3 times debited from icici account towards movie tickets at pvr centra mall chandigarh i received a message also stating that amount paid to big tree entertainment but tickets were not issued to me. This caused me lot of inconvenience and loss of money and service. Please resolve the issue my returning the amount to my account at the earliest...

    On saturday 26.5.2018 my (Haritha peechara) amount of rs 981 debited from sbi account towards movie tickets at cine town miyapur. I received a message also stating that amount paid to big tree entertainment but tickets were not issued to me. This caused me lot of inconvenience and loss of money and service. Please resolve the issue my returning the amount to my account at the earliest.

      Hi, i tried to book movie tickets, however tickets were not booked, but my money was deducted from my account. I waited for the money to roll back to my account just like in ebay, which rolls backs when this kind of problem happens. I have waited for 4 days now but still it hasn't roll back. Reference no. For bigtree entertainment pvt transaction of rs. 1458.64 on 28-apr-18 at 11:57 was igadknvkx9.. Plez help me what can be done

        On 1/10/2017, booked 3 tickets in bookmyshow at carnival cinemas, kodungallur,. The transaction was failed in first and second attempts.in both cases an amount of rs.453.18 + 453.18 were debited from my bank account. 3rd attempt was successful. No refund received till date.

          I received a message in my number telling a particular amount is deducted and that's from big tree entertainement but we haven't spend anything.
          I am trying to contact your number but unable to reach. Please get back
          There is no detailed information on what the money is spent and we are unable to track the debit
          Give me a solution, this is not the way things are done

            I booked 2tickets for bahubali2 using bookmyshow.com for v3s mall laxmi nagar 7:05pm show for date 29 april 2017 using uco bank visa card.
            After selecting seats and entering my account details bookmyshow website displayed some message like processing and after sometime it displayed nothing.
            But an amount of rs 747 was debited from my account this transaction was done on 29 april 2017.
            I waited for around 20-25 minutes but i didnt recieve any sms or email from bookmyshow for confirmation of tickets but i did receive...

            I have booked movie tickets(2) for 3 times with PVR Cinemas, Grand mall, velacherry, Chennai on !st march & 2nd march 2019 and all the 3 times payments were debited by the bank and error message was received (after the payment) for issue of tickets. Till now I have not received refunds. When I can get refund

                I booked 4 tickets for "Sardar gabbarsing" using BookMyShow.com for gopalan Cinemas - bangalore, old madras road, for 6:45PM show for date 8th April 2016 using Axis Bank Debit card
                After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, nothing.
                But an amount of Rs 1364.32 was debited from my account. This transaction was done on 7th April 2016.
                I waited for around 20-25 minutes, but i didn't receive any sms or e-mail from book my show for confirmation of tickets but i did receive sms from Axis Bank for deduction of money.

                later around at 8pm on 7th april 2016 i have booked the same seats again. this time it was success.
                so how should i get the failure transaction amount back. let us know the status.
                I request a refund of Rs 1364.32/- from bookmyshow.
                I booked 3 tickets for Malayam Movie"Muthirivallikal Thallirkumpol" using BookMyShow.com for Maxus Cinema- Borivali (W), Mumbai, for 6PM show for date 22nd January 2017 using HSBC credit card amount @Rs.973.08/- debited to my account but ticket was not generated . I contact HSBC they are saying that amount will not reverse, they issue decline authorization No.006272 and again I try to book for same movie & same theatre by using HSBC credit card again debited Rs.973.08/- Ticket was generated after a 25 Minutes I received a message saying that your book my show transaction failed again I contact HSBC they informed me that both transaction @Rs.973.08/- are debited again they issue the authorization decline No.007587 I call bigtree entertainment contact No. and book my show but no one is pick up our phone or no messages.

                But an amount of Rs 973.08+973.08 = 1946.16 was debited from my account. I request you to kindly refund both amount. i want to send the Email but I can't get your email ID also.please confirm the same by my email ID firosh.[protected]@gmail.com. Waiting - Firosh
