I ordered blackberry storm 9530 on bigadda.com as I saw an ad in the newspaper and website for Rs.9999 which also had a cash on delivery option . I opted for the same and called their customer order number and had a word with executive called Pooja. She called me twice to confirm the order which was all done smoothly she also gave me a order number[protected] which she said will receive with all attachments in 10 working days. We also got around 4 calls for confirming the address and location and as per them we were about to get our order in 7 working days which we never received even after 12 working days. When we tried calling their customer care number no one answered the call and got a message that I will get a callback in 24 hours which I never got. When I called their order number spoke to executive named Megha and she transferred the call to their team coach named Manish Tiwari who told me that there was some mistake in address entered by them and said he will place the order on behalf of me which I will get in 7-8 working days. He disconnected the call saying this and then within 5 minutes I again got a call from Megha and she confirmed the address and she said that she will call me back again and give me the new order number which I never got even after 8 days now. I need a solution for the same as soon as possible.I expected the same for more that 24 days and I lost the reimbursement criteria at my work place for which I wanted to use my invoice of this purchase.
Hi i took one Karbonn mobile from big adda order no[protected] it had problem, i lodged a complaint, after calling more than 12 times they told to send back the material & replacement will be given in a week but nearly after a month also i keep calling them but they are not responding properly

Please take a strict action against Bigadda.com as it is cheating with customers and not making all the commitment as it has written on its website.
I know this company is FRAUD.
