[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Damaged Product | |||
Dear All, This is to inform you that on 15-11-11 I purchase some woollen cloths from your big bazaar from sahara mall gurgaon at the time of purchasing I saw a damage cloth then I called a executive to remove that cloth from the stock and I purchase the same colour cloth for me also but by mistake that executive put that damage cloth in my packet on next day when I saw that damage cloth I went to your store i ask the executive to replace that pcs but they don’t have same colour pcs than I select a different cloth for me but this one is costly than the previous one then after all this he is asking me for more money then I reply to him that i want to talk to your manager then he says that he is the manager and he don’t allow me to change the cloth. Now u just told me that when i have a bill and that pcs is damage then why can’t you change the product and if you are unable to do so then pls told me so that I can go through the legal process.
