Please can someone tell me for how long they call and send their person, its been a little over 2 months now
This is really sad state, you have taken loan and not repaid it, now the Bank is asking back for the loan money why does it look like harassment.
Try to pay and be clean and clear, if the situation is bad ask for some time...but you need to have intend to pay back.

When in UAE/Dubai you had money well to do...you acted as NRI, didn't pay tax enjoyed every moment, took loan and had good time, now you have lost job... but it won't be for ever, you have build empire back home at India with money you got as salary...now when time has come to repay why is it called harassment, why do you need government intervention.
did you take government permission to take a loan now your intend has gone bad, want to escape from paying it you call it Harassment ...very unfair
I am sure if you have worked in UAE and have availed a loan ...it means you are well off wth education and sure to get a job...so pls keep intent to pay back.

Hi all i also had same issue one mr mohamed and antony came to my office n was shouting tht y payment is not done..2 days i cannot sleep n i was so embraced nexr day i went to Al qusais police station n complicated to duty officer police head..told tht bilkish people are harasemeing by coming office ..n if i lose job because of them i will sucide i told..then n there police called tht guy n gave him nice ones..there after i didnt get any calls from them...Bilish tomorrow you people will suffer ...
Guys, if you have a loan then it is your responsibility to pay it off . It doesn't mean you run away from the country and it will be waived off . Common guys let's stop this narrow minded mentality . Pay the debt guys .
If there is a harrasment get in touch with the UAE bank and negotiate with them . Remember it's there money and it's our responsibility to pay them back .

I worked in Kuwait 2007 - February 2012. On day of departure i cleared my loan and credit card. 3 years later i get notification that my Credit card has approx 18, 000 dhs outstanding. They provided me with statements which show several withdrawals on the same day in January 2013. They are demanding payment and threatening to black list me. I am claiming card was used fraudulently. They cannot tell me which countries withdrawals were made. At this time i was back in my home country in Australia. I have not changed my email address since leaving Kuwait in 2012. They are now harrassing me in my new home in UAE. Can someone here advise me???

I worked in UAE for more than 20 years and have taken loans on many occasions with various bank and paid but last year due to job loss and I had to come back to India.
I have loan and some credit cards in Dubai and my intent to pay once I am employed but one of the bank has filed a police case against me, now I want to go back to Dubai and look for a job so that I can pay and clear all my liabilities slowly.
Now the problem is some people from Bilkish are calling me and asking to pay but I am not in a position at the moment to pay them anything.
My question is can Bilkish agents come to my home and threaten me of sealing my property?

i am getting treatened from bilkish associate and they are threatening my familly. this is just unhumain i am going to file a complain to the police

Oh wow, someone named "Apna Loanshop" is on the side of the debt collectors. Color me surprised. Anyway, they don't only do it with loans. They also do it with with Credit Cards debts, even when the payments had been regular until the person was no longer in a position to pay, even when bank was already charging extra fees. So to say that the people they harass always deserve it is ridiculous.
