I and my downlines have invested around 3 lakhs. The company guy holding [protected] is only keeping his mobile on at times.
He says he is at pune or delhi or malaysia or hyderabad. He won'
t return money. He is lying on his website to return before march 2010.
So all investors should submit a complaint at crime branch in all your district head quarters. The complaint format will be displayed soon. Everyone should submit individual complaint and get them registered and take receipt.
If there are many number of fir then it will be effective to take severe action to punish this type of cheating fellows

I receive call from [protected], [protected], [protected] ms Tanvi Patil Rahul Patil & Raj Purohit told that one year before surrender bajaj alianz policy 's bonus was panding nearly rs. 74429/ plus 55000 total rs. 129429 in IRDA but your policy was surrender.you take one policy from Birla sun life after 03 month we transfer all bonus in your policy and paying all benifits with policy amount to you. I Pay rs 15000 andtake policy . policy no.[protected] plan BSLI-15 WHOLE-LIFE .adv. This is Kedar Meher from Mumbai. I am also a victim of this company (selling another policy by offering bonus on prevoius policy) .
I am having strong feeling that Birla Sun Life's authorized persons are alos involved in this scam. so they are just ignoring such complaints and those crooks(snow tex) are still selling their policy with the fake offer.

Two agents of Snowtex (M/ Snowtex Investments Ltd), posing as agents of Birla Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd in Kolkata have sold me a BSLI Vision Policy (Policy No.[protected] with wrong and false promises. These agents are 1. Premanand Hazra (mob No.[protected]) and 2. Prosenjit Dasgupta (mob no.[protected]). These people have forced me to land up with a policy for 14 years, instead of 5 years initially offered to and requested by me. As a result my funds are unnecessarily blocked up for a long period of 14 years. I do not know, being a senior citizen, whether I would survive that long ! Further, Premanand offered me a cash back of 4% on my policy premium which has never come. Both of them are sweet talkers, but actually they are frauds and mischievous persons with doubtful integrity. I have already alerted BSLI Office about this fraud perpetrated on me. I hope BSLI Co. and Snowtex Investments Ltd would take serious cognizance of this incident and ring the culprits to book.

Mr.Anik dey and mr.Sayan chanda have cheated me saying a loan for Rs.10 lacs will be given within one month. I have invested Rs.1 lac sixty one thousand and all the policy documents are with me .

I've taken policy by your telephonic agent M/S SNOWTEX INVESTMENT LIMITED, Delhi, Advisor Code 001639, name mr. sandip tyagi detail as he had told me when I've received document it was totally different.
Please do appropriate action.
Who read this must alert don't take any Birla policy or any from Birla.
I think Birla is one of the standard company but this is totally wrong. they misguide peoples.

I am Anuradha Deb.I am asuffer.Birla Sunlife and Snowtex Investment Ltd are fake, lier, cheater.Nobody trust them. Ria Chatterjee, Anirban Chatterjee, Soumi Sengupta, Tanmoy Ghosh all are involved.These company should be banned andtake other necessary action.

II, Anuradna Deb, Mob no.[protected], have been a victim of this fraud by Snowtex Investment Ltd., agent of Birla Sunlife.I received a call from Ria Chatterjee.She told that HDFC Life policy's bonus was pending nearly Rs 11, 000 in IRDA but I have to takea policy From Birla Sunlife.She also said that after 6 months all will be refundedRs.10, 000+11, 000.I paid Rs.10, 000 and took a policy.Policy no.[protected]. Plan:, Bachat Endowment, Advisor code-001639, Advisor Off. No.[protected], Client I.D.[protected]. After 15 days they gave all details.After 6 months I couldn'tcontact any person.All nos.switched off.After9 months one day Soumi Sengupta called me and said I have to taken another policy of Blsi amounted Rs.10.000 then after 1 month they will refund Rs.33, 000 as a whole. Again I paid Rs.10, 000.Policy no.[protected] Plan:Guaranteed Wealth Plan, Advisor name, code no, Client I.D.are same.Off. no.[protected].and S.Sengupta took my original document of this policy.But after that day I can't contact any person.Sengupta does not receive my calls.Pl contact me to give a suitable suggession.I am a middle class woman

three month beck i receive a call from a girl named divya shrama her no. is[protected]. she told me that my both policy is in loss as nobody is managing my policies, she also get me to talk her senior mr. rohan malotra his no, is [protected], he also told me the same, he also told me my bonuses also declaired, he assoured me that he will alowed me to add my bonus if he will manage my both polices for that i had to taken one more policy. due to this mis guide i also parchased another policy, no. is[protected]. he also told me that all bonus will be added till 28 feb. 2013. but today 22 march 2013 but nither any bonus added nor my polices are managed. now i am calling him on his no. but he is not picking my phone.i am very upset, if there is any way that any action may taken against him or is there any one who listen to me ? i am middle class person how i can carry three policies.
