[Resolved] Bharti Infratel — breach of contract | |||
Respected sir, We are associated with Bharti Infratel since 2000. Initially we were satisfied with the rental payments procedure but now we are fad up with rental payment proceeding at Indore Branch level. The comopany in 2009 has unauthorisely used the lease land situated at 4, Ram Rahim Colony, Rau by sharing with TATA. Later on in 2010 company has signed MOU regarding same, in 2011 company has not yet intimate us about setting aside sharing with TATA and reducing lease rental. We are now interested in legal proceedings against Bharti Infratel for Breach of trust.
