[Resolved]  Bilkish Associates — Harrasment on behalf o[censored]AE BANKS

We were in dubai for ten years and had an hsbc credit card. when we came back to india in 2009 there were no dues outstanding in our account as we always believed in using cash and kept the credit card only to be used in case of emergency. after five years suddenly a couple of days back sangeets from bilkish contacted us saying that she had some documents regarding us from dubai. she said that there was an outstanding of 31000 dhs. in our hsbc account. we refused her allegation as we knew there was nothing outstanding. yesterday one of their collectors a mr. pawar came to our house when my husband was not at home and started threatening me with dire consequences and said if we do not pay they will lodge a police complaint and send us to jail. i dont scare easily so i shouted back at him and immediately dialled 100 for police help. when he heard me lodging a police complaint he ran away. the police came to my place and lodged a complaint against him and sangeeta. i request anyone who is being harassed by bilkish to just stop being scared and lodge a police complaint.

This is regarding my old credit card. Fortunately these people don't have my contact number of Saudi Arabia and not even my Indian address. And now they need my contact details. What shall I do now, Just need to know can they harm me in any manner.

bart4u please do not reply or else they will start harassing not only u but your family members as well. they will try many times to scare u but just ignore them and please do not share your details. put their address in spam and you will not receive their mail.this akib phansopkar is the same person who had threatened us.just ignore them and if they reach ur home lodge a police case this is very helpful. dont be scared of the police they are helpful. all the best i hope i have been of help to you.

They called me in UK and I complained UK authority Bilish agency from India stopped calling anymore. Out of Territory issue on ( Loans and credit cards problems ) they don’t have right to harassment and threaten and force the people to pay.
Bank will be filed a case and submitted in court and so deal directly with bank are settle the matter with the help of your family are friends in GCC country.

Don’t take bilkish butcher's help they will fool and cheat you. ( who is doing harassment & threaten to you, do you think this butcher's will help - they will looters as much as possible )

The only solution is, let us all Indians unite and make our representation to the Home Ministry and PMO.

We work very hard in GCC and suffer enough there. There is no need for us to suffer in our own country.

Are you mad ??? Why are you scared ? Go to Pakistan and file a complaint against bilkish. Involve Indian embassy in pakistan as bilkish india office is making calls to you - right ???

I have same issue. My name is Ramiz. I was working in Dubai for 5 years. I lost my job and came back to India. I have there 4 credit cards and 1 loan pending. When I was in UAE i was paying all installments on time. But now I am jobless and unable to pay from India. But I want to pay slowly when I will get job here. But this bilkish people are contentiously calling me and mailing me to pay amount. They totally harassed me. even i am not changing my contact numbers and answering their every call with politely. I am fade up of all this. by this calling again and again i am totally mentally disturb which is affect on my health also. Firstly the Loan and Card which u have availed are Unsecured Loan, Bank Based on your income have given you these loans, as you have left the country, Bank cannot recover it from your own country, yes the collection agency located in your country will harass you, warn you about police complain, but its all the tactics to make you fear, even they cant take you to the country where u have availed the loan ( its only in case of criminal cases ), neither your country law or court will entertain these cases as it is out of the country case, as you have not done any scam or cheated any one, you court or law will not entertain them, as i said you earlier it was unsecured loan, if it was secured loan where you have to keep mortgage, than bank will do auction of the mortgage in case of NPA ( non performing assets ) . so stay calm, if they threaten you, you better lodge a complain against them regarding harassment . these collection agency are outsourcing and work banks as they have huge commission . chhheerssss...

I have a issue.

In 2015 i lost my job in uae, and i moved in last minute to home town.
At that time i have creditcard in uae, when i was there i paid the dues promtly.After my job loss am unable to pay.
But now from Bilikish they are sending continously mail and torchering by phone also, they are using bad words to my parents also. How to stop these, let me know if anybody can guide me..

Thanks all for sharing their bad experience with this agent bilkish. All o[censored]s can unite and fight this black mailer. These people call me after seven years of my departure from gulf. I came back legally and to my knowledge I paid dues to the bank. After seven years it is possible for them to manipulate the accounts and prepare a false statement that we still owe money to them. The best way is to lodge collective legal action against this gunda company.

Like Bilkish, there is yet a new player called "Striker Financial Services". They too are in Mumbai. Off late all the bank of the UAE are approaching them. First they start to threaten you and then later if you give them back, they change their approach and try to talk you out in paying them some amount of your outstanding or the swollen amount after years and years of interest. No banks in the UAE can initiate any legal proceedings against you as the agreement of loan or credit card is only within the jurisdiction of the UAE. These company in India can only threaten you or harass your family. You either need to abuse them or report them to the police. They cannot even initiate a simple civil case on the basis of ones bad accounts in the UAE. As stated by someone above, the banks in UAE will literally force you into taking a credit card without even knowing your actual financial income and expenditure while working there. Nearly all the banks in the UAE are feeding on the interest of the credit cards. In many cases, for several years an individuals keeps on paying only the interest whereas his principle amount remains the same if not get increased if he or she misses the minimum payment montly. The judicial system of our country needs to take note of such organization that start as collection center for the banks in India and gradually serve the banks in the UAE in a illegal manner.

All the staff of such offices should be called upon and trashed. Yes they do use very bad language. If you cannot do the same back, just block their number. If you are a strong individual, call them to your residence saying you will pay them, trash them and then hand over them to the cops stating they came to rob you under wrong documentation. As they do not have any right to do so here in India
