Whatever unfortunate happened with the complainant is not a surprise to me as the past history of police and their SHOs in bindapur is not good. Presently police officials are busy in their part time job of property dealings. They have to prepare list of buildings illegally coming up and for the bribe from the builders. Further hafta is also required to be collected from the hawkers from the roads and streets. They have to keep their presence beore the various builders. In fact the beat staff is very busy. They have no time for such a small offence. Everthing in the area is 'good', sahab is busy in the important work. Don't make noise.
