Dear Sir/Madam,

I Archana would like to draw your attention towards my PF Claim of the company Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. which I haven't received yet. As earlier discussed with your officials, they said that you will get your claim in the month of oct'11 but the oct has passed away and I have not received my PF till date.

My PF Claim ID Form 19 is MHBAN[protected]
Claim ID Form 10C is MHBAN[protected] applied dated 07/6/2011

Kindly take some necessary actions asap. It would be very thankful kind of act from your side.

Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Ltd — Not Received the claim

Dear Sir,

I have claimed on January 2009.I have not yet received any claim.And the funniest thing is that,I have called several times to Bandra Office.They will not pick up the call.Only thing is that i will loose my money every time.The extension number they have given will not respond.May be the workers will be sleeping all the time.Please look into this matter and give my claim as soon as possible.

BHARTI-AXA LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD. — PF not received

I worked with Bharti Axa in in 2009. After leaving the company I applied for my PF withdrawal in April 2010. But Even after a long follow up still I have not recieved my PF. Whereas I recieved my full and final settlement exactly on time. I don't know why their PF department is harassing me. Kindly help me in getting out of this situation.
