[Resolved]  Bharti-Axa Life Insurance — DON'T GET INSURED WITH Bharti-Axa

Hi,
I am Gulshan from Ajmer, I just recd a claim of Life Insured of Mr. Mohan Bhagchandani and the policy number was[protected] and the sum assured was Rs. 240000/-INR i am nephew of Mr. Mohan and i am writing this mail coz i m fully unsatisfied with the claim ammount which is made by bharti axa that is rupees 7647.47 only
firstly i am to say that the claim was made very late and the huge problem created by the employees they said us that fill the form and after filling the claim form they said us give them identity proof and bla bla bla i just wanna know why the company demanded all this things in installments and why shouldn't company has issued written demand note to complete the formalities why should it said us verbly?
second if LIC has made the claim fully why Bharti-axa didnt make?
We have given all the LIC of India's claim papers and copy of cheques to Bharti-axa, if LIC made the claim that means the LIC is satisfied with regarding claim.
Bharti-axa said that there is some misrepresentation in proposal form than i have to state that the proposal form is filled by the agent practically and only signature is demanded from the customer...... i think that you should better know this.
your employees visited my home and talked with Mrs. Pushpa Wife of Mr. Mohan and satisfied with the conversation after that this happpend and i wanna let you know that LIC didnt do that...
if some one passed away than is it right to bother his family members again and again for investigation and is it right to not accept LIC of India's decission?
thats why i am fully not satisfied with the claim and i will never suggest anyone to get insured with Bharti
AXA if someone ask me i will directly tell him to go with LIC of India and even i will tell him our claim position of Bharti Axa as example....
and now its yours turn to do something regarding this bcoz you are doing business in market and you should better know that customer can make u the king of market and customer can also kick you from the market..........bcoz customer is the KING....
i hope that you will consider over it..

Bharti-Axa Life Insurance — complaint regarding Non Receivable of policy

Respected Sir,

I Vishawambharlal pareek the holder of dream life pension .the policy no. is[protected] from Surat(Gujarat) has taken the policy from Bikaner(Rajasthan) but there was some mistake in policy in address and for the correctness of this address i have resend this policy to hte Bikaner branch in the month of January 2010 but till now i havent recived that policy yet.So please send this policy as early as you can.The wrong address printed on policy is b-903 Devikrupa A-B,Umra Surat Siti,Surat-395007.



Note-policy has been issued from Bikaner branch



Policy holder name- Vishwambharlal Pareek

Policy no.[protected]

Issue date of policy[protected]



Correct Address of policy holder by which the policy should be issued is-

B-903,Devkrupa Apartment,Nr. Corner Point,Citylight,Surat-395007

So, please correct this mistake and resend me this policy back.
