Respected Sir / Madam,
I am a Bonafied customer of Bharti Cellular ( Airtel ) from last Two (2) and a half years.
I want to complain about the " WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION " in my Account. My Account had been wrong debited first on 9th of October-2007 of Rs. 99. As soon as my Account was debited, I had talked to one of your CCE Mr. Dereek Rodrix and he assured me that I would be getting the deducted balance within next 48 hours. But, after waiting for 2days / 48 hours and provided me a Reference / Complain Number :[protected]. but my account was not at all Credited with 99 rupees.
Again, on 11th of November-2007, my account balance was deducted with Rs. 99. and nextly I talk to Mr. Sachin Ponikar regarding the same matter. He also assured me that the wrong deductions of Rs. 198 for both months will be refunded within next 48 hours and provided
me a Reference / Complain Number :[protected].
Till 15th of November-2007, nothing was done with those wrong deductions. So, I had again talk to one of your CCE Mr. Sameer and got a Reference / Complain Number : [protected] and [protected] respectively. He assured me that atleast this time I will be getting back the wrong deduction balance and also will give a Call Back for the same.
As nothing happened, I again talked to Mr. Raju Shrivastav about the wrong deductions and he also assured me for refunds in next 48 hours. And the Reference / Complain Number given were[protected]. He said me that his coligues has just forwaded the request and he is going to
forward the complain and this time the matter will be solved completely.
Later on, I had a word with Mr. Govind Suryavanshi and got a Reference / Complain Number :[protected] and he also aassured me that the same matter will be solved.
Till 27th of November-2007, nothing was done with those wrong deductions. So, I had talked to Mr. Rajesh between 4.30 - 5.00 pm. And told him to transfer the line to Mr. Sachin Ponikar or Mr. Dareek Rodrix. But, he told me that no one of this names SUPERVISORS are working here.
That means people working in your Call Centres are just fooling us.
On 9th of December-2007 at 1.00 pm, I had talked Mr. Snehal, who refuse to give his full name. When I asked him to checked my details of last months, he said he can only access
the current month reports and said me that he has no Seniors and Disconnected the call.
Again, on 11th of December-2007, my account balance was deducted with Rs. 99. Now for the whole month of december I tried to talk to the CCE of airtel but each time I got the answer that system is down.
Again, on 11th of January-2008, my account balance was deducted with Rs. 99. now this time I was been informed that I am been charged for my usage and I won't get any of my
dectucted amount refunded, but I had not used any kind of service
And this is not the first time I had been harrashed by you peoples. Before also I am been wrongly deducted in my CUG plan. Basically in CUG plan, a person is been just charged
10 paise/min.in group for 24hrs. But I was been charged 1 rupee/min in my CUG for Six (6) months.
In that case also I had been charged wrong deduction of round by 400 rupees. In all I am been got wrong detuction of 1000 Rs. in 2 and half year
Now I always have to keep tab on such things. I had wasted lots of time behind this
Stupidity of your System. I just can't understand, why a Multi National Company like AIRTEL has such a poor and dump type of services.
Now it was upto the limit, I need my money to be refunded and the amt is Rupees 99/ four times.That comes to 397+ 400 Rs. And the other deductions too should be refunded back.
I had complained to Airtel lots of time, but didn't get any type of replies from there side. Now I am fed up from them and forwarding their Complain to you.
And I even need a compansation of Rs. 10, 000 because I have made many call from my landline also which was chargebale because everytime my tollfree service was been bared from their side and also wasted my lots of time and for Mental Trauma to me for using Airtel.
Hope will getting a better reply from your side. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
