[Resolved] Bigadda.com — Bigadda is FRAUD, Biggest FRAUD | |||
I had bought Blackberry Strom 9530 @ www.SHOP.BIGADDA.com on 2nd of June 2011. *I DON'T KNOW EHY THE HELL THIS SITE IS WORKING!! ITS TOTAL FRAUD!!! *They are cheating with customers. But till now I haven't got it. When I called the customer care four days back, they told me to wait for 7-10 working days. I had waited. And then I called again today, you know what they told, the item is not in Stock, and again I asked when the Item will be instock. They told I will take 3-4 days to be in stock. Even If I waited 3-4 days more I am not sure they will have it in stock. This is real FRAUD. If they don't have it in stock why should they put it online for purchase. And if its not in stock, atleast even after I bought the item, they should inform me of this. They did not informed anything, let me waited for 10 days, when I asked they are lying that the item will be in stock after few days.That means I have to wait for ages for an item bought on BIGADDA. This all seems to me a total FRAUD. So friends, don't try to buy anything on BIGADDA. This is not my first purchase on online. I had bought so many things on EBAY.IN, Yebhi, bestylish etc and I had never experienced this type of problems. OVER ALL WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ? BigaDDA.com — sub standard products
This company is a sham - set up as a face by some one upto cheat people. They send only faulty substabdard products that won't sell at retailers - and they don't even care about responding to customer complaints. This company does not have any products/retail chain of its own !! Once orderded, they take every detail of your credit card including the CVV, and then they purchae the product from other sites and send it to you!!! The packaging brears all the details of where they bought it from i.e. they don;'t have any established business network of their own! All they have is a web page. Even the credit card authorization is a manual process - not online - can you imagine?!!! I got stuck with a stuff just because they "had" the product exactly around mothers day time and other sites did not. Now I am left with a junk and lot of remorse.... Fake

i have just received one blackberry storm9530 with pouch vide order nos [protected] from BIGADDA.COM through courier. But really agonising to discover an old second hand non working set in the parcel. For which I have paid Rs 9999.Requested you to interven into the matter & do the needful to help me to get rid from cheating.

Bigadda shopping — Fraud commitment
I had purchased a blackberry handset from Bigaada shoping online and got a faulty set at my door step. next day i have logged complain but from that date they are only giving me fake date. but now from last 15 days they are not taking my call. they are cheated me. One SR. executive name Mr IRFAN he comited me all the time but al last they cheated me. My Order Number Was[protected]. i have paid RS. 7624-please help me to get my money back.
