[Resolved]  Bharti Axa Life Insurance — refund of bond money under free look period

Hi,

I introduce myself as Inder Singh Bisht and was provided with the wrong information by the agent on a policy by Bajaj Capital haldwani branch,After receiving the correct information from Customer care,I surrendered the Policy within the free look period and requested them to refund my amount.It has been two month I haven't received anything and after visiting the office they are unable to provide me the information as well as not providing me the estimated time there of.I would request to look into this matter as soon as possible.

The Policy has been issued by Bajaj Capital with the Application number as 7305395 and the insurance company is Bharti Axa.Sum Assured was 2,40,000 INR with a Premium of 24,000 Yearly was paid on date 11/10/2012.
