[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Bill Receipt carries old bill date | |||
I have visited 2 Big Bazaar outlets in Chennai many times this year 2012. When I look at most of the recent bills after purchase, the bill date indicated would be somewhere around the year 2009. I am well aware of billing softwares, and such a mistake would reflect in the internal monetary accounts of Big Bazaar directly. Also THE CUSTOMER WILL HAVE NO CHANCE OF RETURNING THE BOUGHT PRODUCT, AS THE INDICATED DATE WOULD BE WRONG. I request the concerned official to set up an inquiry in Big Bazaar to find out the purpose of such an act.. Was this information helpful? | |||
