[Resolved] Big Bazaar — Rot Iron Cot | |||
I have ordered a rot iron cot from Big Bazaar at EA in Chennai. The order was placed on 6-Mar-12 and we were told that it would be delivered within 2 weeks even though they put the delivery date as 4 weeks. It has been 4 weeks so far and no trace of when they will delivery. The customer care executives dont seem to have a clue of what they are talking and most of the time they say they will call back to get rid of customers, and never call back. Please let me know if I should go to consumer court since I have a clear case here. I think the father of retail revolution is also father of "mass cheating". He should be put behind bars for running such a shady business so openly. Was this information helpful? | |||
