Bigbazaar — Expired Items are being sold

Last Saturday I visited BigBazar located at Tikiapara Howrah. I wondered that commodities those are being sold are not up to the mark. I found many deospray at extreme right side of ground floor those are already expired. Even I found some discounted specially a packaged HeadnShoulder shampoo that is having manufacture date sometime near mid of 2008. Also quality of dress materials are also not good. Reason is same - Those are manufactured long back. I need to know one thing ... If Retail chain like BigBazaar can sell such bad products then even if any complain comes then who will be responsible ... BigBazaar ? Perticular Brand like Nike / HeadnShoulder or We the common people.
