and they will do it by them self on the behalf of my cheque which i will gave them for registration purpose.
                                Because of this sudden deduction in my account i face issues, any ways then i went through the bond to check for other issues then look what i got there'

                                1.The term said was 6 years of maturity but now it was of 30 years ?
                                2.The Photograph on the bond is not mine but an unknown person ?
                                3.They use my forged signature at some of statement in the bond ???
                                4.The age of family member is all wrong ?
                                5.The mobile number given is not mine and is unknown ?
                                6.The Address which i gave is not same but a old address from where i sifted 1 year back ?

                                I call the same executive more than five times and he assured me for a call back from the supervisor and its more than one month and am still waiting for the call finally called up Bharti AXA pune and they told me that they are working on it to resolve it and ask me to send an application to deactivate
                                ECS (I never apply to activate it) .
                                Am not sure i have to continue with such kind of service or not? They were already deducted a sum of account from my bank.

                                Sir,

                                I have taken policy of Bharti Axa Life Insurance on the basis of the representation made by your representative and my Policy no.[protected]Dream Life Pension) on 18/11/2008 and the mode of payment of the premium was semi annually and accordingly the first Semi Annually premium paid by me vide cheque for which even receipt dt. 17/11/2008 was issued by your company. Further, the next premium was due in the month of May, 2009 and accordingly for making payment i had been to your office at Thane and accordingly i paid an amount of Rs. 12, 000/- in cash at the counter in your Thane Branch office and the said payment was duly accepted by your representative as premium for the month of May 2009 and November, 2009 Rs. 6, 000/- as advance premium which was due in the month of November, 2009 and accordingly receipts were issued to me. I say that thereafter as the receipts issued by the company was lost i visited your Thane Branch office and accordingly a duplicate deposit receipt was issued to me by the representative of your company and further even a premium certificate was issued to me for the period 1/11/2009 to 30/11/2009 and which also clearly reflects about payment being received as premium for the month of November, 2009. I say that surprisingly i received a call from Customer care of your company and they informed me that my policy has been lapsed as premium for the month of Nov. 2009 was not paid. I say that I told the concerned person that premium for the month of Nov. 2009 is already paid by me then how my policy can be lapsed for non payment of premium therefore he advised me to contact the branch office Thane and informed the said fact to the operation department. i say that thereafter time and again i had been to the operation department in your Thane Branch office and accordingly i met Tejshree and Richa Madam and showed them the receipt and statement and after perusing the same and after confirming on telephone with higher officers with your company they made a positive statement to me that within day or two my policy would be reinstated however, till date inspite of several visits my policy is not reinstated for the reason best known to your company or your representative/officers. Therefore, i request you to consider my request and reinstate my policy, else, i would left with no other alternative to knock the doors of law for justice in the matter.

                                Hi this is kiran from bangalore and i have taken Life insurance policy named as Bright star plus for my child and Axa agent said that its 3years of premium payment and which cover for 10 years and when i received my bond after two months. In bond mentioned like it is 10 years payment we are try to reach that agent guy he is not responding and i have very good future plans on my child but so we like to secure them i dont thing this kind of fake policies are really helpful to my child.

                                I am requesting the management of Bharthi Axa company to resolve this issue before you loss your company reputation and goodwill.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I was working with BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURENCE CO. from 15h of MAY -08 i worked there till 18th AUG. -08. I resigned on same day they accepted my resgnaion on immediate bases and promiced that i will receive my full n final salary chq. by post after 45 days.When i'm writing its 08/02/09 n till date i have not recieved any kind of payments from that company . when i tried to contact them they didnt reply in a good manner even. the branch manager has not given me weven proper reply. so request you to do some thing about this.

                                  Dear sir,

I resigned on same day they accepted my resgnaion on immediate bases when i asked to hr that when will i get my full and final at that time she told me that within 45 day but till date i did not got my full n final. Now when i am asking that when will i get then she is saying that i can not say you exact time then i asked that atleast you can say how much time ir will take she is not able to say the month also.Please do some thing about this.
                                  I have been working in pune at camp branch but now i am shifted to delhi.

                                    As per the information from operation of bharti axa life insurance co.my irda license got dispatched on the date of 03/12/2008 by your coorier but still i did not recieve at my home.i have very much emergency for that i am sending u this mail.
