Hi, Ref: Tata Photon Plus No: [protected]. I am Hardik Shah located at Ahmedabad. I have buy Tata Photon Plus from one of Ahmedabad based dealer namely M/s. Bhumi Enterprise lying at B-35, Supath-II, Old Vadaj Bus Stand, Ashram road, Ahmedabad -13. Tele phone no:[protected] /[protected]. Also note one of representative of dealer Ms. Bhoomica – M-[protected]. Unfortunately I buy the same from dealer, initially my connection was worked very good but since last 3 to 4 days its not working due to non submission of original papers of the same and giving some 628 error. I called to tata associates and they said that due to the original documents are not received your connection is temporarily out of service. I approach the dealer but they are not receiving my call, all the original papers are lying with above stated dealer. I herewith request you to kindly give me alternate solution to start my services and request you to take appropriate action against the dealer. Hope you will take the action against the dealer and take up the issue seriously or will send the e-mail to consumer complaint against the same. Waiting from your favorable response in this regard.
