Please note i have change from prepaid to postpaid and applied for the same on 29.02.2016.
It was assured that the prepaid balance on the day of conversion will be adjusted with postpaid.
Very interesting that after writing so many emails and logged complain no action has been taken for adjustment, why?
Only email reply comes without rectification. All ready first month bill given without balance of prepaid adjustment,...
