[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Iron — WARRENTY NOT GIVING EVEN AFTER FOLLOW UP

Dear sir/madam

i have bought a iron from big bazar great india place noida branch. I have problem in that, till i purchased it even i could not use it once.i have warrenty on it. i complained it on10/5/2008 and now date is 7/8/2008, it is almost one month. but i am not getting my iron. i have complained even top management. BIG BAZAR is a reputed brand name but some staff in that branch is spoiling this name.As u know customer satisfaction play a important role in recent bussines senario.I have done follow up many times but it was result less.

pls do necessary action, so that i can get my product, hope for ur positive response soon.
