Big Cinemas — Charged twice for bookings done on 22.09.2013 | |
On 22.09.2013 i had booked 4 tcikets for Malyalam movie (1.05pm) the rates were RS.720/- & for Hindi Movie 4 tickets at 6.30 Pm ( Phata poster Nikla Hero) . The rate were 1280/- . Hence the total to be charged was Rs. 2000/- But when i ma checking the bank statement the amount of RS. 2,000/- was debited twice to my HDFC Debit card. The transaction are as under: 1. POS [protected] JIVAN SERVICENTR POS DEBIT 2.POS [protected] RELIANCE MEDIA POS DEBIT You are requested to please refund the amount at thye earliest. It is also shociking to see that the same is not brought to my notice. I am taking this matter to the consumer forum also today. Was this information helpful? | |
