[Resolved] Big Bazaar Sealdah / Sofa Set — DEFECTIVE SOFA | |||
I booked one sofa set on 03.06.2012 from Big Bazaar sealdah branch against Rs. 21999 which was fully paid. They delivered the same on 15.06.2012 .At the time of delivery I noticed that one whole at the side of three seater sofa. Immediately I informed Mr. Soumitra ( Manager ) and he told me that it will be replaced by new one. But till today no communication was done. I tried to contact with him but switch off always.
