[Resolved]  Birlasunlife Insurance Company Limited — My commission money is been cheated

Respected sir/ madam,

I am a advisor of Birla sun life insurance company ltd since march2009 my name is Amit Sarkar and my advisor code is
AO1216 , license no is- 5287579. I was rooted under Mr. Baban saha as a advisor his mobile no [protected]/[protected] (KO9024)o[censored]ltadanga branch (224) kolkata.


Let me explain you the entire story. I usually source policies in annually
mode . One fine day I came to know all the policies I have given to Mr.
Baban saha was fraud by him .He use to change the application form tampers signatures of clients and mine
too(Advisor). I gave all my policies to him as faith and doing loyalty to his own company.
I am working in some other company so as a result i could not attend sometimes to log some policies physically.

He has fraud the signature of client thus mode of policy was changed to quarterly instead of
annually, some policies were in single premium bond which is transferred in other plan.

So I made this all mess in knowledge to all managements of birlasunlife insurance company limited.

They have Immediately terminated Mr. Baban Saha. And They are looking in to the matter in very prioraty basic.And promissed that they will resolve this.

But all was not yet over i came to know that some policies which were mine he had changed the code of agent(me) to some code (Shiuli saha) code and enjoyed all my commissions consiquitively .

I have a confession letter taht he admits all fraud he has done.

But i do not have any letter of fraud in my commision wise.



Please help me and support me.


Now when I am asking commission he is avoiding ma and fighting with me.

Please help me in getting my money in commission wise.

Signature fourgy is a criminal offence , he should be punshed by law.




Please help me and support me.

I need your help in very urgent basis .

And suggest me what will i do.

it only shows that it is a matter of your carelessness in your work . i am sure you have never met the client and check the policy bond which contains xrox of application form . you should have checked the policy bond in the starting. You could be able to find the advisor name and mode of the policy BSLI started Free look period option to remove such problem . Your Manager has been erminated . anything else beyond this noting can be happened as it is a clear case of your carelessness for your work . on the other hand comp. can ask you to clearification of such carelessnes and terminate your advisor code .

Then I complained the matter with the customer care under complaint number[protected] and after days they confirmed that my account has been closed and due to this the commission has not been credited. Whereas this is not true because my account is still active and you can confirm by calling them at[protected]

Once you confirm from the bank then please instruct the concern department to release the commission without any delay

Me Sanjeev Kumar.me birlasunlife insurance company se dated 30 july 2016 ko resigned kar diya h.lekin aaj tak mera full and final settlement nahi kiya h.Mera designation Agency Manager, employee code in072600 or jamalpur branch me karyrat tha.lekin branch manager aaj tak ffs karke nahi bheja h.Mera may or june mahine ka salary bhi nahi diya h.
